Claims (14)
- Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel, das wasserabsorbierende Harzteilchen umfasst, die oberflächenvernetzt sind und hergestellt werden aus einem wasserabsorbierenden Harz, das eine vernetzte Struktur aufweist, die hergestellt wird durch Polymerisieren eines Monomers, das mindestens Acrylsäure und/oder deren Salz einschließt, wobei das wasserabsorbierende Mittel aufweist:- ein Absorptionsvermögen gegen Druck für 0,9-gewichtsprozentige Kochsalzlösung (AAPs) von 20 g/g oder mehr,- ein Zentrifugenrückhaltekapazität-Absorptionsvermögens für 0,9-gewichtsprozentige Kochsalzlösung (CRCs), das nicht weniger als 29 g/g, aber weniger als 39 g/g ist,
und- 90 Gewichtsprozent oder mehr der Teilchen weisen einen Durchmesser von weniger als 850 µm, aber nicht weniger als 150µm auf,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- das wasserabsorbierende Mittel eine logarithmische Standardabweichung (σζ) der Teilchengrößenverteilung in einem Bereich von 0,25 bis 0,45 aufweist;
das wasserabsorbierende Mittel einen chemischen Vernetzungsindex von 170 oder mehr aufweist, wobei der chemische Vernetzungsindex dargestellt wird durch die Formel:- die Oberflächenvernetzung des wasserabsorbierenden Harzes zu einem solchen Grad ausgeführt worden ist, dass die Differenz zwischen dem wasserabsorbierenden Harz und den wasserabsorbierenden Harzteilchen hinsichtlich des CRCs 3 g/g oder mehr ist. - Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Mittel einen chemischen Vernetzungsindex von 175 oder mehr aufweist.
- Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Mittel ein Phosphoratom enthält.
- Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Mittel eine Salzlösungsfließleitfähigkeit (SFC) in einem Bereich von 30 bis 3000 (10-7 ·cm3·s·g-1) oder mehr aufweist.
- Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Mittel eine Salzlösungsfließleitfähigkeit (SFC) in einem Bereich von 100 bis 250 (10-7·cm3·s·g-1) oder mehr aufweist.
- Wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Mittel einen Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserer (F) umfasst.
- wasserabsorbierendes Mittel gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserer (F) eine mehrwertigen Metall Verbindung ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines wasserabsorbierenden Mittels, das wasserabsorbierende Harzteilchen enthält, die oberflächenvernetzt sind und aus einem wasserabsorbierenden Harz hergestellt werden, das durch vernetzende Polymerisation eines Monomers, das Acrylsäure und/oder deren Salz einschließt, hergestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die vernetzende Polymerisation eine siedende Polymerisation ist, die in der Gegenwart eines wasserlöslichen Kettenübertragungsmittels von 0,001 mol% bis 10 mol% hinsichtlich des durch die siedende Polymerisation zu polymerisierenden Monomers ausgeführt wird; und
die Oberflächenvernetzung des wasserabsorbierenden Harzes zu einem solchen Grad ausgeführt wird, dass die Differenz zwischen dem wasserabsorbierenden Harz und den wasserabsorbierenden Harzteilchen hinsichtlich des CRCs 3 g/g oder mehr ist. - Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Harz eine CRCs in einem Bereich von 28 bis 40 (g/g) und einen Quelldruck der Gelschicht (SPGL (B)) von 40,0 (kdyne/cm2) oder mehr aufweist.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wasserabsorbierende Harz oberflächenvernetzt wird, bis das wasserabsorbierende Harz eine Salzlösungsfließleitfähigkeit (SFC) von 40 (10-7·cm3·s·g-1) oder mehr aufweist, und dann ein Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserer zu dem wasserabsorbierenden Harz zugegeben wird.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Teilchen eine solche Teilchengrößenverteilung aufweisen, dass 95 Gewichtsprozent bis 100 Gewichtsprozent der Teilchen einen Durchmesser von weniger als 850 µm, aber nicht weniger als 106 µm aufweisen, wobei die Teilchengrößenverteilung durch JIS-Standardsieb gemessen wird;
und- eine logarithmische Standardabweichung (σζ) der Teilchengrößenverteilung in einem Bereich von 0,25 bis 0,45 ist. - Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren weiteres Zugeben eines Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserers von 0,001 Gewichtsteilen bis 5 Gewichtsteilen hinsichtlich 100 Gewichtsteilen der Teilchen umfasst.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gewichtsprozent des Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserers zu den oberflächenvernetzten wasserabsorbierenden Harzteilchen die Salzlösungsfließleitfähigkeit (SFC) mit einer Rate von 3,5-fach oder mehr steigert.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10, 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flüssigkeitspermeabilitätsverbesserer mindestens eines von einem anorganischen Pulver oder einer mehrwertigen Metallverbindung enthält.
