Claims (15)
1. Postupak koji obuhvaća: podvrgavanje reakcijskog medija (60) kemijskoj reakciji u reaktoru (10) koji obuhvaća prema dolje nakošeni tubularni član (18), razdjelnik protoka (14) smješten u tom tubularnom članu, i prvi podložak (16a) smješten u tom tubularnom članu, gdje je tubularni član izdužen po središnjoj osi izduženosti orijentacije prema dolje pod kutom u rasponu od 5 do 75 stupnjeva ispod horizontalne ravnine, gdje razdjelnik protoka dijeli reakcijski medij u donji dio (62c) koji teče po dnu (38) tubularnog člana i gornji dio (62a) koji teče na prvom podlošku (16a).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje je navedni prema dolje nakošeni tubularni član (18) u biti ravna cijev nagnuta prema dolje pod kutom u rasponu od 10 do 60 stupnjeva ispod horizontalne ravnine, i dalje obuhvaća drugi podložak (166) smješten u toj cijevi, gdje ta cijev ima omjer dužine prema promjeru (L:D) u rasponu od 2:1 do 50:1, gdje prvi i drugi podložak (16a, 16b) svaki imaju dužinu barem 0.25L, gdje razdjelnik protoka (14) dalje dijeli reakcijski medij u srednji dio (62b) koji teče na drugom podlošku (16b), gdje su brzine masenog protoka tog gornjeg, srednjeg i donjeg dijela unutar 50 posto jednog prema drugom, gdje prvi i drugi podložak (16a, 16b) predstavljaju odgovarajuću prvu i drugu prema gore okrenutu površinu po kojima teku gornji i srednji dio reakcijskog medija, gdje su te prva i druga prema gore okrenuta površina svaka orijentirane unutar 5 stupnjeva od nagibnog kuta cijevi.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-2, gdje reakcijski medij sadrži polikondenzacijsko punjenje, gdje to polikondenzacijsko punjenje sadrži PET s prosječnom duljinom lanca u rasponu od 5 do 50.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-3, gdje reakcijski medij kroz reaktor teče silom gravitacije.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4, gdje tubularni član ima omjer dužine prema promjeru (LD) u rasponu od 2:1 do 50:1 i gdje je L u rasponu od 3.05 do 61 metra (10 do 200 stopa) i D je u rasponu od 0.31 do 6.1 metar (1 do 20 stopa).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-5, dalje obuhvaća ispuštanje barem dijela parnog nusprodukta iz reaktora putem parnog izlaza (28) smještenog blizu vrha i/ili dna reaktora.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-6, dalje obuhvaća uvođenje predominantno tekućeg punjenja u reaktor kroz ulaz za punjenje (24) smješten blizu vrha reaktora.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, dalje obuhvaća sjedinjavanje gornjeg dijela (62a) i donjeg dijela (62c) reakcijskog medija blizu dna reaktora i ispuštanje sjedinjenog reakcijskog medija kroz izlaz za tekućinu (26) smješten blizu dna reaktora.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2-7, dalje obuhvaća sjedinjavanje gornjeg dijela (62a), srednjeg dijela (62b), i trećeg dijela (62c) reakcijskog medija blizu dna reaktora i ispuštanje sjedinjenog reakcijskog medija kroz izlaz za tekućinu (26) smješten blizu dna reaktora.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-9, gdje je kemijska reakcija polikondenzacija, gdje se prosječna duljina lanca reakcijskog medija povećava barem za 10 u tom reaktoru.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-10, gdje navedeni PET je PET kopolimer koji sadrži barem 90 molnih postotaka etilen tereftalata ponavljajućih jedinica i do 10 postotaka dodanih komonomernih ponavljajućih jedinica dobivenih iz dodanoh komonomera odabranog iz skupine koju čine izoftalna kiselina, 2,6-naftalin-dikarboksilna kiselina, 1,4-cikloheksan-dimetanol, dietilen glikol, te kombinacije njih dva ili više.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-11, gdje se punjenje održava na temperaturi u rasponu od 220 do 350°C, gdje se tlak parnog prostora u reaktoru održava u rasponu od 0 do 39996 Pa (0 do 300 tora).
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-12, dalje obuhvaća dobivanje predominantno tekućeg polikondenzacijskog produkta iz tog reaktora, gdje taj polikondenzacijski produkt sadrži PET s prosječnom duljinom lanca koja je barem 10 puta veća od prosječne duljine lanca PET-a u polikondenzacijskom punjenju.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-13, dalje obuhvaća uklanjanje proizvoda iz izlaza reakotra, gdje reakcijski medij formira taj proizvod, gdje je intrinzična viskoznost (It. V.) proizvoda u rasponu od 0.3 do 1.2 dL/g.
15. Reaktor (10) koji obuhvaća: prema dolje nagnuti tubularni član (18), razdjelnik protoka (14) smješten u tom tubularnom članu, i prvi podložak (16a) smješten u tom tubularnom članu, gdje je taj tubularni član izdužen po središnjoj osi izduženosti orijentacije prema dolje pod kutom u rasponu od 5 do 75 stupnjeva ispod horizontalne ravnine, gdje se prvi podložak (16a) pruža duž barem jedne četvrtine dužine tubularnog člana i razmaknut je od vrha i dna tubularnog člana, gdje taj reaktor definira donju komoru (36c) smještenu općenito ispod prvog podloška i gornju komoru (36a) smještenu općenito iznad prvog podloška, gdje razdjelnik protoka barem djelomičo definira prvi izlaz u protočnoj vezi s donjom komorom i drugi izlaz u protočnoj vezi s gornjom komorom.
