Definitions
- the invention relates to a machine for producing a Fibrous web, in particular tissue or hygienic paper web, with at least one pre-press designed as a shoe press, one formed by a pressure roller and a drying cylinder Main press, one through the nip of the pre-press and the main press passed endless top belt and one bottom felt passed over a bottom roll of the pre-press, the fibrous web preformed in a former through the upper belt first of the pre-press and then the Main press is fed.
- a pre-press designed as a shoe press, one formed by a pressure roller and a drying cylinder Main press, one through the nip of the pre-press and the main press passed endless top belt and one bottom felt passed over a bottom roll of the pre-press, the fibrous web preformed in a former through the upper belt first of the pre-press and then the Main press is fed.
- DE-A-42 24 730 different embodiments are one Hygiene paper machine of the type mentioned above.
- One of these known embodiments includes a total of three press stations, namely two pre-presses between two upper rollers and two lower shoe press rollers with flexible Roller jacket and a main press with a pressure roller and a drying cylinder.
- the paper web is on a Roller former between a drainage screen and an upper one Tape created.
- Lower permeable felts Ribbons come together with the paper web and the top ribbon passed through the two pre-presses.
- an upper one Tape the paper web from a former to it afterwards through a pre-press between a top roller and a Bottom roller with bottom felt through to a main press between a pressure roller and a drying cylinder.
- the pressure roller a shoe press roll.
- the top felt is very dense and the bottom felt is very water absorbent.
- the lower roller is designed as a suction roller.
- blind holes or grooves in the surface of the press jacket due to their limited depth due to the manufacturing process do not absorb the entire amount of water. This is likely one reason for the fact that most of the in DE-A-42 24 730 described embodiments two pre-presses and in In one case, an additional suction pressure roller in the main press are provided.
- the known embodiments of the two-felt machine thus relatively takes up a lot of space, especially in the cases mentioned two pre-presses and a main press are provided on Crepe cylinder no water removed.
- the aim of the invention is, inter alia, a machine to create the type mentioned, in which the the disadvantages mentioned above, which are simple, compact design with the lowest possible line forces in particular after delivery of the web to the drying cylinder ensures a relatively high level of dry web content and with which dispenses with the use of any suction press rolls becomes.
- the trained as a shoe press one extended in the direction of web travel Prepress having an upper nip Shoe press unit and a lower roller opposite this includes that the upper shoe press unit with a smooth circumferential flexible press belt is provided that the lower roller is grooved that as a top band a relatively dense top felt is provided, the water permeability is less than that of the bottom felt, in the main press when pressing on the drying cylinder, however, the additional removal Allows water from the fibrous web, and that the Press roller assigned to the main press for receiving pressed-out material Water has a perforated and / or grooved surface.
- the invention Machine is also extremely straightforward and compact as well regarding the after the paper web has been delivered to the drying cylinder reached web dry content extremely efficiently, which means that with the lowest possible line forces a maximum Dryness of the web is achieved. It is also essential the elimination of suction press rolls, which means the requirement the application of the power for the vacuum generation not applicable, which is considerably higher than the mechanical in question Drive power is. In addition, with high production output the diameter of the drying cylinder relative be kept small. Finally, the invention Machine also capable of influencing quality as required with different intensities of pressing one or both presses to work.
- the invention is based, inter alia, on the idea that the large amounts of water that arise in a single pre-press, coped with even without the vacuum of a suction press roll can be and that in addition a high final dry content of Path after the main press point can be reached if the Pre-press is a shoe press with an extended press nip, the top roller is a shoe press roller with a smooth press jacket, the bottom roller is a grooved roller with sufficiently deep grooves the top felt is dense but still water permeable is that the pressure on the drying cylinder still more water can be removed from the paper web, and the pressure roller of the main press is perforated and / or grooved Has surface for absorbing squeezed water.
- the Shoe press unit of the pre-press a shoe press roll and that assigned smooth press belt a smooth press jacket that at the ends are closed by rotating lid.
- the pressure roller of the main press can be one with an elastic Rubber-coated conventional roller.
- this pressure roller is one with a flexible one Shoe press roller provided with roller jacket.
- the jacket of the pressure roller is provided with blind holes.
- the coat of this Pressure roller in new condition has a drilled area own, which is about 20 to about 35% of the total surface.
- the hole diameter is in new condition of the jacket advantageously in a range from about 2 to about 3 mm.
- the hole depth can be in one area when the jacket is new from preferably about 1.5 to about 3 mm.
- the line force can be higher than a conventional one Press roll, the pressure drop at the end of the press nip preferably steeper. This ensures that the Paper web in the main press to a relatively high final dry content can be brought. But it is also possible the line force of both to change the paper quality Set presses to any height, e.g. low line forces for voluminous better qualities and higher line forces for mass products. Such adjustment is in the previous Execution with conventional rollers not possible since they only match each other with a certain line force fit.
- the space required is created by the upper felt the shoe pressure roller of the main press wraps around more than 45 °.
- the soft press jacket should be in this wrapping zone be supported from the inside.
- the appropriate support can be done with one or more shoes. However, this would be with an additional higher drive power connected.
- the press jacket designed as a shoe press roll Pressure roller at least in the one wrapped by the top felt Area by one behind the other in the circumferential circumferential direction small support or segment rollers is supported, the on a fixed crosshead penetrating the press jacket are stored.
- the diameter of the support rollers can be, for example, in one Range from about 60 to about 120 mm.
- the unsupported area between the foreheads of the Partial support rolls of a respective one in the direction of the machine width extending row of rollers can be a maximum of about 10 to be about 25 mm. This is not critical after the stiffness of the press sleeves bent in the direction of travel in the transverse direction is usually large enough to fill this gap without to bridge significant sag.
- the angular distance between the successive support rollers in the circumferential direction in is in the range of about 7.5 to about 15 degrees.
- the maximum Directional deviation from this tangent expediently in ranges from about -2 degrees to about +4 degrees. Larger Deviations are unfavorable as there is a larger negative Deviation from rewetting the bottom felt through the water in the grooves of the lower roller and at one greater positive deviation from rewetting the Paper web can come through the bottom felt.
- the top felt and the fibrous web must cover the press jacket in the convex area of the press shoe on the outlet side loop around with a correspondingly large angle.
- the one immediately behind the press nip of the pre-press Opening angle between which the fibrous web with leading upper felt and the lower felt preferably in one Range from about 4 to about 15 degrees.
- the line force generated in the press nip of the pre-press lies advantageously in a range from about 60 to about 300 kN / m, while the nip length considered in the web running direction preferably a value in the range of about 80 to about 200 mm.
- the generated in this press nip of the pre-press Pressure increases in the direction of web travel up to a maximum pressure from preferably about 1.5 to about 4 Pa progressively to subsequently to drop steeply.
- the main press is the one produced in the press nip of the main press maximum line force preferably in a range of about 100 to about 200 kN / m.
- the length measured in the direction of web travel the press nip advantageously has a value in Range from about 50 to about 120 mm.
- the one created in the press nip Pressure preferably initially rises in the direction of web travel relatively slowly in order to then fall off relatively quickly. It is particularly advantageous if the in this press nip generated maximum pressure in a range of about 2.5 to about 5 MPa is when a high production output is aimed for is.
- the maximum pressures in the two presses and the structure of the Grooves or blind holes in the surface of the press jacket the main press can be coordinated so that maximum dryness after the main press in the Fibrous web adjusts, with the longest possible lifespan of the two felts is taken into account.
- the higher the line force and the maximum pressure in the pre-press the less Water remains in the upper felt. So that in the Main press small amount of water, so that for water drainage no large flow cuts from the upper felt are more needed.
- the upper felt can be fine and maintain dense structure. Such a felt is more uniform Pressure on the fibrous web and reduces the Remoisten to the fibrous web at the end of the press nip.
- the lifespan of both felts reduced by pressing too hard in the pre-press. Out for this reason, the top felt is made much denser than the bottom felt, but it is still so porous that even in the main press is still sufficient water drainage possible, so that none with regard to the dry content of the fibrous web significant losses have been recorded.
- the maximum pressure generated in the press nip of the main press is advantageously higher than that in the press nip Pre-press.
- the water permeability of the top felt is expediently at most 1/3, preferably at most 1/4 that of the bottom felt.
- the water permeability of the top felt is advantageously so large that in the main press an increase in the dry matter content of the fibrous web results in more than 2%.
- the water permeability of the top felt is preferably chosen so that after the main press a final dry content of the fibrous web of over 42% results.
- the Surface of the press sleeve of the pressure roller with both blind holes as well as be provided with grooves be provided with grooves.
- the sum of the areas with blind holes and grooves of the press cover of the pressure roller in new condition Press jacket is preferably about 25 to about 40% of the Total surface.
- the depth of the grooves is expediently about 1/10 to about 1/3 of the depth of the blind holes.
- the width of the grooves is advantageously in a range from about 0.3 to 0.6 mm.
- the grooves the blind holes every other Cut the row of blind holes in the middle and in the middle between run through the blind holes of the rows in between.
- a Collecting trough or gutter to catch the from the grooves of the Bottom roller centrifuged water may be provided.
- a drip pan or groove for Catching the from the blind holes and grooves of the pressure roller centrifuged water may be provided.
- the main press of this pressure roller can be a water wiper with a non-positive water squeegee on its press jacket be assigned.
- cleaning agents can also be used of the upper felt according to the displacer principle clear, largely dirt-free water on the inside the top felt, which then in the prepress through the top felt and the fibrous web in the bottom felt is pressed. This can, for example dirt particles that have penetrated from the paper side are removed will. It is also particularly advantageous if means for a correction of the web moisture across the machine width are provided to the amount of wash water across the machine width to be able to vary. It usually does for strips that are too dry in the paper with increased wash water addition responds.
- Temperature-fed spray pipes with across the machine width adjustable water outlet can be provided with which different felt temperatures can be set. This happens usually in such a way that too wet strips in the Paper by adding water at an elevated temperature corresponding zones of the upper felt are compensated.
- the embodiment of a hygiene paper machine shown in Figure 1 initially comprises a headbox 10, a Upper felt 12 and a sheet forming screen 14, which together with the upper felt 12 spanned a forming roller 16 and the Headbox 10 coming fiber suspension dewatered.
