Abstract

本发明提出了一种塑料碗高效切割设备,包括机架、支撑柱、切割机构、压紧板、安装架和多个材料压紧回收机构;切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽;机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,压紧板下部设有放置槽,压紧板上部设有多个边部限位通孔;安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有水平轨道和物料回收轨道,水平轨道和物料回收轨道配合形成移动轨道;材料压紧回收机构包括移动架、伸缩杆和压紧桶。本发明使用方便,有效提高了碗状塑料的生产效率,并降低了企业维护成本。

技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及塑料件加工领域,具体涉及一种塑料碗高效切割设备。
背景技术
[0002]碗状塑料生产时一般将多个碗状塑料注射成一个塑料主板,然后通过切割刀下压 一一切取,这种加工方式虽然便捷,但是效率低,切割刀长时间作用在机架上易发生磨损, 企业维护成本高,而且后期还要耗费人力将切割后需要的部分和不需要的部分分离。
发明内容
[0003]基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料碗高效切割设备。

[0005]支撑柱安装在机架下部,切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀,转动轴可转 动安装在机架上,转动轴轴线水平,支撑筒套装在转动轴上,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入 槽,切割刀可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
[0006]机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,传送柱轴线平行于转动轴的轴线,传送柱轴线 位于同一平面;
[0007]压紧板下部设有放置槽,压紧板上部设有多个边部限位通孔,边部限位通孔连通 放置槽,压紧板放置在传送柱上;
[0008]安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有水平轨道和物料回收轨 道,水平轨道长度方向垂直于转动轴轴向,物料回收轨道的两端分别与水平轨道的两端连 接,水平轨道和物料回收轨道配合形成移动轨道;
[0009] 材料压紧回收机构包括移动架、伸缩杆和压紧桶,移动架可移动安装在移动轨道 上,伸缩杆可移动安装在移动架上,伸缩杆移动方向为竖直方向,压紧桶安装在伸缩杆上, 且压紧桶开口朝下,压紧桶移动可使其穿过边部限位通孔,压紧桶位于转动轴上方。

[0018] 本发明使用时,使压紧板上的边部限位通孔与塑料主板上碗状突起部一一对应, 碗状突起由放置槽一侧穿过其对应的限位通孔,传送柱带动压紧板和塑料主板一起移动, 在移动到压紧板处时,移动架与压紧板同向同速运动,然后伸缩杆移动使压紧桶压住塑料 主板上碗状突起的边部,转动轴通过支撑筒带动切割刀转动,切割刀通过转动切入支撑筒 和边部限位通孔内壁之间的空隙中将碗状塑料切割下来,切割刀只接触塑料主板不易磨 损,在碗状塑料边部改变形状时,对切割刀、支撑筒、压紧桶压紧板进行调整或更换即可,在 刀磨损时可以方便的在支撑筒上进行更换。本发明使用方便,有效提高了碗状塑料的生产 效率,并降低了企业维护成本。

[0021]支撑柱2安装在机架1下部,切割机构包括转动轴31、支撑筒32和多个切割刀33,转 动轴31可转动安装在机架1上,转动轴31轴线水平,支撑筒32套装在转动轴31上,支撑筒32 外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀33可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
[0022] 机架1上可转动安装有多个传送柱11,传送柱11轴线平行于转动轴31的轴线,传送 柱11轴线位于同一平面;
[0023]压紧板4下部设有放置槽41,压紧板4上部设有多个边部限位通孔42,边部限位通 孔42连通放置槽41,压紧板4放置在传送柱11上;
[0024] 安装架5对应切割机构位置安装在机架1上,安装架5上设有水平轨道511和物料回 收轨道512,水平轨道511长度方向垂直于转动轴31轴向,物料回收轨道512的两端分别与水 平轨道511的两端连接,水平轨道511和物料回收轨道512配合形成移动轨道51;
[0025] 材料压紧回收机构包括移动架61、伸缩杆62、压紧桶63和风机64,移动架61可移动 安装在移动轨道51上,伸缩杆62可移动安装在移动架61上,伸缩杆62移动方向为竖直方向, 压紧桶63安装在伸缩杆62上,且压紧桶63开口朝下,压紧桶63移动可使其穿过边部限位通 孔42,压紧桶63位于转动轴31上方。
[0026] 本发明使用时,使压紧板4上的边部限位通孔42与塑料主板上碗状突起部——对 应,碗状突起由放置槽41 一侧穿过其对应的限位通孔42,传送柱11带动压紧板4和塑料主板 一起移动,在移动到压紧板4处时,移动架61与压紧板4同向同速运动,然后伸缩杆62移动使 压紧桶63压住塑料主板上碗状突起的边部,转动轴31通过支撑筒32带动切割刀33转动,切 割刀通过转动切入支撑筒32和边部限位通孔42内壁之间的空隙中将碗状塑料切割下来,切 割刀33只接触塑料主板不易磨损,在碗状塑料边部改变形状时,对切割刀33、支撑筒32、压 紧桶63压紧板4进行调整或更换即可,在刀磨损时可以方便的在支撑筒32上进行更换。 t〇〇27] 本实施方式中,压紧桶63上部设有导风口631,风机64管路连通导风口631,进行碗 状塑料切割时,通过风机64在压紧桶63内产生负压,可以方便的将切割下来的碗状塑料与 塑料主板分离。
[0028] 本实施方式中,安装架5上安装有导料架52,导料架52上倾斜设有导料槽521,移动 架61移动可使压紧桶63位于导料槽521正上方,风机64关闭,压紧桶63回复常压碗状塑料就 可以在重力作用下掉入导料槽521,快速方便的进行碗状塑料的回收。
[0029] 本实施方式中,移动轨道51为矩形轨道,移动轨道51所在平面垂直于水平面,导料 槽521由移动轨道51中部穿过,便于材料压紧回收机构循环运动,并便于碗状塑料的回收。 [0030]本实施方式中,机架1上安装有传动带12,传动带12套装在传送柱11外围,减少传 送柱11驱动的数量,并实现传送柱11转速一致,传动带12上安装有限位挡块121,便于压紧 板4进行放置,实现精准切割,刀片嵌入槽沿支撑筒32周向均匀分布,便于注塑时塑料主板 上碗状突起之间距离的调控。转动轴31设有限位凸柱311,支撑筒32设有供限位凸柱311卡 入的限位槽,便于支撑筒32准确的固定在转动轴31上。

1.一种塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、支撑柱(2)、切割机构、压紧板 (4)、安装架®)和多个材料压紧回收机构; 支撑柱⑵安装在机架⑴下部,切割机构包括转动轴(31)、支撑筒(32)和多个切割刀 (33),转动轴(31)可转动安装在机架(1)上,转动轴(31)轴线水平,支撑筒(32)套装在转动 轴CB1)上,支撑筒(32)外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀(33)可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内; 机架(1)上可转动安装有多个传送柱(11),传送柱(11)轴线平行于转动轴(31)的轴线, 传送柱(11)轴线位于同一平面; 压紧板(4)下部设有放置槽(41),压紧板(4)上部设有多个边部限位通孔(42),边部限 位通孔(42)连通放置槽(41),压紧板⑷放置在传送柱(11)上; 安装架(5)对应切割机构位置安装在机架(1)上,安装架(5)上设有水平轨道(511)和物 料回收轨道(512),水平轨道(511)长度方向垂直于转动轴(31)轴向,物料回收轨道(512)的 两端分别与水平轨道(511)的两端连接,水平轨道(511)和物料回收轨道(512)配合形成移 动轨道(51); 材料压紧回收机构包括移动架(61)、伸缩杆(62)和压紧桶(63),移动架(61)可移动安 装在移动轨道(51)上,伸缩杆(62)可移动安装在移动架(61)上,伸缩杆(62)移动方向为竖 直方向,压紧桶(63)安装在伸缩杆(62)上,且压紧桶(63)开口朝下,压紧桶(63)移动可使其 穿过边部限位通孔(42),压紧桶(63)位于转动轴(31)上方。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:材料压紧回收机构还包括 风机(64),压紧桶(63)上部设有导风口(631),风机(64)管路连通导风口(631)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:安装架(5)上安装有导料 架(52),导料架(52)上倾斜设有导料槽(521),移动架(61)移动可使压紧桶(63)位于导料槽 (521)正上方。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:移动轨道(51)为矩形轨 道,移动轨道(51)所在平面垂直于水平面。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:导料槽(521)由移动轨道 (51)中部穿过。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上安装有传动带 (12),传动带(12)套装在传送柱(11)外围。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:传动带(12)上安装有限位 挡块(121)。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:刀片嵌入槽沿支撑筒(32) 周向均勾分布。
