Claims (11)
- Rundstrickmaschine mit Mitteln (5a, 7) zur Herstellung einer Rundstrickware (15), einem unterhalb der Mittel (5a, 7) angeordneten, ein erstes und ein zweites seitliches Ende (32, 33) aufweisenden Breithalter (25), einer Abzugs- und/oder Aufwickeleinrichtung (14) und einer zwischen dem Breithalter (25) und der Abzugs- und/oder Aufwickeleinrichtung (14) angeordneten Ausbreiteinrichtung, die an einer Verbindungsstelle (43) V-förmig miteinander verbundene V-Walzen (17) sowie eine diesen zugeordnete Schneideinrichtung (21) derart enthält, daß ein schlauchförmiger Abschnitt (15a) der Rundstrickware (15) durch den Breithalter (25) flachgelegt, längs einer durch dessen erstes Ende (32) gebildeten ersten Längsfalte mit der Schneideinrichtung (21) aufgeschnitten, längs einer durch das zweite Ende (33) des Breithalters (25) gebildeten zweiten Längsfalte mittels der V-Walzen (17) ausgebreitet und im ausgebreiteten Zustand von der Abzugs- und/oder Aufwickeleinrichtung (14) abgezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem zweiten Ende (33) und der Verbindungsstelle (43) ein zum Überführen eines die zweite Längsfalte enthaltenden Bereichs der Strickware (15) auf die V-Walzen (17) bestimmtes Führungselement (44) angeordnet ist.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (44) einen Stab enthält.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stab mit einer rund oder oval ausgebildeten Stofführungsfläche versehen ist.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (44) am zweiten Ende (33) des Breithalters (25) befestigt ist und von diesem im wesentlichen parallel zu und mit einem radialen Abstand von einer Maschinenachse (8) angeordnet ist, der dem radialen Abstand des zweiten Endes (33) von der Maschinenachse (8) entspricht.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (44) zur Bildung eines absatzfreien Übergangs etwa in Höhe der Verbindungsstelle (43) längs eines radial nach innen gekrümmten Bogens (44a) bis zur Verbindungsstelle (43) verläuft.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (44) als Mitnehmer ausgebildet ist, der Drehbewegungen der V-Walzen (17) um eine Maschinenachse (8) auf den Breithalter (25) überträgt.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsstelle (43) durch ein Kopfstück (45) gebildet ist, das an einer radial innen liegenden Seite zwei zur Aufnahme von Enden der V-Walzen (17) bestimmte Ansätze (46) aufweist.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die V-Walzen (17) drehbar und/oder schwenkbar im Kopfstück (45) gelagert sind.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfstück (45) an einer radial außen liegenden Seite mit einer Aufnahme (47) für ein zugeordnetes Ende des Führungselements (44) versehen ist.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Breithalter (25) und den V-Walzen (17) zwei einen Durchtrittsspalt für die Strickware (15) bildende Umlenkstangen (16) angeordnet sind und das Führungselement (44) den Durchtrittsspalt durchragt.
- Rundstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (32) des Breithalters (25) einen Ausschnitt (41) enthält, in den die Schneideinrichtung (21) ragt.
