Claims (21)
- Wendeeinrichtung (1) für dünnes flächiges Gut (2), insbesondere für Drucksubstrate in einer drucktechnischen Maschine, mit über jeweils zwei Umlenkrollen (3, 4, 5, 6) gelegte Riemen (7, 8), die zwischen den Umlenkrollen (3, 4, 5, 6) gemeinsam um 180° geschränkt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Transportrichtung (9) gesehen nach dem Schränkungsbereich (10) mindestens drei Führungsrollen (11, 12, 13) an den tragenden Trums (7', 8') der Riemen (7, 8) in alternierender Anordnung angebracht sind und dabei mindestens eine der Führungsrollen (11, 12, 13) an mindestens einer Seite einen Haltekragen (14) aufweist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich ein Haltekragen (14) auf der Seite (15) befindet, auf der sich der äußere Rand (16) des Gutes (2) nach dem Schränkungsbereich (10) nach oben bewegt. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite obere Führungsrolle (13) nach dem Schränkungsbereich (10) einen Haltekragen (14) aufweist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Schränkungsbereich (10) zwei obere (11, 13) und eine untere Führungsrolle (12) angeordnet sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrollen (11, 12, 13) derart an die Riemen (7, 8) anliegen, daß diese aus der linearen Richtung (25) ausgelenkt sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch im oder vor dem Schränkungsbereich (10) mindestens eine Führungsrolle (18) angeordnet ist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsrolle (18) unter den tragenden Trums (7', 8') der Riemen (7, 8) angeordnet ist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Leiteinrichtung (19, 20, 21) angeordnet ist, die das Gut (2) an mindestens einer Außenseite (16, 16') führt. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Leiteinrichtung (19) für die Führung des äußeren Randes (16'), der sich nach dem Schränkungsbereich (10) nach unten bewegt, angeordnet ist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Leiteinrichtung (19) derart ausgebildet ist, daß sie den äußeren Rand (16') zum Zenit anhebt. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Leiteinrichtung (20) vorgesehen ist, die den sich gegen Ende der Wendung nach oben bewegenden Rand (16) auf die horizontale Ebene anhebt. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Leiteinrichtung (21) angeordnet ist, die den sich gegen Ende der Wendung nach unten bewegenden Rand (16') in der horizontalen Ebene stützt. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riemen (7, 8) als Keilriemen ausgebildet sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrollen (3, 4, 5, 6) zumindest dort, wo sie als Antriebsrollen dienen, mit beidseitigen Haltekrägen (14) ausgestattet sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Haltekrägen (14) gegenüber Rollen (3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 24) frei drehbar ausgestaltet sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkel (α) der Halteflächen (22) der Haltekrägen (14) an die Winkelstellung (β) der Flanken (23) der Riemen (17, 18) am Ort der jeweiligen Rolle (3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18 oder 24) angepaßt sind. - Wendeeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eine zusätzliche Weghalterolle (24) für die Riemen (7, 8) angeordnet ist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Weghalterolle (24) beidseitig Haltekrägen (14) aufweist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Weghalterolle (24) an den gutführenden Trums (7', 8') der Riemen (7, 8) angeordnet ist. - Wendeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 17, 18 oder 19,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Weghalterolle (24) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie eine Kollision des Gutes (2) mit den rückführenden Trums (7", 8") der Riemen (7, 8) verhindert.
