Abstract

La invención se refiere a un polipéptido para la escisión hidrolítica de la zearalenona y/o al menos un derivado de zearalenona, siendo dicho polipéptido una hidrolasa que tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos seleccionada del grupo que consiste de SEQ ID NO: 1 a 15 o una variante funcional de la misma, en donde la secuencia de la variante funcional es al menos 40% idéntica a al menos una de las secuencias de aminoácidos. La invención también se refiere a: un aditivo que contiene el polipéptido; un polinucleótido aislado que codifica el polipéptido; y un método para la escisión hidrolítica de zearalenona y/o de al menos un derivado de zearalenona usando el polipéptido.
