Claims (30)
- Verfahren zur maschinellen Herstellung von spulenlosen Kabelwickeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von einer Kabelrolle (1) in ihrer Länge vorbestimmbare Kabelstränge (7) abgezogen, jeweils zu einem Wickel (3) gewickelt und als Wickel (3) fixiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie vordere Kabelende (10) einem mit einer Wickeleinrichtung (2) verbundenen Greifer (11) übergeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinrichtung (2) einen Kabelstrang (7) vorbestimmter Länge aufwickelt, wobei das vordere Kabelende (10) vom Greifer (11) gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebildete Wickel (3) von der Wickeleinrichtung (2) in eine Fixiereinrichtung (12) übergeben wird, welche den Wickel (3) nimmt und zusammenhält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (12) den Wickel (3) auf einer unterhalb der Wickeleinrichtung (2) angeordneten Tischablage (13) ablegt auf der der Wickel (3) an mindestens einer Stelle (14, 15) durch einen Kabelbinder (4) zwecks Fixierung umschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Kabelende (10) durch den Greifer (11) einer längs der Tischablage (13) in der Tischebene verfahrbaren ersten Kluppe (16) zugeführt und darin festgeklemmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (11) den im Bereich oberhalb der zweiten Kluppe (16) liegenden und bereits durchtrennten Kabelstrang (7) erfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durch die Durchtrennung des Kabelstrangs (7) entstandene hintere Ende (18) des Kabelstrang (7) durch den Greifer (11) einer zweiten Kluppe (19) zugeführt wird, welche der ersten Kluppe (16) vorauseilt und in der Kluppe (19) festgeklemmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kluppen (16, 19) den Wickel (3) auf der Tischablage (13) entlang einer Verpackung zuführen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Haltevorrichtung (9) ein Spannen des vorderen Kabelendes (10) erfolgen kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinrichtung (2) mit dem Greifer (11) zur Erfassung des vorderen Kabelendes (10) an die als Übergabestelle funktionierende Haltevorrichtung (9) heranführbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinrichtung (2) mit dem Greifer (11) zur Übergabe der Kabelenden (18) an die Kluppen (16, 19) heranfahrbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kabelenden (5, 6) in die gleiche Richtung weisend am Kabelwickel (3) vorliegen.
- Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Herstellung von spulenlosen Kabelwickeln gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Aufnahme für eine Kabelrolle (1), eine Kabelzuführung (8) zu einer Haltevorrichtung (9), eine Trenneinrichtung (20), eine Wickeleinrichtung (2), mit einem Greifer (11), eine Fixiereinrichtung (12) mit einem Kabelbinder (4), eine Tischablage (13) und längs der Tischablage (13) verfahrbare Kluppen (16, 19) zum Festklemmen der Kabelenden (10, 18) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kabelzuführung (8) den Kabelstrang (7) erfassende Transportrollen hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (9) einen ausfahrbaren Stützarm (31) hat, welcher das vordere Kabelende (10) erfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickeleinrichtung (2) mindestens drei an einer Wickelwelle (32) aufspreizbar befestigte Wickelarme (21) und einen ebenfalls an der Wickelwelle (32) befestigten Greifer (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelarme (21) aus einem elastischen Material bestehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelarme (21) einen nachgiebigen Aufbau haben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelarme (21) in Abhängigkeit von der gewählten Kabellänge aufgespreizt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (11) mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten gabelartigen Klemmzangen (24) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (11) zum Erfassen des vorderen Kabelendes (10) an der Haltevorrichtung (9) und zur Übergabe des vorderen und des hinteren Kabelendes (10, 18) an die Kluppen (16, 19) nach unten über Wickelarme (21) hinaus verschiebbar an der Wickelwelle (32) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fixiereinrichtung (12) Halteklemmen (34) hat, die den Wickel (3) an seinem Außenumfang erfassen, formfixieren und halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifer (11) in einem radialen Abstand von der Wickelwelle (32) angeordnet ist, so dass er bei eingeklappter Lage der Wickelarme (21) über diese hervorsteht und bei ausgespreizter Lage der Wickelarme (21) innerhalb des Wickelradius liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmzangen (24) des Greifers (11) gabelartig so zueinander stehen, dass sie zwischen die Haltevorrichtung (9) und den Stützarmen (31) sowie auf die kastenartigen Kluppen (16, 19) schiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmleisten und Klemmzangen mit Pneumatikantrieben ausgestattet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wickelwelle (32) und die Wickeleinrichtung (2) mit Servoantrieben verbunden ist, die eine voneinander unabhängige Betätigung der Wickelwelle (32) längs oder quer zu ihrer Achse, ihre Drehbewegung und die Spreizbewegung der Wickelarme (21) erlauben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Servoantriebe und Pneumatikantriebe in einem aufeinander abgestimmten Arbeitstaktprogramm gesteuert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kabelbinder (4) eine Verknotungseinrichtung enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Haltevorrichtung (9) ein Trennschneider (20) zum Durchtrennen des Kabelstrangs (7) vorhanden ist.
