Abstract
Un polinucleótido aislado que codifica un polipéptido de Oplophorus luminiscente que tiene al menos el 80 % de identidad de secuencias con SEQ ID NO: 1 y que comprende una o más sustituciones de aminoácidos en una posición correspondiente a una de las posiciones 6, 18, 27, 34, 36, 40, 50 y 155, o una combinación de las mismas, de la SEQ ID NO: 1, donde el polipéptido de Oplophorus luminiscente tiene una luminiscencia mejorada en presencia de un sustrato de celenterazina con respecto a la SEQ ID NO: 3, con la salvedad de que el polipéptido de Oplophorus luminiscente no es uno de los enumerados en la Tabla 47.
