Claims (11)
- Schüttgutverladewagen (2) für die Eingliederung in einen aus mehreren derartigen Wagen bestehenden Verladezug (1), mit einem oben offenen, an einem Fahrgestellrahmen (4) befestigten Speicherkasten (10) zum Speichern des Schüttgutes und mit einer diesem zugeordneten, im unteren Bereich des Speicherkastens (10) und in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Bodenfördereinrichtung (5), die unter Bildung zweier in Förderlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierter Umlenkenden (6,7) endlos ausgebildet ist und einen Förderantrieb (8) aufweist, sowie mit einem im Winkel zur Bodenfördereinrichtung (5) angeordneten, unter Bildung zweier in Förderlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierter Umlenkenden (15,16) endlos ausgebildeten und einen Förderantrieb (17) aufweisenden, durch einen Antrieb (19) verstellbaren Übergabefördereinrichtung (14), wobei bei Kupplung von zwei derartigen Schüttgutverladewagen (2) das tiefergelegene Umlenkende (16) der Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) das in Förderrichtung vordere Ende der in Förderrichtung vorgeordneten Bodenfördereinrichtung (5) untergreift, während das höhergelegene Umlenkende (15) der Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) das hintere Umlenkende (7) der nachfolgenden Bodenfördereinrichtung (5) übergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untergreifende Umlenkende (16 bzw. 15) der Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) durch einen Antrieb (19,28,33, 34,51,42) zum näher gelegenen bzw. übergreifenden Umlenkende (6,7) der Bodenfördereinrichtung (5) distanzierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ubergabefördereinrichtung (14) auf einem eigenen Fahrgestellrahmen (22) gelagert ist, der durch in Wagenlängsrichtung mit Hilfe von Antrieben (23) verlängerbare Kupplungen (24) mit den Fahrgestellrahmen (4) der beiden angrenzenden Schüttgutverladewagen (2) verbunden ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) auf einem Tragrahmen (20) um die horizontal und senkrecht zur Förderlängsrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse (18) mit Hilfe des Antriebes (19) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (20) durch einen Antrieb (28) um eine vertikale Achse (29) relativ zum Fahrgestellrahmen (22) verdrehbar ausgebildet ist.
- Wagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tragrahmen (20) durch einen Antrieb (25) senkrecht zur Förderrichtung verschiebbar am Fahrgestellrahmen (22) gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) auf einem über ein Längsende des Fahrgestellrahmens (4) des Schüttgutverladewagens (2) vorkragenden Abstützrahmen (30) um eine horizontale, senkrecht zur Förderrichtung verlaufende sowie um eine vertikale Schwenkachse (31,32) verdrehbar befestigt ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstützrahmen (30) durch einen Antrieb (37) um eine vertikale Achse (52) relativ zum Fahrgestellrahmen (4) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Umlenkende (15,16) der Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) durch eine Kupplung (41) lösbar mit dem Fahrgestellrahmen (4) verbindbar ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Umlenkende (6,7) der Bodenfördereinrichtung (5) ein Kupplungsschlitten (43) in Wagenlängsrichtung verschiebbar am Fahrgestellrahmen (4) gelagert ist, wobei der Kupplungsschlitten (43) durch einen Andockzylinder (47) lösbar mit einem Umlenkende (15,16) der Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) verbindbar ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übergabefördereinrichtung (14) an beiden Umlenkenden (15,16) einen Flansch (49) oder dergleichen als Kupplungseinrichtung für eine lösbare Verbindung mit dem Kupplungsschlitten (43) aufweist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsschlitten (43) um eine vertikale Achse (46) drehbar am Fahrgestellrahmen (4) befestigt ist.
