Claims (12)

  1. Kontinuierliches Herstellungsverfahren für Gipskartonplatten (44), bei dem zwei Blätter von kartoniertem Papier (8) und (9) in einem Formgeber (13) ein hydraulisches Bindemittel (10) auf der Basis von Gips umschließen, wodurch ein Verbundstreifen (45) erzeugt wird, der auf zwei Härtungsbändern (14) und (15) härtet, an deren Rand zwei abgeschrägte Streifen für die Herstellung der verdünnten Längsränder (16) vorhanden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht:
    - dehnbare, geschmeidige, leichte Leisten (5) einer Dicke zwischen 1 und 2 mm und einer Breite zwischen 5 und 20 mm kontinuierlich herzustellen,
    - die Leisten (5) auf eine Länge gleich der Breite der in Herstellung befindlichen Platte, verringert um einen Wert zwischen 0 und 10 cm, zu schneiden,
    - die Oberseite der Leisten (5) zu leimen,
    - im Vorbeilauf und kontinuierlich die Leisten (5) unter das cremefarbene Papier (8) in einem genauen Abstand "p" quer, zentriert und lotrecht zum Verlauf des cremefarbenen Papiers (8) zu leimen,
    - die Leisten (5) an das cremefarbene Papier (8) in einer Zone zu leimen, die sich notwendigerweise vor dem Formgeber (13) befindet,
    - die Leisten (5) vom cremefarbenen Papier (8) mitnehmen zu lassen,
    - die Spannung des cremefarbenen Papiers (8) so zu regeln, dass die Breite des Eindrucks (20) zwischen 10 und 18 cm geregelt wird,
    - die Leisten (5) am cremefarbenen Papier (8) während der Zeit der Durchquerung des Formgebers (13) und der Härtungszeit des aus dem cremefarbenen Papier (8), dem grauen Papier (9) und dem hydraulischen Bindemittel (10) zusammengesetzten Verbundstreifens (45) befestigt zu lassen,
    - den Verbundstreifen (45) mit dem Abschneider (2) genau in der Mitte des von der Leiste (5) hinterlassenen Eindrucks (20) zu schneiden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leisten (5) nach dem Härten des Verbundstreifens (45) in einer Zone, die vom Ende des Bands (14) bis zum Abschneider (2) reicht, und vorzugsweise in der Zone (23) zwischen den Härtungsbändern direkt nach dem Härtungsband (14), oder auch in der Zone, die sich in der Nähe und vor dem Abschneider (2) befindet, im Vorbeilauf abgelöst werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leisten (5) von einer Rolle (26) eines geschmeidigen Bands (26) abgeschnitten werden, das entweder aus Papier oder aus Kunststoffmaterial oder aus pflanzlichen Stoffen oder aus Metall oder aus einem Verbundmaterial besteht.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gezackte Leiste (57), die von einer Rolle (26) eines geschmeidigen Bands (27) abgenommen wird, über ihre Länge mindestens eine Reihe von Zäckchen (58) mit variabler Tiefe (59) aufweist, was die Regelung der Gesamtdicke der gezackten Leiste (57) und somit der Tiefe der gesuchten Querverdünnung (17) ermöglicht, wobei die Enden der gezackten Leiste (57) selbst gemäß einer Tiefe gezackt sind, die sich von der Höhe (59) der Zäckchen (58) der Mitte der gezackten Leiste (57) unterscheidet.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (5) auf eine Drahtleiste (52) oder eine Doppeldrahtleiste (55) reduziert ist, wobei der Draht von einer Rolle (26) eines geschmeidigem Drahts kommt, der entweder aus Papier oder aus Kunststoffmaterial oder aus pflanzlichen Stoffen oder aus Metall oder aus Verbundmaterial besteht.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des cremefarbenen Papiers (8) zu beiden Seiten und auf der gleichen Seite wie die Leiste (5) und zusammenfallend mit der von der Leiste (5) erzeugten späteren Querverdünnung (17) entweder durch Prägen oder durch Zäckchenbildung oder durch Rändeln oder durch Bürsten aufgeraut wird (12), wobei die Oberfläche zudem gemäß zwei leichten Kerbenlinien (11) parallel zur Leiste (5) in einer Zone vormarkiert wird, die dem späteren Beginn der von der Leiste (5) erzeugten Querverdünnung (11) entspricht.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, die aus einer Herstellungsstraße von Gipskartonplatten (44) besteht, in der zwei Blätter aus kartoniertem Papier (8) und(9) abrollen und in einem Formgeber (13) ein hydraulisches Bindemittel (10) auf der Basis von Gips umschließen und einen Verbundstreifen (45) bilden, der auf zwei Härtungsbändern (14) und (15) härtet, die mit abgeschrägten Streifen zur Konfektion von waagrechten Verdünnungen (16) versehen sind, und eine Führungslage (42), die sich zwischen dem Leimer-Nachführgerät und dem Formgeber (13) befindet, die Aufgabe hat, die Leisten (5) vor einem unerwünschten Abreißen zu schützen und den Durchgang und das Gleiten der Leisten (5) zwischen dem Leimer-Nachführgerät und dem Formgeber (13) zu erleichtern, und ein Ablöser von Leisten (5), der sich hinter dem Härtungsband (14) und vor dem Abschneider (2) befindet, die Aufgabe hat, die unter den Verbundstreifen (45) geleimten Leisten (5) im Vorbeilauf abzulösen, und ein Abschneidegerät, das sich hinter dem Härtungsstreifen (15) und hinter dem Ablöser von Leisten (5) befindet, die Aufgabe hat, den Verbundstreifen (45) im rechten Winkel zu jedem von den Leisten (5) hinterlassenen Eindruck abzuschneiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein in einer Zone vor dem Formgeber (13) angeordnetes Leimer-Nachführgerät aufweist, das die Aufgabe hat, die Leisten (5) ausgehend von einer Rolle (26) eines geschmeidigen Bands (27) vorzubereiten, in schneller Taktfolge an das cremefarbene Papier (8) anzulegen, die Leisten (5) im Vorbeilauf und präzise unter das cremefarbene Papier (8) zu leimen, das cremefarbene Papier (8) zu beiden Seiten der unter das cremefarbene Papier (8) geleimten Leiste (5) aufzurauen und vorzumarkieren.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimer-Nachführgerät ein translatorisches Leimer-Nachführgerät (6) ist, wobei das Gerät aus einem unteren Tisch (29), der sich unter dem cremefarbenen Papier (8) befindet, und aus einem oberen Gegentisch (36) besteht, der sich über dem cremefarbenen Papier (8) befindet, wobei der untere Tisch (29) Leisten (5) aufnimmt, die von einer Rolle (26) eines geschmeidigen Bands (27) kommen, das vom Verleimer (30) geleimt und vom Messer (31) auf die passende Länge geschnitten wurde, und mit einer Prägeeinrichtung (37) und mit Druckzylindern und Führungen (34) versehen ist, wobei der obere Gegentisch (36) mit einer pressbaren Auflageplatte (35), einer Gegenprägeeinrichtung (38) und einem Impulssensor (32) ausgestattet ist, wobei die beiden Tische (29) und (36) von einem Wagen (70) getragen werden, der vom Übersetzungsantrieb (33) verschoben wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimer-Nachführgerät ein drehbares Leimer-Nachführgerät (7) ist, wobei das Gerät aus einer unteren Rolle (40), die sich unter dem cremefarbenen Papier (8) befindet, und aus einer oberen Rolle (41) besteht, die sich über dem cremefarbenen Papier (8) befindet, wobei die untere Rolle (40) Leisten (5) aufnimmt, die von einer Rolle (66) eines geschmeidigen Bands (63) kommen, das vom Verleimer (60) geleimt und vom Messer (61) auf die passende Länge geschnitten wird, und an ihrem Umfang mit einer Prägeeinrichtung (67) versehen ist, wobei die obere Rolle (41), die sich über dem cremefarbenen Papier (8) parallel zur ersten unteren Rolle (40) befindet, an ihrem Umfang mit einer pressbaren Auflageplatte (65) und mit einer Gegenprägeeinrichtung (68) ausgestattet und mit den Druckzylindern und Führungen (64) verbunden ist, wobei die beiden Rollen (40) und (41) mit einem Übersetzungsantrieb (39) und mit einem Impulssensor (69) versehen sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungslage (42) aus einem geschmeidigen, gleitenden und abnutzungsfesten Film besteht, der durch die Fixierung (47) vor dem Tisch (48) befestigt ist, wobei der geschmeidige Film mit einer Breite größer als die Länge der Leisten (5) sich gleichzeitig an den Tisch (48), die Schlageinrichtungen (18), die vorstehenden Punkte (19), die Führungen des cremefarbenen Papiers (8) der Zone zwischen dem Mischer (1) und dem Formgeber (13) anpasst, wobei der geschmeidige Film den Leisten (5) in der Zone eine glatte und gleitende Fläche ohne Anschlagpunkt bietet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablöser der Leisten (5) aus einem Druckzylinder (25) besteht, der vom Eindruckdetektor (21) und der ihm zugeordneten Elektronik gesteuert wird, wobei der Druckzylinder (25) mit einer Bürste (22) verbunden ist, die selbst mit einem Motor ausgestattet ist, wobei die Bürste (22) sich unter dem Verbundstreifen (45) befindet und bezüglich dieses letzteren schräg angeordnet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschneidegerät aus einem Abschneider (2), einem Eindruckdetektor (21) im bekannten Abstand d2 vom Abschneider (2) und einem Abschneider-Schnittrechner (2) besteht.
