Abstract
Description
1.吸湿率
実施例及び比較例で製造された吸湿パックを21日間30℃、80%の恒温恒湿器において露出して吸湿率を下記の式1を用いて測定した。
(21日間露出した後の吸湿パックの重量−最初吸湿パックの重量)/最初吸湿パックの重量×100
(113日間露出した後の吸湿パックの重量−最初吸湿パックの重量)/最初吸湿パックの重量×100
実施例及び比較例で製造された吸湿パックまたは複合吸湿構造体を21日間30℃、80%の恒温恒湿器において21日間露出して内容物の相分離、漏れ、包装紙の損傷等の製品安全性を目視で評価した。
×:内容物の相分離、内容物の漏れ及び包装紙の損傷のうち何れか一つでも発生すれば、安定性が確保されていないものと表記する。
最初吸湿パックの体積を基準として21日間30℃、80%の恒温恒湿器に露出した後の体積増加率を測定した。
自動車ヘッドランプ内に実施例及び比較例で製造した吸湿パックを装着した後、40℃、90%の相対湿度条件でランプ内の相対湿度を測定して内部の相対湿度が60%となる時点の時間を測定した。
下記の表1の組成によって、混合機を用いて均一に混合した吸湿剤25gを製造した。
吸湿剤からなる粉末型吸湿剤35gを通気性包装材に封入して第1吸湿パックを製造した。
前記実施例7において吸湿剤の構成成分の含量を実施例2と同様にして第1及び第2吸湿パックを製造した。
前記実施例7において吸湿剤の構成成分の含量を実施例3と同様にして第1及び第2吸湿パックを製造した。
前記実施例7において吸湿剤の構成成分の含量を実施例4と同様にして第1及び第2吸湿パックを製造した。
前記実施例7において吸湿剤の構成成分の含量を実施例5と同様にして第1及び第2吸湿パックを製造した。
Claims (13)
- a)塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム及び炭酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の第1無機物と、
b)酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の第2無機物と、
c)アルカリ金属リン酸塩と、
d)ポリエチレンワックス、ポリプロピレンワックス、ポリアミドワックス、カルナウバワックス、パラフィンワックス、及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンワックスからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上のポリマーワックスと、を含む吸湿剤であって、
前記吸湿剤は、総重量に対して、前記第1無機物10〜70重量%、前記第2無機物5〜50重量%、前記アルカリ金属リン酸塩1〜30重量%及び前記ポリマーワックス1〜40重量%を含む吸湿剤。 - 前記アルカリ金属リン酸塩は、モノソジウムホスフェート、ジソジウムホスフェート及びトリソジウムホスフェートからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の吸湿剤。
- 総重量に対して、第1無機物10〜70重量%、第2無機物5〜50重量%、アルカリ金属リン酸塩1〜30重量%及びポリマーワックス1〜30重量%を含む、請求項1に記載の吸湿剤。
- 請求項1に記載の吸湿剤が通気性包装材内に封入されたものである自動車ランプ用吸湿パック。
- 前記通気性包装材は、天然繊維、ポリエステル、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリアミド、セルロース系繊維、アクリル繊維及びレーヨン系繊維から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の繊維から製造された通気性フィルム層の一面または両面にシーリング層が形成されたものである、請求項4に記載の自動車ランプ用吸湿パック。
- 40℃、90%の恒温恒湿条件で55日以上相対湿度60%以下を保持する、請求項4に記載の自動車ランプ用吸湿パック。
- 粉末型吸湿剤を含む第1吸湿パック及びカプセル型吸湿剤を含む第2吸湿パックが内蔵された複合吸湿構造体であって、
前記粉末型吸湿剤は、塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム及び炭酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の第1無機物と、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の第2無機物と、アルカリ金属リン酸塩と、ポリマーワックスと、を含む吸湿剤からなり、
前記吸湿剤は、総重量に対して、前記第1無機物10〜70重量%、前記第2無機物5〜50重量%、前記アルカリ金属リン酸塩1〜30重量%及び前記ポリマーワックス1〜40重量%を含み、
前記カプセル型吸湿剤は、水溶性ポリマーを含むカプセルの内部に前記吸湿剤と同一または異なる吸湿剤が封入されたものである、前記複合吸湿構造体。 - 前記第1吸湿パック及び第2吸湿パックは、通気性包装材内にそれぞれ粉末型吸湿剤及びカプセル型吸湿剤が内蔵されたものである、請求項7に記載の複合吸湿構造体。
- 前記カプセル型吸湿剤は、50℃、相対湿度95%の条件で2時間の間測定したときの吸湿率が0.5〜15%のものである、請求項7に記載の複合吸湿構造体。
- 前記水溶性ポリマーは、ゼラチン、澱粉、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアルキレンオキシド、セルロースエーテル、カルボキシメチルセルロース、デキストリン、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、これらの塩及びこれらの共重合体から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の混合物である、請求項7に記載の複合吸湿構造体。
- 前記カプセル型吸湿剤は、水溶性ポリマーを含むカプセルの内部に第3無機物、第4無機物、アルカリ金属リン酸塩及びポリマー添加剤から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上の混合物を含む吸湿剤が封入されたものである、請求項7に記載の複合吸湿構造体。
- 前記第3無機物は、塩化マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、炭酸ナトリウム、リン酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、クエン酸ナトリウム、シュウ酸ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上を含み、
前記第4無機物は、酸化マグネシウム及び酸化カルシウムからなる群から選択される何れか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項11に記載の複合吸湿構造体。 - 自動車ランプ用である、請求項7に記載の複合吸湿構造体。
