本发明提出了一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,包括机架、安装架、多个物料压紧回收机构和切割机构,安装架上设有环形轨道;物料压紧回收机构包括移动架、转动轴和多个物料压紧回收装置,物料压紧回收装置包括定位座、伸缩杆、内压桶和外压筒;切割机构包括安装轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀组,安装轴可转动安装在机架上,安装轴轴线垂直于环形轨道所在平面,支撑筒套装在安装轴上,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;切割刀组包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿支撑筒轴线依次分布;机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱。本发明使用方便,且有效提高了碗状塑料切割的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料件加工领域,具体涉及一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备。
背景技术
碗状塑料生产时一般将多个碗状塑料注射成一个塑料主板,然后通过切割刀下压一一切取,这种加工方式虽然便捷,但是效率低,切割刀长时间作用在机架上易发生磨损,企业维护成本高,而且后期还要耗费人力将切割后需要的部分和不需要的部分分离。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备。
本发明提出的一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,包括机架、安装架、多个物料压紧回收机构和切割机构;
安装架安装在机架上,安装架上设有环形轨道,环形轨道所在平面垂直于水平面;
物料压紧回收机构包括移动架、转动轴和多个物料压紧回收装置,移动架可移动安装在环形轨道上,转动轴可转动安装在移动架上,转动轴轴线垂直于环形轨道所在平面,物料压紧回收装置包括定位座、伸缩杆、内压桶和外压筒,定位座安装在转动轴上,伸缩杆可移动安装在定位座上,伸缩杆移动方向为其轴向,伸缩杆轴线垂直于转动轴轴线,内压桶和外压筒筒均安装在伸缩杆上,外压筒位于内压桶外围,物料压紧回收装置沿转动轴轴线依次分布;
切割机构对应安装架位置安装在机架上,切割机构包括安装轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀组,安装轴可转动安装在机架上,安装轴轴线垂直于环形轨道所在平面,支撑筒套装在安装轴上,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿支撑筒轴线依次分布;
机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,传送柱轴线平行于安装轴的轴线,传送柱轴线位于同一平面。
优选地,物料压紧回收装置还包括第一风机,内压桶上设有导风口,第一风机管路连通导风口。
优选地,机架上倾斜安装有接料板,移动架和转动轴配合可使内压桶位于接料板正上方。
优选地,接料板上安装有弹性层。
优选地,机架上安装有传动带,传动带套装在传送柱外围。
优选地,传动带上安装有限位挡块。
优选地,切割刀组沿支撑筒周向均匀分布。
优选地,安装轴设有限位凸柱,支撑筒上设有供限位凸柱卡入的限位槽。
优选地,机架上安装有第二风机,第二风机与支撑筒的位置相对应。
本发明使用时将塑料主板放置在传送柱,传送柱带动塑料主板移动,当塑料主板移动至安装架所在位置时,移动架、转动轴和伸缩杆配合实现内压桶和外压筒压在碗状塑料盒的边部,然后移动架带动内压桶和外压筒随着塑料主板同向同速运动,安装轴转动,切割刀插入内压桶和外压筒之间的空隙对塑料主板进行切割,实现了塑料主板在移动过程中进行切割,且切割刀只接触塑料主板,不易磨损。本发明使用方便,且有效提高了碗状塑料切割的效率。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,本发明提出的一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,包括机架1、安装架2、多个物料压紧回收机构和切割机构;
安装架2安装在机架1上,安装架2上设有环形轨道21,环形轨道21所在平面垂直于水平面;
物料压紧回收机构包括移动架31、转动轴32和多个物料压紧回收装置,移动架31可移动安装在环形轨道21上,转动轴32可转动安装在移动架31上,转动轴32轴线垂直于环形轨道21所在平面,物料压紧回收装置包括定位座331、伸缩杆332、内压桶333、外压筒334和第一风机335,定位座331安装在转动轴32上,伸缩杆332可移动安装在定位座331上,伸缩杆332移动方向为其轴向,伸缩杆332轴线垂直于转动轴32轴线,内压桶333和外压筒334筒均安装在伸缩杆332上,外压筒334位于内压桶333外围,物料压紧回收装置沿转动轴32轴线依次分布;
切割机构对应安装架2位置安装在机架1上,切割机构包括安装轴41、支撑筒42和多个切割刀组43,安装轴41可转动安装在机架1上,安装轴41轴线垂直于环形轨道21所在平面,支撑筒42套装在安装轴41上,支撑筒42外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组43可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组43包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿支撑筒42轴线依次分布;
机架1上可转动安装有多个传送柱11,传送柱11轴线平行于安装轴41的轴线,传送柱11轴线位于同一平面。
本发明使用时将塑料主板放置在传送柱11,传送柱11带动塑料主板移动,当塑料主板移动至安装架2所在位置时,移动架31、转动轴32和伸缩杆332配合实现内压桶333和外压筒334压在碗状塑料盒的边部,然后移动架31带动内压桶333和外压筒334随着塑料主板同向同速运动,安装轴41转动,切割刀插入内压桶333和外压筒334之间的空隙对塑料主板进行切割,实现了塑料主板在移动过程中进行切割,且切割刀只接触塑料主板,不易磨损。移动架31和转动轴32配合实现物料压紧回收装置绕环形轨道21运动,进一步提高了本发明的工作效率。
本实施方式中,内压桶333上设有导风口,第一风机335管路连通导风口,第一风机335在内压桶333内产生负压可以将切割下来的碗状塑料吸住,第一风机335鼓风可以将碗状塑料由内压桶333内吹出,机架1上倾斜安装有接料板12,移动架31和转动轴32配合可使内压桶333位于接料板12正上方,便于碗状塑料回收。
本实施方式中,接料板12上安装有弹性层,减少碗状塑料受损的可能。
本实施方式中,机架1上安装有传动带13,传动带13套装在传送柱11外围,便于实现传送柱11同步运动,传动带13上安装有限位挡块131,切割刀组43沿支撑筒42周向均匀分布,便于实现切割刀精准切割。
本实施方式中,安装轴41设有限位凸柱411,支撑筒42上设有供限位凸柱411卡入的限位槽,便于支撑筒42精准的安装在安装轴41上。
本实施方式中,机架1上安装有第二风机14,第二风机14与支撑筒42的位置相对应,第二风机14通过吸气和吹风可以有效的去除切割刀上残留的杂质。

1.一种具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、安装架(2)、多个物料压紧回收机构和切割机构;
安装架(2)安装在机架(1)上,安装架(2)上设有环形轨道(21),环形轨道(21)所在平面垂直于水平面;
物料压紧回收机构包括移动架(31)、转动轴(32)和多个物料压紧回收装置,移动架(31)可移动安装在环形轨道(21)上,转动轴(32)可转动安装在移动架(31)上,转动轴(32)轴线垂直于环形轨道(21)所在平面,物料压紧回收装置包括定位座(331)、伸缩杆(332)、内压桶(333)和外压筒(334),定位座(331)安装在转动轴(32)上,伸缩杆(332)可移动安装在定位座(331)上,伸缩杆(332)移动方向为其轴向,伸缩杆(332)轴线垂直于转动轴(32)轴线,内压桶(333)和外压筒(334)筒均安装在伸缩杆(332)上,外压筒(334)位于内压桶(333)外围,物料压紧回收装置沿转动轴(32)轴线依次分布;
切割机构对应安装架(2)位置安装在机架(1)上,切割机构包括安装轴(41)、支撑筒(42)和多个切割刀组(43),安装轴(41)可转动安装在机架(1)上,安装轴(41)轴线垂直于环形轨道(21)所在平面,支撑筒(42)套装在安装轴(41)上,支撑筒(42)外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀组(43)可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
切割刀组(43)包括多个切割刀,切割刀沿支撑筒(42)轴线依次分布;
机架(1)上可转动安装有多个传送柱(11),传送柱(11)轴线平行于安装轴(41)的轴线,传送柱(11)轴线位于同一平面;
物料压紧回收装置还包括第一风机(335),内压桶(333)上设有导风口,第一风机(335)管路连通导风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上倾斜安装有接料板(12),移动架(31)和转动轴(32)配合可使内压桶(333)位于接料板(12)正上方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:接料板(12)上安装有弹性层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上安装有传动带(13),传动带(13)套装在传送柱(11)外围。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:传动带(13)上安装有限位挡块(131)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:切割刀组(43)沿支撑筒(42)周向均匀分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:安装轴(41)设有限位凸柱(411),支撑筒(42)上设有供限位凸柱(411)卡入的限位槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有移动切割功能的碗状塑料切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上安装有第二风机(14),第二风机(14)与支撑筒(42)的位置相对应。
