Claims (3)
- 上下に重ね合わされた金属同士又は金属と無機物との異種同士からなる複数個の接合対象部材を互いに接合する接合方法であって、前記複数個の接合対象部材のうちの他方の接合対象部材には斜面を有する内側空間部が上方に開口して設けられており、前記複数個の接合対象部材のうちの一方の接合対象部材の横方向の下面から下方に接合用の斜面を有する接合用の凸部が設けられることなく前記横方向の下面と前記一方の接合対象部材の縦方向の外周面との交差する角部として構成された外周部が前記他方の接合対象部材の前記開口から前記内側空間部に収容されて前記斜面に支持された状態において、前記一方の接合対象部材の角部として構成された外周部と前記他方の接合対象部材の斜面とが垂直の荷重と音波振動又は超音波振動による縦方向の振動との協働で互いに接合されることを特徴とする接合方法。
- 上下に重ね合わされた金属同士又は金属と無機物との異種同士からなる複数個の接合対象部材を互いに接合する接合方法であって、前記複数個の接合対象部材のうちの他方の接合対象部材には斜面を有する内側空間部が下方に開口して設けられており、前記複数個の接合対象部材のうちの一方の接合対象部材の横方向の上面から上方に接合用の斜面を有する接合用の凸部が設けられることなく前記横方向の上面と前記一方の接合対象部材の縦方向の外周面との交差する角部として構成された外周部が前記他方の接合対象部材の前記開口から前記内側空間部に収容されて前記斜面に支持された状態において、前記他方の接合対象部材の角部として構成された外周部と前記一方の接合対象部材の斜面とが垂直の荷重と音波振動又は超音波振動による縦方向の振動との協働で互いに接合されることを特徴とする接合方法。
- 前記斜面の垂線との成す角度が10°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の接合方法。
