Abstract

Las presentes composiciones y métodos se refieren a una b-glucosidasa de Glomerella graminicola, polinucleótidos que codifican la b-glucosidasa y métodos de obtención y uso de estos. Las formulaciones que contienen la b-glucosidasa pueden ser adecuadas para usar en la hidrólisis de sustratos de biomasa lignocelulósica. Reivindicación 1: Un polipéptido recombinante que comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que es al menos 75% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de la sec. con núm. de ident.: 2 o la sec. con núm. de ident.: 3, en donde el polipéptido tiene actividad b-glucosidasa.
