Definitions
- the invention relates to a press section for a machine for Production of a fibrous web, in particular paper or Cardboard web, in particular with those in the preamble of claim 1 specified features.
- the transfer area between the press unit (which is the can be a single press unit or one of several press units) and the downstream unit with problems.
- the transfer area should be designed in such a way that the paper web in the press unit is optimally dewatered becomes. Of course, this is the most important function of a Press section.
- the paper machine after the transfer strip has come to a standstill or the Paper web in full width
- these two demands could not be met simultaneously be satisfactorily fulfilled.
- With a double-felted Press unit runs the paper web together with the top felt and the bottom felt through the press nip of the press unit.
- the two felt belts take water from the paper web in the press nip on.
- the press pressure naturally hears on.
- the two Felt tapes flow back to the paper web, so that this is rewetted.
- the two should Felt tapes as soon as possible after passing through the press nip be separated from the paper web.
- a common uncertainty factor when changing the paper web from the transfer belt to the acceptance belt is the quality and the the time-changing state of the endless tapes, especially when it is are felts.
- felts whose Structure is chosen so that it is primarily for transporting the train own. It often happens that the web at the bottom the felt must hang, supported by the adhesive forces of the relatively wet web on the moistened outside of the felt. In this case, this is designed such that it is in its pores contains a relatively large amount of water.
- felts that are primary are designed to ensure that the dewatering performance of the press is increased. Such felts are constructed in such a way that they are made of absorb a lot of water from the paper web and inside (i.e.
- the invention is therefore based on the object Press section, which the features of the preamble of the claim 1 has to be designed such that not only the highest possible Drainage capacity of the press unit is present, but that in particular, a high running efficiency is ensured. In particular, the transfer of the paper web from the Press unit to the downstream unit as far as possible take place without interference.
- the machine operator can - by swiveling the above movable deflection roller - ensure that the transfer belt such is performed that it behind the non-suctionable guide remains in contact with the take-off belt to form a suction element.
- This will - regardless of the quality and / or current condition of the tapes - a reliable transfer of the Paper web guaranteed on the take-off belt.
- Mode of operation II i.e. jointly passing the transfer belt and Take-off belt up to the suction element
- Mode of operation I i.e. jointly passing the transfer belt and Take-off belt up to the suction element
- the transfer belt has the primary function of a conveyor belt, ie only serves as a drainage belt in a second line. This is the case, for example, when the transfer belt must first remove the paper web from the wire section and then pass it through the press unit.
- mode II from the outset, namely to achieve the highest possible running efficiency of the paper machine.
- a third mode of operation can also be used, in which the movable deflecting roller is adjusted into a position such that the transfer belt is permanently out of contact with the removal belt. In this case, the paper web must run over a free paper draw from the transfer belt to the take-off belt during normal continuous operation.
- FIGS. 1 to 5 shows a press section according to the invention, or part of it, in a schematic side view.
- Fig. 1 Shown in Fig. 1 is a press unit, formed by a normal press roll 1 and by a shoe press roll with press shoe 2 and press belt 3. Both rollers form a press nip with one another, through the one invisible paper web together with two Felt ribbons 4 and 5 runs through.
- the upper felt belt 4 transports the paper web in a known manner Way from a wire section into the press section; here comes the Paper web in the area of a guide roller 6 with the lower felt belt 5 in contact. Separates immediately at the exit from the press nip the upper felt belt 4 from the paper web and runs over a Guide roller 7 and over other invisible guide rollers back to Wire section.
- the paper web runs together with the lower felt belt or "transfer belt” 5 to a transfer point, which in as possible short distance from the outlet from the press nip is arranged.
- the transfer point is formed by a take-off roller 8a at which a take-off belt 14 comes into contact with the paper web.
- Fig. 1 (and in Fig. 2) is one with dash-dotted lines further position 10 "of the deflection roller 10 is shown, in which the both bands 5 and 14 remain without contact. That position is advantageous e.g. when the press section is idling, or when one the two press units stand still or with another Working speed than the other press unit is running. This However, as explained above, position is also in special cases applicable in normal continuous operation, e.g. in the manufacture of wet strength paper webs. The invention is in the same way realized in the second press unit 11-20 or FIG. 1.
- the transfer belt 5 is not the lower one but that upper felt belt of the first press unit 1, 2, 3.
- the transfer belt 5 serves as a take-off belt; because it takes the paper web in a known manner by means of a take-off suction roller 5A from the wire section; of this is only a small piece of the Sieve belt S shown.
- the paper web hangs on the underside of the transfer belt 5; the same applies when the paper web runs out together with the Transfer belt from the press unit 1-3.
- FIG. 2 press belts 3 'and 13' respectively circulate over several guide rollers.
- FIG. 2 Schuzpreßwalzen arrangement according to Fig. 1 possible.
- the paper web runs in a short free paper draw from the press roller 11 to one Transfer sieve or transfer felt 24, which, inter alia, has a Guide roller 25 and runs over a first drying cylinder 28.
- the paper web is transferred to a dryer fabric 27 which runs over a guide roller 26 to the drying cylinder 28 and then the Paper web in a known manner over the other, not shown Drying cylinder leads.
- the guide roller 25 can by a roller arrangement similar to 8a / 8b / 10 (10 '/ 10 ").
- the drying cylinder 28 can be replaced by a normal guide roller.
- the Transfer point of the web to the dryer fabric 27 can also behind the Cylinder 28 or be arranged behind the normal guide roller.
- FIG. 3 shows a modification to FIG. 1 or FIG. 2.
- a stationary suction pad 30 provided with a convex curved guide surface for the take-off belt 14.
- This Guide surface comprises a non-absorbable portion 30a, which in the smallest possible distance from the press unit 1-3 and a subsequent suction zone 30b.
- FIG. 5 is, as in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, a non-suctionable Guide roller 8a provided and instead of the suction roller 8b of FIG. 1st 2 shows a stationary suction shoe 38. Not shown a further possibility, namely the roller 8a of FIG. 1 or FIG. 2 to be replaced by a stationary shoe and the suction guide roller 8b to maintain.
