Claims (3)
- 多層に積層された金属箔からなる接合対象部材が上下方向で加圧された状態において共振器が当該共振器に取り付けられた振動子から伝達された20kHz以下の音波振動に共振して前記加圧される方向に直交する横方向に振動して金属箔を横方向に伸ばすことにより前記多層に積層された金属箔を互いに接合することを特徴とする多層箔接合方法。
- 前記共振器は、横方向の振動で金属箔を伸ばしながら伸びた金属を先端部の外面に沿って排出する、請求項1記載の多層箔接合方法。
- 前記金属箔がアルミニウム又は銅により構成され、前記共振器は両側支持され、前記共振器が前記金属箔を横方向に伸ばして金属箔の原子を横方向に移動させて前記金属箔がインゴット接合又は拡散接合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多層箔接合方法。
