Claims (12)
- Feuchtwerk (4) für eine Druckmaschine (1), welches aus einer ersten Walze (6) und einer zweiten Walze (7), die zusammen einen Schlupfspalt (N6,7) bilden, wobei eine Drehachse (14), um welche die erste Walze (6) an die zweite Walze (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist, auf einer Linie (L) liegt, welche durch eine Mittelachse (M) der ersten Walze (6) und im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer durch den Schlupfspalt (N6,7) verlaufenden Tangentiallinie (t6,7) verläuft, besteht und bei welchem der ersten Walze (6) ein Kraftspeicher (29) in Form einer Feder zum Speichern einer die erste Walze (6) um die Drehachse (14) an die zweite Walze (7) schwenkenden Anstellkraft zugeordnet ist.
- Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Walze (7) an einer dritten Walze (8) anliegt und mit dieser zusammen einen Walzenspalt (N7,8) bildet. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Walzenspalt (N7,8) ein Schlupfspalt ist. - Feuchtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (6) und die zweite Walze (7) umfangsseitig jeweils eine farbfreundliche Beschichtung (B6, B7) aufweisen. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtungen (B6, B7) aus Gummi oder einem Kunststoff bestehen. - Feuchtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (6) drehbar an einem Träger (11) zum Schwenken der ersten Walze (6) um die Drehachse (14) gelagert ist und der Träger (11) über ein die Drehachse (14) bestimmendes Schwenklager (13) mit einem Gestell (12) der Druckmaschine (1) verbunden ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (25) zum rotativen Antreiben der ersten Walze am Gestell (12) angeordnet, und über eine Kupplung (18) antriebsmäßig mit der ersten Walze (6) verbunden ist. - Feuchtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (6) eine Tauchwalze ist. - Feuchtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Walze (8) eine changierende Reibwalze ist. - Feuchtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Walze (8) an einer vierten Walze (9) anliegt. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vierte Walze (9) eine an einem Druckformzylinder (2) anliegende Auftragswalze ist. - Druckmaschine (1) mit einem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgebildeten Feuchtwerk (4).
