Definitions
- the present invention relates to an elevator for the transport of people and / or goods, with at least one elevator car, which is guided on guide rails or guide modules along a shaft doors wall of a building up and down mobile and which is preferably connected to a counterweight, said Elevator car is driven by a drive module with at least one traction sheave or pulley, which is connected via support members with the elevator car.
- the invention as characterized in claim 1 is characterized i.a. characterized in that a stationary drive is arranged to save space under the shaft ceiling and so no additional shaft cross-section needs to be carried with the cab.
- the load of the car and the counterweight can be uniformly distributed on the guides and does not have to be assigned as one side of a guide rail as in the prior art.
- the drive module is carried by a head module connecting the two guide rails or guide modules, or is formed as a co-supporting part of a drive head module, so that the resulting forces are conducted via the guides into the foundation.
- a slender, elongated drive requires only a small height, so that if the elevator is installed, for example, in an existing shaft, this shaft has practically no need to be extended upward due to the drive.
- the stationary drive can, for example, for a power doubling, be divided into two individual drives, each of the two drives is assigned to a guide module and double drive head or foundation modules can be formed.
- the drive module on two drive shafts, each with a traction sheave.
- the drive module can be assembled with guide modules, mounting modules and a head or foundation module to form a self-supporting frame, which forms a transportable by truck or by rail unit.
- FIG. 1, 1 designates a building wall on which, guided by two columnar guide modules 10, an elevator car 5 moves up and down.
- a shaft as a structural component of a building and as a carrier of mounting fittings for guide rails of the cabin and the counterweight and other elevator-specific apparatus is not necessarily needed.
- the guide modules 10 extend over several floors 8 and are due to the proposed road transport a maximum of about 18 m long. By joining several elements, higher buildings up to 100 m and more can easily be installed.
- the elevator car 5 has guide rollers 17 on an upper yoke 4 and on a lower yoke 7, and a Seilendbefest Trent 20 on the upper yoke 4.
- the upper yoke 4 and the lower yoke 7 are vertically connected to the catch frame 6.
- the guide modules 10 are connected by means of fastening modules 11 at the floors 8 to the building.
- the guide modules 10 are cross-connected below with a foundation module 13 and parked on the shaft floor.
- the foundation module 13 also carries one or two buffers 23.
- Above the guide modules 10 are cross-connected to a head module 2, in which case the head module 2 carries a drive module 12 and is referred to in this combination as a drive head module 22.
- the drive module 12 has lateral Traction sheaves 14, over which each support cables 3 are looped, which are connected to the elevator car 5 and with the running in the guide modules 10 counterweights 9 via the second Seilendbefest Trent 20. Of the two traction sheaves 14, only one of them is visible in the view of FIG. The same applies to the guide modules 10 and the counterweights 9.
- the guide modules 10 may be formed as an arbitrarily shaped profile, with or without guides for a counterweight.
- the modular elevator is arranged in an elevator shaft 27.
- the drive head module 22 seen from above recognizable.
- This consists of a between two parallel cross beams centrally arranged drive module 12 with a motor 19.
- This has on both sides outgoing drive shafts 18, to which at the outer ends depending on a traction sheave 14 is mounted.
- the drive shafts 18 are, which is not apparent in the schematic representation, provided with a protective tube, wherein the protective tube at the outer end behind the traction sheave 14 has a shaft bearing.
- the protective tube is guided at this outer end in a corresponding recess in the guide module 10, whereby the vertical force of the attached load with the elevator car 5 and the counterweight 9 is guided in the kink-resistant dimensioned guide module 10.
- the drive module 12 is formed as a co-supporting part of the drive head module 22 and thus replaces further stiffening connecting struts between the cross members.
- the drive module 12 comprises in addition to the motor 19 a brake, not shown, and occasionally a likewise not shown reduction gear.
- the drive module 12 is advantageously constructed as in EP 96107861.5, which is explained as part of this application, ie with a hollow rotor shaft formed, resulting in a slim, elongated design with a small diameter of the drive. This is required with the additional use of small traction sheaves 14 of 150 to 300 mm in diameter and preferably aramid ropes only very little horizontal height.
- the outgoing support cables 3 of the traction sheaves 14 lead practically without diagonal train in the center of the guide modules 10 to the counterweights 9 on one side and the Seilendbefest Trent 20 on the side arm of the catch frame 6 of the elevator car. 5
- FIGS 3 and 4 show in principle the same arrangement of the drive module 12 as in the previous dispositions.
- the elevator car 5 and the counterweights 9 2: 1 are suspended.
- 5 pulleys 15 and on the counterweights 9 pulleys 16 are present on the elevator car.
- the Seilendbefest Trent 20 are located on the drive head module 22. With this disposition can be dispensed with in many cases on a reduction gear in the drive module 12, with a lower cost and a better efficiency is achieved. This disposition is intended for those applications where larger loads are to be carried at low to medium speeds.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 show a further possibility of how the power range of the elevator installation according to the invention can be extended even further upwards.
- the two drive modules 12 are firmly connected to the head module 2 and thus form a dual-drive head module 24.
- the elevator car 5 and the counterweights 9 are also suspended in a ratio of 2: 1, which, at half the speed, the logical doubling of the carrying capacity results.
- the two drive modules 12 are arranged opposite to each other. This aims at a load torque compensation about the transverse axis in the head module 2 or double drive head module 24.
- the motor 19 has only one outgoing shaft 18 with a traction sheave 14.
- Figures 7 and 8 show a disposition with bottom drive.
- the drive module 12 is firmly connected to the foundation module 13 and the support cables 3 are guided over deflection rollers 15 and 16 on the head module 2 to the elevator car 5 and the counterweights 9, 15 as a guide pulley for the elevator car 5 and 16 as a deflection roller for the counterweights. 9 is provided.
- the deflection rollers 15 and 16 are each fastened to a guide module 10 by means of a fastening bracket 21. Shown is a 1: 1 suspension for the elevator car 5 and the counterweights 9. However, it is also possible with bottom drive to realize a 2: 1 suspension.
- a doubling of the drive power can be achieved by, as in the overhead drive, two drive modules 12 are provided, thus forming a non-illustrated double drive foundation module 26.
- an appropriate motor control for example with the same speed and torque setpoints, ensures that the same tensile forces prevail on both sides.
- suitable means such as chain and sprockets, a mechanical coupling.
- the slim, elongate shape of the drive head module 22 or drive foundation module 25 makes it possible to arrange the guide modules 10 with very short mounting modules 11 very close to the building, in which case the horizontal forces occurring are absorbed by the building structure.
- the present modular system is also suitable for the realization of backpack lifts.
- An installation of the elevator according to the invention into a shaft 27 does not result in a change in the modular disposition.
- Existing shaft walls then serve only as a barrier and are not burdened with fastening fittings.
- the elevator can be brought as a completely prefabricated unit, lowered from above into the still open shaft 27 and then attached to the shaft door wall.
