  • the movable loop forming plate control cams 127a, 127b are controlled to be in inactive positions, and the movable loop forming plat 101 is controlled to be in a retracted position that is an active position. Then, knitting can be made with the loop forming edge 129 of the movable loop forming plate 101 and the loop forming edge of the fixed loop forming plate 103 overlapping with each other when seen from the side. By this, the amount of push-out of sinker loop by the movable loop forming plate 101 and that by the fixed type loop forming plate 103 are equalized. Thus loops of the same sinker loop length are formed by the first and second needles.

Claims (8)

  1. Métier à tricoter rectiligne ayant au moins une paire de lits d'aiguilles (1), supportant chacun une pluralité d'aiguilles maintenues à coulissement dans des rainures d'aiguilles (5) formées sur lesdits lits d'aiguilles, lesdits lits d'aiguilles s'appuyant l'un sur l'autre, aux extrémités supérieures desdits lits d'aiguilles, laissant une ouverture entre les extrémités supérieures, et au moins un desdits lits d'aiguilles pouvant effectuer un coulissement latéralement, dans lequel lesdites aiguilles peuvent effectuer un coulissement vers ladite ouverture et en sens inverse, ledit métier à tricoter rectiligne étant caractérisé
    en ce que lesdits lits d'aiguilles (1) sont munis d'une pluralité de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles (15a, b) qui peuvent être déplacées vers ladite ouverture et en sens inverse en parallèle avec lesdites aiguilles,
    en ce que chacune desdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles est munie d'un bord formateur de boucles (17a, b) à une extrémité supérieure de la platine faisant face à l'ouverture, et
    en ce que ledit métier à tricoter rectiligne est muni de moyens de commande pour déplacer lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles de sorte que lesdits bords formateurs de boucles se déplacent vers ladite ouverture et en sens inverse.
  2. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles (15a, b) sont enfoncées partiellement dans des rainures formées sur les fonds des lits d'aiguilles faisant face à l'ouverture, lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles étant supportées par lesdites rainures et libres de basculer de manière à avancer vers l'ouverture et à s'en retirer conformément à la commande desdits moyens de commande.
  3. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles (15a, b) comprennent un premier type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles et un second type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles, chaque type étant multiple,
    en ce que lesdits moyens de commande comprennent des premiers moyens de commande pour déplacer ledit premier type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles vers l'ouverture et en sens inverse et des seconds moyens de commande pour déplacer ledit second type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles vers l'ouverture et en sens inverse,
    de manière à effectuer sélectivement soit un demi-tricotage, dans lequel les bords formateurs de boucles dudit premier type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont activés par lesdits premiers moyens de commande et les bords formateurs de boucles dudit second type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont inactivés par lesdits seconds moyens de commande de manière à alimenter une desdites aiguilles sur deux en fil et, soit un tricotage complet, dans lequel les bords formateurs de boucles dudit premier type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles et dudit second type de platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont tous deux activés par lesdits premiers et seconds moyens de commande de manière à alimenter chacune desdites aiguilles en fil.
  4. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont acheminées à une desdites aiguilles sur deux et des platines fixes formatrices de boucles sont acheminées aux aiguilles restantes,
    de sorte que soient activés à la fois un demi-tricotage, dans lequel les bords formateurs de boucles des platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont avancés vers l'ouverture de manière à alimenter une aiguille sur deux en fil, et un tricotage complet, dans lequel les bords formateurs de boucles des platines mobiles formatrices de boucles sont retirés de l'ouverture de manière à alimenter chaque aiguille en fil.
  5. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
    en ce qu'une pluralité de platines cueillantes standard mobiles, sont installées de sorte que chacune desdites platines cueillantes standard mobiles soit chevauchée par l'une desdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles,
    en ce que lesdites platines cueillantes standard mobiles sont munies, à leur extrémité supérieure, de moyens de maintien du fil pour maintenir le fil tendu entre des aiguilles et mobile vers l'ouverture et en sens inverse et empêcher des anciennes boucles maintenues par des aiguilles de se lever au cours du mouvement en avant des aiguilles, et
    en ce que chacun desdits moyens de maintien du fil et un bord formateur de boucles recouvert par celui-ci sont amenés à se croiser mutuellement par le mouvement en avant/arrière de la platine cueillante standard mobile et le mouvement en avant/arrière de la plaque mobile formatrice de boucles.
  6. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de commande déplacent de manière réglable lesdites platines mobiles formatrices de boucles vers l'ouverture de l'une des multiples positions.
  7. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits bords formateurs de boucles sont pressés par des éléments presseurs de manière à les éloigner d'un centre de ladite ouverture, et dans lequel lesdits moyens de commande amènent lesdites platines formatrices de boucles à se déplacer vers le centre de ladite ouverture à l'encontre de la pression desdits éléments presseurs.
  8. Métier à tricoter rectiligne selon la revendication 7, caractérisé
    en ce que lesdits fonds des lits d'aguilles faisant face à l'ouverture sont munis de pivots pour le mouvement basculant des platines mobiles formatrices de boucles,
    en ce que chacun desdits éléments presseurs est configuré par une jambe élastique dans chacune desdites platines formatrices de boucles et s'étendant d'un desdits pivots à l'opposé du bord formateur de boucles de chacune desdites platines formatrices de boucles, et
    en ce que ladite jambe élastique est en contact avec le fond du lit d'aiguilles supportant chacune desdites platines formatrices de boucles.
