Claims (2)

1. Rotations-Bindemaschine zum Verbinden von übereinanderliegenden Endlos-Drucksachen (3) von Tabelliermaschinen mittels Klebebandstücken, mit zwei Köpfen (1-2), von denen der eine oberhalb und der andere unterhalb der Drucksache (3) angeordnet ist und die sich vertikal in Richtung der Vorschubrichtung der Drucksache und sowohl miteinander als auch mit der Verschiebebewegung der Drucksache synchron drehen, wobei diese Köpfe zwei Andrückvorrichtungen (5-10 umfassen, deren aktive, krummlinige Oberflächen tangential zur Drucksache verlaufen, die eine Trajektorie besitzen, deren Abwicklung auf der Drucksache gleich einem Vielfachen der Schrittweite der Randperforation der Drucksache (3) ist und die dazu dienen, ein Stück des Klebebandes (7) zu befestigen und abzutrennen, mit einer Vorrichtung zum Abwickeln des Klebebandes (7) von einem Wickel (40) bevor dieses Band an der Drucksache (3) befestigt wird, und mit einer Vorrichtung (42) zum Umbiegen und Befestigen des Bandes an der unteren Seite der Drucksache (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass der obere Kopf (1) mit einem Stempel (6) versehen ist, der exzentrisch unmittelbar hinter der Andrückvorrichtung (5) befestigt ist, und dass der untere Kopf (2) mit einer in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Nut (22) versehen ist, die periodisch dem Stempel (6) des oberen Kopfes (1) so gegenüberliegt, dass das Schneiden des Klebebandes (7) in der Mitte zwischen den Köpfen (1 und 2) stattfindet und dass das vordere Ende des Klebebandes (7) sich nach jeder Umdrehung des Kopfes (1) immer unter der Andrückvorrichtung (5) befindet,
- dass die Vorrichtung zum Abwickeln des Klebebandes (7) von einem Wickel (40) einen vertikal schwingenden Hebel (36) umfasst, der der Kraft einer Rückholfeder (38) unterworfen ist und der vermittels eines Gewindestiftes (37) durch einen an einer Basis des oberen Kopfes (1) befestigten Nocken (9) so gesteuert wird, dass der Hebel (36) bei jeder Umdrehung des oberen Kopfes (1) eine Menge (77) des Klebebandes (7) abspult, die der Länge des Bindestücks entspricht,

und dass die Rotations-Bindemaschine darüberhinaus folgende Bestandteile umfasst:
- eine Vorrichtung zum Anhalten des Klebebandes (7), die aus einem vertikal schwingenden Hebel (30) besteht, der mit einer gegenüber einer horizontalen Schwelle (34) angeordneten Platte (33) zum Ergreifen des Klebebandes (7) in der Nähe des oberen Kopfes (1) und der Drucksache (3) versehen ist und der der Kraft einer Rückholfeder (32) unterworfen ist und vermittels eines Gewindestiftes (35) durch einen an einer Basis des oberen Kopfes (1) befestigten Nocken (8) so gesteuert wird, dass bei jeder Umdrehung des Kopfes (1) und nachdem das Klebeband (7) an der Drucksache (3) befestigt worden ist, die Platte (33) das Klebeband (7) durch Andrücken gegen die Schwelle (34) festhält, und
- eine mit Stiften (41) versehene Rolle (4), die oberhalb der Drucksache (3) angeordnet ist, um den vorderen Teil des Bindestücks, der sich über einem der Löcher im Rand der Drucksache (3) befindet, in dieses Loch hineinzudrücken, sowie eine Rolle (42), die unterhalb der Drucksache angeordnet ist und diese berührt, um den vorderen Teil der Bindestücke, der in eines der Löcher im Rand der Drucksache (3) hineingedrückt ist, umzubiegen und an der unteren Seite der Drucksache (3) zu befestigen.
2. Rotations-Bindemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Andrückvorrichtung (10) des unteren Kopfes (2) geringfügig über den Rand dieses Kopfes (2) vorsteht, während die Andrückvorrichtung (5) des oberen Kopfes (1) das Klebeband (7) an der Drucksache (3) befestigt.
