Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Schneiden/Rillen von wenigstens zwei nebeneinander liegenden Reihen (3, 4, 5) von benachbarten flachen Elementen (3a-3n, 4a-4n, 5a-5n) in einem bahnförmigen Material (1) wovon wenigstens eine Schneidkante oder eine Rilllinie transversal zum bahnförmigen Material (1) aus Segmenten (3'-5') zusammengesetzt ist und sich von einem Rand zum anderen des bahnförmigen Materials (1) erstreckt,
wobei das Verfahren darin besteht, das bahnförmige Material (1) zwischen zwei Schneide-/Rillzylindern (R1, R2) einer rotativen Schneide-/Rillmaschine hindurchzuführen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang der Schneidkante bzw. der Rilllinie wenigstens ein Versatz (k) in der Laufrichtung des bahnförmigen Materials (1) zwischen den Segmenten (3'-5') von zwei der nebeneinander liegenden Elemente (3a, 4a, 5a) erzeugt wird, so dass diese Schneidkante bzw. diese Rilllinie nicht mit den Mantellinien der Zylinder (R1, R2) zusammenfällt, wobei die zwei Segmente (3'-5') zueinander parallel bleiben, aber nicht auf einer Linie. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Segmente (3'-5') einen spitzen Winkel (α) mit einer Senkrechten (P) zur Laufrichtung (2) des bahnförmigen Materials (1) zwischen den Zylindern (R1, R2) bilden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Enden dieser jeweiligen Segmente (3'-5') auf zwei jeweiligen Geraden (P1, P2) liegen, die senkrecht zur Laufrichtung (2) des bahnförmigen Materials (1) sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verschnitte (8) zwischen wenigstens einem Teil der benachbarten Segmente (3'-5') von zwei benachbarten flachen Elementen (3a-3b, 4a-4b, 5a-5b) einer selben Reihe (3, 4, 5) erzeugt werden. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen Schneide- und/oder Rill-Zylinder (R1) umfasst, dessen Schneide- und/oder Rill-Messer (F1, F2, F3), die sich in einer Längsrichtung des Schneide-Zylinder (R1) erstrecken, wenigstens einen Versatz (k) bezogen auf die entsprechende Mantellinie des Schneide-Zylinders (R1) aufweisen.
