Abstract

本发明公开了一种PI管切断机,包括工作台和用于卡紧工件并带动工件旋转的夹料机构,所述工作台上还设有第一Y轴滑轨和底座气缸,所述第一Y轴滑轨上滑动安装有底座,所述底座上设有X轴导槽,所述X轴导槽内滑动安装有至少一组刀架底座,所述刀架底座上设有Y轴电动滑台,所述Y轴电动滑台上滑动安装有刀架,所述刀架上安装有刀片。本切断机将待切割工件放置在夹料机构上并带动工件旋转,底座气缸推动底座快速移动至预定位置,Y轴电动滑台带动刀架上的刀片滑向工件,将工件切割成段,夹料机构保证工件不晃动,刀片与工件始终稳定地保持垂直状态,使切割尺寸稳定,切割后工件边缘整齐无毛边。

技术领域
本发明涉及PI管加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种PI管切断机。
背景技术
PI(聚酰亚胺)管是一种新型耐高温热固性工程塑料,由于其在-270-400℃的大范围温度内能保持较高的物理机械性能,同时可在-240-260℃的空气中长期使用,并具有优异的电绝缘性、耐磨性、抗高温辐射性能和物理机械性能,合成途径较多并可用各种方法加工成型,所以在航空、电器、机械、微电子、计量等领域广泛使用。此外,PI管还广泛应用于大型打印机输纸辊筒的外表敷层,其对产品要求精度很高,传统的PI管切割设备较为简单,切割过程中尺寸不容易调整,边缘易切割不齐,容易出现毛边,而且同一个PI管工件两端被夹持后只能切割一次,不能将PI管分成多段同时切割,加工效率非常低。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种PI管切断机,其加工效率高,切割工件的尺寸稳定,切割后工件边缘整齐无毛边。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
PI管切断机,包括工作台和用于卡紧工件并带动工件旋转的夹料机构,所述工作台上还设有第一Y轴滑轨和底座气缸,所述第一Y轴滑轨上滑动安装有底座,所述底座上设有X轴导槽,所述X轴导槽内滑动安装有至少一组刀架底座,所述刀架底座上设有Y轴电动滑台,所述Y轴电动滑台上滑动安装有刀架,所述刀架上安装有刀片。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述刀架包括刀架本体、滑动安装在Y轴电动滑台上的底板和固定安装刀片的夹具,所述底板上设有第一X轴滑轨,第一X轴滑轨上还开设有螺纹孔,所述刀架本体底端设有与第一X轴滑轨配合的第一滑槽,所述刀架本体底端位于第一滑槽位置处还开设有长通孔,所述刀架本体通过一手旋螺钉穿过长通孔的方式紧固在第一X轴滑轨的螺纹孔上。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述底板前端伸出设有X轴千分尺,所述刀架本体前端对应地伸出设有一第一限位块,所述X轴千分尺的螺杆抵顶在第一限位块上。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述刀架本体一侧竖直设有Z轴导轨,所述夹具设有与Z轴导轨配合的第二滑槽,所述夹具还伸出设有一连接块,所述连接块上安装有Z轴千分尺,所述刀架本体前端对应地伸出设有第二限位块以及与Z轴千分尺平行的螺纹杆,所述Z轴千分尺的螺杆下端抵顶在第二限位块上,所述连接块套在螺纹杆上,所述螺纹杆位于连接块上下两侧均设有紧固螺母。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述夹料机构包括安装在工作台上的主轴组件和安装在底座前端的尾端夹紧组件,所述主轴组件包括主轴和主轴电机,所述主轴沿其轴向套设有若干套管,所述主轴可带动若干套管同步旋转,工件套设在若干套管上,相邻的两个套管之间夹设有复位弹簧,所述主轴与相邻的两个套管之间形成一伸缩槽,所述伸缩槽沿主轴的轴向的长度随复位弹簧的形变而变化,所述伸缩槽内安装有密封圈,所述密封圈被相邻的两个套管挤压变形后可卡紧工件。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述尾端夹紧组件包括夹紧气缸、第二X轴滑轨以及滑动安装在第二X轴滑轨上的夹紧支架,所述夹紧支架上设有夹头,所述夹头高度与主轴高度一致,所述夹头在底座气缸和夹紧气缸作动下可移动至主轴一端,并沿主轴的轴向挤压套管。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述工作台位于底座前方还设有定位块,当底座在底座气缸作动下抵顶在定位块上时,所述夹头处于主轴的轴向延伸位置。
本发明的有益效果有:
本切断机将待切割工件放置在夹料机构上并带动工件旋转,底座气缸推动底座快速移动至预定位置,Y轴电动滑台带动刀架上的刀片滑向工件,将工件切割成段,夹料机构保证工件不晃动,刀片与工件始终稳定地保持垂直状态,使切割尺寸稳定,切割后工件边缘整齐无毛边。

参见图1 ,本发明的一种PI管切断机,包括工作台2和用于卡紧工件1并带动工件1旋转的夹料机构3,所述工作台2上还设有第一Y轴滑轨21和底座气缸22,所述第一Y轴滑轨21上滑动安装有底座4,所述底座4上设有X轴导槽41,所述X轴导槽41内滑动安装有至少一组刀架底座5,所述刀架底座5上设有Y轴电动滑台51,所述Y轴电动滑台51上滑动安装有刀架6,所述刀架6上安装有刀片7。
进一步参见图2 ,所述刀架6包括刀架本体61、滑动安装在Y轴电动滑台51上的底板62和固定安装刀片7的夹具63,所述底板62上设有第一X轴滑轨621,第一X轴滑轨621上还开设有螺纹孔,所述刀架本体61底端设有与第一X轴滑轨621配合的第一滑槽611,所述刀架本体61底端位于第一滑槽611位置处还开设有长通孔612,所述刀架本体61通过一手旋螺钉64穿过长通孔612的方式紧固在第一X轴滑轨621的螺纹孔上;所述底板62前端伸出设有X轴千分尺622,所述刀架本体61前端对应地伸出设有一第一限位块613,所述X轴千分尺622的螺杆抵顶在第一限位块613上,在需要对刀片7进行左右位置微调时,先拧松手旋螺钉64,旋转X轴千分尺622,刀架本体61相对底板62滑动,拧紧手旋螺钉64锁定刀片7的位置并记录X轴千分尺622的刻度。
进一步参见图3,所述刀架本体61一侧竖直设有Z轴导轨614,所述夹具63设有与Z轴导轨614配合的第二滑槽631,所述夹具63还伸出设有一连接块632,所述连接块632上安装有Z轴千分尺633,所述刀架本体61前端对应地伸出设有第二限位块615以及与Z轴千分尺633平行的螺纹杆616,所述Z轴千分尺633的螺杆下端抵顶在第二限位块615上,所述连接块632套在螺纹杆616上,所述螺纹杆616位于连接块632上下两侧均设有紧固螺母,同样地,在需要微调刀片7的高低位置时,拧松连接块632两侧的紧固螺母,使连接块632得到释放,旋转Z轴千分尺633,使得连接块632在螺纹杆616上滑动,当刀片7到达预定位置时,拧紧连接块632两侧的紧固螺母并记录Z轴千分尺633上的刻度。
进一步参见图4和图5,所述夹料机构3包括安装在工作台2上的主轴组件31和安装在底座4前端的尾端夹紧组件32,所述主轴组件31包括主轴311和主轴电机312,所述主轴311沿其轴向套设有若干套管313且主轴311能够带动若干套管313同步旋转,套管313可沿主轴311的轴向相对移动,工件1套设在若干套管313上,相邻的两个套管313之间夹设有复位弹簧314,所述主轴311与相邻的两个套管313之间形成一伸缩槽315,所述伸缩槽315沿主轴311的轴向的长度随复位弹簧314的形变而变化,所述伸缩槽315内安装有密封圈316。
进一步参见图6,所述尾端夹紧组件32包括夹紧气缸321、第二X轴滑轨322以及滑动安装在第二X轴滑轨322上的夹紧支架323,所述夹紧支架323上设有夹头324,所述夹头324高度与主轴311高度一致,如图1所示,所述工作台2位于底座4前方还设有定位块8,当底座4在底座气缸22作动下抵顶在定位块8上时,所述夹头324处于主轴311的轴向延伸位置,所述夹头324在夹紧气缸321作动下可移动至主轴311一端,并沿主轴311的轴向挤压套管313,使得任意相邻的两个套管313之间的距离被缩短,同时复位弹簧314被压缩,伸缩槽315沿主轴311的轴向的长度变短并挤压密封圈316,使密封圈316被挤压变形导致其外径扩大,从而卡紧并限制工件1,密封圈316通过摩擦力能带动工件1同步旋转,并防止工件1沿主轴311的轴向滑动,从而使得主轴能够带动工件1一起旋转,保证工件1稳定不晃动,在工件1完成切割成段操作后,夹头324在夹紧气缸321作动下复位,相邻的两个套管313在复位弹簧314的弹力下松开密封圈316,密封圈316与工件1分离,可依次取出成段后的工件。
此外,当工件1需要同时切割成多段时,为了提高切割效率,套管313和刀片7可设置为多组,每段工件对应被至少一个密封圈316对应卡紧并被带动旋转,再采用相应数量的刀片7分段同时切割工件1,每段工件在旋转时不受其两端切割程度的影响,而传统的夹持方式是采用夹料设备直接夹紧工件1两端并带动其旋转,工件1是在来自其两端的旋转扭矩作用下旋转,若操作时用两组或两组以上的刀片同时分多段切割工件1,在切割过程未完全完成时,处于中间段的工件已经很难在其两端的旋转扭矩作用下正常旋转,造成切割后的工件尺寸精度非常低。
本切断机先将工件1套在主轴311上,移动底座4及夹紧支架323,夹头324夹紧工件1,主轴电机312驱动工件1旋转,刀片7在Y轴电动滑台51驱动下切割工件1,可将工件切割成多段,刀片7与工件1始终稳定地保持垂直稳定状态,使切割尺寸稳定,切割后的工件1边缘整齐无毛边。

1.PI管切断机,其特征在于:包括工作台和用于卡紧工件并带动工件旋转的夹料机构,所述工作台上还设有第一Y轴滑轨和底座气缸,所述第一Y轴滑轨上滑动安装有底座,所述底座上设有X轴导槽,所述X轴导槽内滑动安装有至少一组刀架底座,所述刀架底座上设有Y轴电动滑台,所述Y轴电动滑台上滑动安装有刀架,所述刀架上安装有刀片,所述夹料机构包括安装在工作台上的主轴组件和安装在底座前端的尾端夹紧组件,所述主轴组件包括主轴和主轴电机,所述主轴沿其轴向套设有若干套管,所述主轴可带动若干套管同步旋转,工件套设在若干套管上,相邻的两个套管之间夹设有复位弹簧,所述主轴与相邻的两个套管之间形成一伸缩槽,所述伸缩槽沿主轴的轴向的长度随复位弹簧的形变而变化,所述伸缩槽内安装有密封圈,所述密封圈被相邻的两个套管挤压变形后可卡紧工件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PI管切断机,其特征在于:所述刀架包括刀架本体、滑动安装在Y轴电动滑台上的底板和固定安装刀片的夹具,所述底板上设有第一X轴滑轨,第一X轴滑轨上还开设有螺纹孔,所述刀架本体底端设有与第一X轴滑轨配合的第一滑槽,所述刀架本体底端位于第一滑槽位置处还开设有长通孔,所述刀架本体通过一手旋螺钉穿过长通孔的方式紧固在第一X轴滑轨的螺纹孔上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PI管切断机,其特征在于:所述底板前端伸出设有X轴千分尺,所述刀架本体前端对应地伸出设有一第一限位块,所述X轴千分尺的螺杆抵顶在第一限位块上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的PI管切断机,其特征在于:所述刀架本体一侧竖直设有Z轴导轨,所述夹具设有与Z轴导轨配合的第二滑槽,所述夹具还伸出设有一连接块,所述连接块上安装有Z轴千分尺,所述刀架本体前端对应地伸出设有第二限位块以及与Z轴千分尺平行的螺纹杆,所述Z轴千分尺的螺杆下端抵顶在第二限位块上,所述连接块套在螺纹杆上,所述螺纹杆位于连接块上下两侧均设有紧固螺母。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PI管切断机,其特征在于:所述尾端夹紧组件包括夹紧气缸、第二X轴滑轨以及滑动安装在第二X轴滑轨上的夹紧支架,所述夹紧支架上设有夹头,所述夹头高度与主轴高度一致,所述夹头在底座气缸和夹紧气缸作动下可移动至主轴一端,并沿主轴的轴向挤压套管。
