Description
この発明は、建設業界および家具業界で用いられる軽量の建築要素の分野におけるものである。特に、この発明は、軽量の建築要素にコネクタを固定する方法、および軽量の建築要素に固定されるためのコネクタに関する。
軽量の建築要素、このような要素の重要なカテゴリは軽量の建築用板材であるが、このような要素は、たとえばファイバボードまたは金属からなる2つの外側の同程度に薄い建築層と、たとえばボール紙ハニカム構造である、建築層の間に配置された芯材とを備える。この種の軽量の建築要素は、機械的に非常に安定しており、よさそうに見えて、非常に低重量である。
本発明の目的は、軽量の建築要素で用いられるのに好適なコネクタを固定する方法、およびそのコネクタを提供することである。
・表面の開放された穴
・(切込みを有するリッジの構造などの)表面の他の構造、および
・圧力下での液体による表面の浸透を可能にし、それによって、液体によって充填される穴を表面の下に作製する不均質な特徴。
・液化が望まれる境界面のほうへの、軸に沿った位置の関数としての断面の縮小、
・幅広い範囲の直径の少なくとも1つの突起であって、液化が望まれる境界面にある突起。
・固定要素(および/または第2の要素および/または第3の要素)上の不均質な材料の分布。その結果、液化が望まれる境界面に隣接した材料は、他の境界面(たとえば、反対側の境界面)に隣接した材料よりも機械的振動エネルギの吸収率がより高い。たとえば、固定要素は、互いに接着する2つの部分を備えていてもよく、第3の要素との境界面に隣接した部分は、第2の要素との境界面に隣接した部分よりも柔らかい(または逆の場合も同様である)。他の例として、固定要素は、固定要素の長さにわたって濃度勾配を有する軟化剤などを備えていてもよい。
図1aの軽量の建築用板材は、第1の建築層1と、第2の建築層2と、第1の建築層と第2の建築層との間の芯材3とを備える。第1および第2の建築層は、同一の材料組成からなっている場合もあれば、異なる材料組成からなっている場合もある。それらは、たとえばファイバボード(パーチクルボード、中密度ファイバボードまたはハードボード)などのような木質複合材料などの木ベースの材料からなっていてもよい。2つの建築層の建築層厚みd1,d2は、等しい場合もあれば、異なっている場合もあり、たとえば1mm〜15mmであってもよく、特に2mm〜10mmであってもよい。建築層同士の距離dlは、必要性に応じて、大きな範囲内で選択されてもよい。しばしば、この距離dlは20mm〜50mmであるが、この発明の大半の実施例にとって距離dlは重要な数字ではないので、他の距離が排除されるものではない。
コネクタ11は、スリーブ要素12とピストン要素13とを備える。ピストン要素は、示す実施例では、軸方向貫通穴14を有しており、すなわち中空である。ピストン要素は、シャフト部13.2とヘッド部13.1とを備える。ヘッド部は、シャフト部を越えて径方向に延びているので、スリーブ要素の近位端面12.2のほうに向いた遠位ヘッド端面13.4を形成する。
・第1の建築層は、ねじ山(または、切込みを構成する類似の構造)を備える
・第2の建築層は、直径がピストン要素のシャフト部の直径におよそ対応する止まり穴を備え、止まり穴は、ねじ山(または、切込みを構成する類似の構造)を備える
・ピストンは、少なくとも2つの建築層と接触する場所では、熱可塑性材料からなっている
・スリーブ要素は、建築層同士の間の距離に対応する長さを有する
・ピストン要素のシャフト部はスリーブ要素よりも長い。
Claims (20)
- 軽量の建築要素にコネクタを固定する方法であって、前記軽量の建築要素は、第1の建築層と、前記第1の建築層から距離をおいたところに配置された第2の建築層とを備え、前記方法は、
スリーブ要素とピストン要素とを備える前記コネクタを設けるステップを備え、前記ピストン要素は、シャフト部を備え、前記スリーブ要素に対して軸方向に移動可能であるのに対して、前記スリーブ要素は、少なくとも部分的に前記シャフト部を取囲み、前記スリーブ要素および前記ピストン要素のうちの少なくとも1つは、熱可塑性材料を備え、前記方法はさらに、
前記第1の建築層に貫通穴を設けるステップを備え、前記貫通穴は周方向壁を備え、前記方法はさらに、
前記貫通孔に、前記コネクタを、その遠位部が前記第2の建築層にもたれかかるまで挿入するステップと、
遠位側のほうに前記ピストン要素を押しながら機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合し、それによって、前記周方向壁に隣接するかまたは前記周方向壁に対して遠位である、前記スリーブ要素と前記ピストン要素との間の境界面部において前記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部を液化し、それによって、液化した熱可塑性材料部を生成し、前記液化した熱可塑性材料部の液化した熱可塑性材料が径方向外向きに前記第1の建築層の構造に流入するようにする、および/または、前記第1の建築層の内面に沿って流れるようにするステップと、
前記液化した熱可塑性材料部を再固化させて、前記第1の建築層とのポジティブ嵌合接続を形成するステップとを備え、
以下の(A)および(B)の二つの条件、すなわち、
(A)前記ピストン要素が前記コネクタの遠位端に到達し、前記ピストン要素の遠位端が、前記コネクタを前記貫通孔に挿入する前記ステップが完了した後に前記第2の建築層にもたれかかり、前記ピストン要素の前記遠位端は、前記ピストン要素を押しながら機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合する前記ステップによって少なくとも部分的に液化される熱可塑性材料部分を有すること、
(B)機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合する前記ステップの段階の間、前記スリーブ要素は前記第2の建築層によって支持され、前記ピストン要素が前記第2の建築層に直接接触することなく、前記スリーブ要素によって支持されること、
の少なくとも一つの条件を満たす、方法。 - 前記ピストン要素および/または前記スリーブ要素の前記熱可塑性材料は、それぞれ、前記ピストン要素および/または前記スリーブ要素の遠位端に遠位熱可塑性材料部を含み、遠位側のほうに前記ピストン要素を押しながら機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合するステップにおいて、前記遠位熱可塑性材料部の少なくとも一部は、前記機械的振動の作用のために液化され、前記第2の建築層の構造に押込まれて、再固化後に前記第2の建築層とのポジティブ嵌合接続を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記ピストン要素は遠位熱可塑性材料部を備え、前記ピストン要素の軸方向の広がりは、前記第1の建築層と第2の建築層との間の距離プラス前記第1の建築層の厚みよりも大きい、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記シャフト部の軸方向の広がりは、前記スリーブ要素の軸方向の広がりよりも大きい、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記コネクタを挿入するステップの前に、前記第2の建築層に止まり穴を設けるさらなるステップを備え、前記コネクタを挿入するステップは、その遠位部が前記第2の建築層の前記止まり穴のベースにもたれかかるまで前記コネクタを挿入するステップを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ要素および前記ピストン要素は両方とも各々が熱可塑性材料を備え、遠位側のほうに前記ピストン要素を押しながら機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合するステップは、前記ピストン要素および前記スリーブ要素の両方の熱可塑性材料部を溶融させ、前記液化した熱可塑性材料部をさせるステップは、前記ピストン要素と前記スリーブ要素との間に溶着部を生成する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ要素および前記ピストン要素のうちの少なくとも1つは、機械的振動によ
って液化可能ではない材料を備え、前記液化可能ではない材料にポジティブ嵌合接続を形成するのに好適な構造を備え、遠位側のほうに前記ピストン要素を押しながら機械的振動を前記ピストン要素に結合するステップは、熱可塑性材料部がこれらの構造に流入するようにする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記ピストン要素は、外面形状が前記貫通穴の断面に本質的に対応するヘッド部を備える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。

少なくとも前記ピストン要素は、熱可塑性材料を備え、前記熱可塑性材料の一部は、前記ピストン要素および前記スリーブ要素が軸方向に互いに押付けられている間に前記結合面を介して前記ピストン要素に結合された機械的振動によって、前記軸方向に平行ではない、前記ピストン要素と前記スリーブ要素との間の境界面において液化可能である、コネクタ。 - 前記ピストン要素および前記スリーブ要素は両方とも熱可塑性材料からなっている、請求項11に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ピストン要素および前記スリーブ要素のうちの少なくとも1つは、金属製部分を備え、たとえば完全に金属製である、請求項11に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記ピストン要素および前記スリーブ要素のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記熱可塑性材料によって構築されて配置されるか、または、前記スリーブ要素および前記ピストン要素が互いに押付けられているときに熱可塑性材料との境界面を形成する非熱可塑性部に配置されるエネルギ誘導部材を備える、請求項11から13のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。

前記スリーブ要素は、前記熱可塑性材料に加えて、熱可塑性ではない成分を含み、前記スリーブ要素が前記境界面において熱可塑性材料を含むか、または、前記ピストン要素が前記境界面において熱可塑性材料を含む、コネクタ。 - 前記スリーブ要素がその近位端に前記熱可塑性材料を含み、前記スリーブ要素の前記近位端は、前記ピストン要素の頭部遠位端面との間に境界面を形成する、請求項18に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記スリーブ要素がその近位端に前記熱可塑性材料を含まず、前記スリーブ要素の前記近位端は、前記ピストン要素の頭部遠位端面との間に境界面を形成し、前記ピストン要素の前記頭部遠位端面が熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項18に記載のコネクタ。
