Claims (18)
- Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) für eine spurgeführte Autorennbahn (22), welche eine Führungsnut (20) und benachbart zur dieser Stromschienen (24) aufweist, wobei zur Spurführung ein am Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) schwenkbar angeordneter Kiel (18) zum Eingriff in die Führungsnut (20) auf der Autorennbahn (22) vorgesehen ist, und wobei ferner eine Magneteinrichtung (32) am Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) angeordnet ist, welche mittels magnetischer Anziehung mit den Stromschienen (24) auf der Autorennbahn (22) derart zusammenwirkt, daß eine zusätzliche Haltekraft das Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) in der Spur auf der Autorennbahn (22) hält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß
eine Schwinge (26) mit einem Ende schwenkbar am Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) befestigt ist und die Magneteinrichtung (32) auf der Schwinge (32) beabstandet von der schwenkbaren Befestigung angeordnet ist, wobei die schwenkbare Befestigung derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei einem Driften des Fahrspielzeugs (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) in Form eines Schwenkens einer Längsachse (28) des Fahrspielzeuges (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) um den Kiel (18) des Fahrspielzeuges (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) als Drehpunkt relativ zur Autorennbahn (22) die Schwinge (26) relativ zum Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) derart entgegengesetzt schwenkt, daß die Magneteinrichtung (32) benachbart zu den Stromschienen (24) auf der Autorennbahn (22) verbleibt, so daß auch beim Driften eine magnetische Anziehungskraft zwischen Magneteinrichtung (32) und Stromschienen (14) zur Verfügung steht. - Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magneteinrichtung (32) an einem freien, der schwenkbaren Befestigung gegenüberliegenden Ende der Schwinge (26) angeordnet ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magneteinrichtung (32) wenigstens einen Permanentmagneten aufweist.
- Fahrspielzeug (600) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (26) zwischen der schwenkbaren Befestigung und einem freien Ende geteilt ist und dort ein Schwenkgelenk aufweist.
- Fahrspielzeug (600) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dasjenige Teil (48) der Schwinge (26), welches auf der von der schwenkbaren Befestigung der Schwinge (26) am Fahrspielzeug (600) abgewandten Seite des Schwenkgelenkes (50) angeordnet ist, die Magnete (32) trägt und auf wenigstens einer Führungsschiene (52) geführt ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (600) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (52) geradlinig ausgebildet ist und das Schwenkgelenk (50) zwischen den Teilen (46, 48) der Schwinge (26) zusätzlich eine Nocken-Nockenkurve-Verbindung (54, 56) derart aufweist, daß die beiden Teile (46,48) der Schwinge (26) beim Verschwenken der Schwinge (26) relativ zum Fahrspielzeug (600) zusätzlich eine Translations-/Schwenkbewegung relativ zueinander ausführen.
- Fahrspielzeug (600) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Führungsschiene (52) derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei einem Verschwenken der Schwinge (26) relativ zum Fahrspielzeug (300) aus einer Mittelstellung heraus, bei der die Schwinge (26) im wesentlichen parallel zur einer Längsachse (28) des Fahrspielzeuges (600) ausgerichtet ist, die Magneteinrichtung (32) eine Translationsbewegung in Richtung Autorennbahn (22) ausführt.
- Fahrspielzeug (600) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Federeinrichtung (34) vorgesehen ist, welche auf das die Magnete (32) tragende Teil (48) eine rückstellende Kraft in Richtung einer Mittelstellung der Schwinge (26) ausübt, bei der die Schwinge (26) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsachse (28) das Fahrspielzeugs (600) ausgerichtet ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (200) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Federeinrichtung (34) vorgesehen ist, welche auf die Schwinge (26) eine rückstellende Kraft in Richtung einer Mittelstellung der Schwinge (26) ausübt, bei der die Schwinge (26) im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Längsachse (28) das Fahrspielzeugs (200) ausgerichtet ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (300) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Befestigung eine Führungsstange (36) aufweist, welche die Schwinge (26) bei deren Schwenkbewegung führt.
- Fahrspielzeug (300) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Befestigung derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei einem Verschwenken der Schwinge (26) relativ zum Fahrspielzeug (300) aus einer Mittelstellung heraus, bei der die Schwinge (26) im wesentlichen parallel zur einer Längsachse (28) des Fahrspielzeuges (300) ausgerichtet ist, die Magneteinrichtung (32) eine Translationsbewegung in Richtung Autorennbahn (22) ausführt.
- Fahrspielzeug (300) nach Anspruch 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstange (36) ausgehend von der Mittelstellung der Schwinge (26) in Richtung Autorennbahn (22) abfallend ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (500) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kontakteinrichtung (40) vorgesehen ist, welche bei Erreichen eines vorbestimmten, insbesondere maximalen, Schwenkwinkels der Schwinge (26) relativ zum Fahrspielzeug (500) einen Fahrstrom für einen Antriebsmotor (14) des Fahrspielzeuges (50) beeinflußt.
- Fahrspielzeug (500) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakteinrichtung beidseitig bzgl. der Schwinge (26) mechanische Kontakte (40) aufweist, welche an jeweiligen Endstellungen der Schwinge (26) mechanisch anschlagen und einen Kontakt zum Aktivieren der Kontakteinrichtung auslösen.
- Fahrspielzeug (500) nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanischen Kontakte (40) an der Schwinge (26) oder am Fahrspielzeug (500) angeordnet sind.
- Fahrspielzeug (500) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakteinrichtung (40) den Fahrstrom verringert oder begrenzt.
- Fahrspielzeug (100, 200, 300, 500) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (26) mit dem Kiel (18) des Fahrspielzeuges (100, 200, 300, 500) drehfest verbunden ist.
- Fahrspielzeug (400) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwinge (26) unabhängig vom Kiel (18) schwenkbar gelagert ist und einen in die Führungsnut (20) der Autorennbahn (22) greifenden Führungskiel (38) im Bereich der Magneteinrichtung (32) aufweist.
