Abstract

本发明提出了一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架、支撑柱、切割机构、安装架和两个压料机构;切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀组,支撑筒安装在转动轴外围,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组包括多个切割刀,机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有两个水平导轨,压料机构包括移动架、伸缩杆、连接杆和多个压料装置,压料装置包括定位座、外压筒和内压桶。本发明使用方便,且有效的提高了碗状塑料的切割效率。

一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料件加工领域,具体涉及一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备。
背景技术
碗状塑料生产时一般将多个碗状塑料注射成一个塑料主板,然后通过切割刀下压一一切取,这种加工方式虽然便捷,但是效率低,切割刀长时间作用在机架上易发生磨损,企业维护成本高,而且后期还要耗费人力将切割后需要的部分和不需要的部分分离。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备。
本发明提出的一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架、支撑柱、切割机构、安装架和两个压料机构;
支撑柱安装在机架下部,切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀组,转动轴可转动安装在机架上,转动轴轴线水平,支撑筒安装在转动轴外围,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿转动轴轴线依次分布;
机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,传送柱轴线平行于转动轴的轴线,传送柱轴线位于同一平面;
安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有两个水平导轨,水平导轨长度方向垂直于转动轴轴向;
压料机构包括移动架、伸缩杆、连接杆和多个压料装置,伸缩杆可移动安装在移动架上,伸缩杆移动方向为竖直方向,连接杆安装在伸缩杆上,连接杆轴向平行于转动轴轴向;
压料装置包括定位座、外压筒和内压桶,定位座安装在连接杆上,内压桶可拆卸安装在定位座上,内压桶开口朝下,外压筒可拆卸安装在定位座上,并位于内压桶外围;
连接杆上的压料装置沿其轴向依次分布;
两个压料机构的移动架分别安装在两个水平导轨上,两个压料机构的移动架和伸缩杆配合可以使一个连接杆绕另一个连接杆转动。
优选地,转动轴为多棱柱。
优选地,压料装置还包括风机,内压桶上部设有导风孔,风机管路连通导风孔。
优选地,安装架上安装有储料盒,任意一个压料机构的移动架和伸缩杆配合均可使其内压桶位于储料盒正上方。
优选地,机架上安装有传动带,传动带套装在传送柱外围。
优选地,传动带上安装有限位挡块,限位挡块上可转动安装有压紧件,弹性件连接压紧件和限位挡块。
优选地,切割刀组沿支撑筒周向均匀分布。
本发明使用时将塑料主板放置在转动轴上,转动轴带动塑料主板移动,在塑料主板移动至安装架所在的位置时,一个压料机构的移动架与伸缩架配合,使连接杆上每一个压料装置均压住一个碗状塑料,并随随塑料主体同向同速运动,在运动到支撑柱上方时,切割刀在外压筒和内压桶之间的空隙对压料装置压住的碗状塑料进行切割,两个压料机构轮流工作可以有效提高本发明的工作效率,切割刀由外压筒和内压桶之间的空隙切入不易磨损,切割刀由支撑筒转动实现切割,有利于实现塑料主体运动过程中切割。本发明使用方便,且有效的提高了碗状塑料的切割效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,本发明提出的一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,包括机架1、支撑柱2、切割机构、安装架4和两个压料机构;
支撑柱2安装在机架1下部,切割机构包括转动轴31、支撑筒32和多个切割刀组33,转动轴31可转动安装在机架1上,转动轴31轴线水平,支撑筒32安装在转动轴31外围,支撑筒32外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组33可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组33包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿转动轴31轴线依次分布,一个切割刀用于对一个碗状塑料进行切割;
机架1上可转动安装有多个传送柱11,传送柱11轴线平行于转动轴31的轴线,传送柱11轴线位于同一平面;
安装架4对应切割机构位置安装在机架1上,安装架4上设有两个水平导轨41,水平导轨41长度方向垂直于转动轴31轴向;
压料机构包括移动架51、伸缩杆52、连接杆53和多个压料装置,伸缩杆52可移动安装在移动架51上,伸缩杆52移动方向为竖直方向,连接杆53安装在伸缩杆52上,连接杆53轴向平行于转动轴31轴向;
压料装置包括定位座541、外压筒542、内压桶543和风机544,定位座541安装在连接杆53上,内压桶543可拆卸安装在定位座541上,内压桶543开口朝下,外压筒542可拆卸安装在定位座541上,并位于内压桶543外围;
连接杆53上的压料装置沿其轴向依次分布;
两个压料机构的移动架51分别安装在两个水平导轨41上,两个压料机构的移动架51和伸缩杆52配合可以使一个连接杆53绕另一个连接杆53转动。
本发明使用时将塑料主板放置在转动轴31上,转动轴31带动塑料主板移动,在塑料主板移动至安装架4所在的位置时,一个压料机构的移动架51与伸缩架52配合,使连接杆53上每一个压料装置均压住一个碗状塑料,并随随塑料主体同向同速运动,在运动到支撑柱2上方时,切割刀在外压筒542和内压桶543之间的空隙对压料装置压住的碗状塑料进行切割,两个压料机构轮流工作可以有效提高本发明的工作效率,切割刀由外压筒542和内压桶543之间的空隙切入不易磨损,切割刀由支撑筒32转动实现切割,有利于实现塑料主体运动过程中切割。
本实施方式中,转动轴31为多棱柱,便于支撑筒32进行快捷准确的安装。
本实施方式中,内压桶543上部设有导风孔,风机544管路连通导风孔,通过风机544可以实现内压桶543内产生负压,通过负压可以将切割下来的碗状塑料移走,安装架4上安装有储料盒42,任意一个压料机构的移动架51和伸缩杆52配合均可使其内压桶543位于储料盒42正上方,便于放置切割下来的碗状塑料,风机停止工作,碗状塑料就可在重力作用下掉到储料盒42上。
本实施方式中,机架1上安装有传动带12,传动带12套装在传送柱11外围,便于实现传送柱11同步运动,传动带12上安装有限位挡块121,限位挡块121上可转动安装有压紧件122,弹性件连接压紧件122和限位挡块121,限位挡块121对塑料主板进行限位,弹性件通过拉压紧件122可以使压紧件122固定塑料主板,防止压紧件122晃动,切割刀组33沿支撑筒32周向均匀分布,便于注塑时控制塑料主板上相邻两排碗状塑料之间的距离。

1.一种便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、支撑柱(2)、切割机构、安装架(4)和两个压料机构;
支撑柱(2)安装在机架(1)下部,切割机构包括转动轴(31)、支撑筒(32)和多个切割刀组(33),转动轴(31)可转动安装在机架(1)上,转动轴(31)轴线水平,支撑筒(32)安装在转动轴(31)外围,支撑筒(32)外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组(33)可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组(33)包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿转动轴(31)轴线依次分布;
机架(1)上可转动安装有多个传送柱(11),传送柱(11)轴线平行于转动轴(31)的轴线,传送柱(11)轴线位于同一平面;
安装架(4)对应切割机构位置安装在机架(1)上,安装架(4)上设有两个水平导轨(41),水平导轨(41)长度方向垂直于转动轴(31)轴向;
压料机构包括移动架(51)、伸缩杆(52)、连接杆(53)和多个压料装置,伸缩杆(52)可移动安装在移动架(51)上,伸缩杆(52)能沿竖直方向移动,连接杆(53)安装在伸缩杆(52)上,连接杆(53)轴向平行于转动轴(31)轴向;
压料装置包括定位座(541)、外压筒(542)和内压桶(543),定位座(541)安装在连接杆(53)上,内压桶(543)可拆卸安装在定位座(541)上,内压桶(543)开口朝下,外压筒(542)可拆卸安装在定位座(541)上,并位于内压桶(543)外围;
连接杆(53)上的压料装置沿其轴向依次分布;
两个压料机构的移动架(51)分别安装在两个水平导轨(41)上,两个压料机构的移动架(51)和伸缩杆(52)配合可以使一个连接杆(53)绕另一个连接杆(53)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:转动轴(31)为多棱柱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:压料装置还包括风机(544),内压桶(543)上部设有导风孔,风机(544)管路连通导风孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:安装架(4)上安装有储料盒(42),任意一个压料机构的移动架(51)和伸缩杆(52)配合均可使其内压桶(543)位于储料盒(42)正上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上安装有传动带(12),传动带(12)套装在传送柱(11)外围。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:传动带(12)上安装有限位挡块(121),限位挡块(121)上可转动安装有压紧件(122),弹性件连接压紧件(122)和限位挡块(121)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的便捷型碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:切割刀组(33)沿支撑筒(32)周向均匀分布。
