Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Leim auf ungefaltete oder teilweise gefaltete Zuschnitte für die Herstellung von Packungen (10) mit einem Leimaggregat (16, 30), das Leimdüsen (17) oder bewegbare Leimauftragsorgane zum Auftragen des Leims aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch:a) ständiges oder zeitweiliges Messen der Viskosität des Leims, insbesondere Kaltleims, mittels Viskosimeter im Bereich einer Leimleitung oder im Leimbehälter des Leimaggregats undb) Heizen oder Kühlen des Leimaggregats (16, 30) nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Viskosität des Leims über eine Regelstrecke, derart, daß der Leim die optimale Viskosität aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch standiges oder zeitweiliges Messen der Temperatur des Leimaggregats (16, 30) oder des Leims, wobei das Heizen bzw. Kühlen auch nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Temperatur erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des Leimaggregats (16, 30) und/oder des Leims durch Thermofühler (28, 39) überwacht wird und daß die Beheizung oder Kühlung des Leimaggregats (16, 30) auch nach Maßgabe der festgestellten Temperatur über die Regelstrecke gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Leimaggregat (16) mit Leimdüsen (17) bei einer Bewegung aus einer oder in eine Betriebsstellung mit den Leimdüsen (17) bzw. an Enden derselben angeordneten Düsenköpfen (46) an einer Reinigungsunterlage gleitend vorbeibewegbar ist, insbesondere an einer elastisch zusammendrückbaren Unterlage.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Leim auf ungefaltete oder teilweise gefaltete Zuschnitte für die Herstellung von Packungen (10) mit einem Leimaggregat (16, 30), das Leimdüsen (17) oder bewegbare Leimauftragsorgane (31) zum Auftragen des Leims aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer Leimleitung oder im Leimbehälter des Leimaggregats (16, 30) wenigstens ein Viskosimeter zum Messen der Viskosität des Leims angeordnet ist und daß das Leimaggregat (16, 30) Heizorgane, insbesondere Heizpatronen (25, 36), und/oder Kühlorgane, insbesondere mindestens ein Kühiaggregat (50), aufweist, wobei das Leimaggregat nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Viskosität des Leims über eine Regelstrecke derart beheizbar oder kühlbar ist, daß der Leim die optimale Viskosität aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimaggregat (16, 30) oder die Zuleitungen auch Sensoren zur Feststellung der Temperatur des Leimaggregats (16, 30) oder des Leims aufweist, wobei das Leimaggregat (16, 30) auch nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Temperatur beheizbar oder kühlbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Leimaggregat (16) mit Leimblock (18) und Hatterung (22) für diesen die Heizung, insbesondere die Heizpatrone (25), in der Halterung (22) angeordnet und Wärme von dieser durch Wärmeleitung auf den Leimblock (18) übertragbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Leimaggregat (30) mit Leimbehälter (33) Heizorgane, insbesondere Heizpatronen (25), in Wandungen des Leimbehälters (33) angeordnet sind, vorzugsweise in einer Bodenwand (35).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimaggregat (16) mindestens ein Kühlaggregat (50) aufweist, insbesondere ein Druckluft-Kühlaggregat (50), welches dem Leimaggregat (16) gekühlte Luft zuführt, vorzugsweise im Bereich mindestens eines offenen Kanals (49) im Bereich der Halterung (22) des Leimaggregats (16).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimdüsen (17) aufweisende Leimaggregat (16) aus einer Betriebsstellung benachbart zu einer Bewegungsbahn für Zuschnitte bzw. Pakkungen , insbesondere Zigaretten-Packungen, (10) in eine zurückgezogene Stellung bewegbar ist und daß bei der 8ewegung des Leimaggregats (16) die Leimdüsen (17) an einem ortsfesten Reinigungsorgan vorbeibewegbar sind,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimaggregat (16) mit Leimaüsen (17) in einer aus der Betriebsstellung zurückgezogenen Stellung, insbesondere in einer wartestellung, mit den Leimdüsen (17) bzw. deren Düsenköpfen (46) an einem ortsfesten Verschlußkörper (45) anliegt, wobei der Verschlußkörper (45) vorzugsweise aus elastisch zusammendrückbarem Werkstoff besteht und die Leimdüsen (17) bzw. deren Düsenköpfe (4-6) unter elastischer Verformung des Verschlußkörpers (45) in diesen teilweise eindringen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Leimaggregat (16) mit Leindüsen (17) in einer aus der Betriebsstellung zurückgezogenen Stellung, insbesondere in einer Wartestellung, mit den Leimdüsen (17) bzw. deren Düsenköpfen (46) in eine die Aushärtung des Leims verhindernde Flüssigkeit eintaucht, insbesondere in den Flüssigkeit aufweisenden, aus Schaumstoff, Schwamm oder dergleichen bestehenden Verschlußkörper (45),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Flüssigkeit aufnehmende Verschlußkörper (45) in einem Behälter angeordnet ist, insbesondere in einer flachen, oben offenen Schale (47), der Flüssigkeit bzw, Wasser zuführbar ist.
