Claims (12)
- Stapelbarer Flaschenträger aus Kunststoff, dessen Seitenflächen (1) durch bodenseitig umlaufende Seitenwände (2) sowie randseitig und in Umfangsabstand zueinander angeordnete, über die Seitenwand nach oben vorstehende Stützsäulen (3, 7) gebildet sind und dessen Boden (4) Aufnahmen für Flaschen aufweist, die im Trägerinneren durch Stegwände und/oder Stützpinolen begrenzt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Bereich der Trägerseiten (1) befindlichen Stützsäulen (3) sich mit ihren Außenflächen in im wesentlichen unmittelbar bündiger Fortsetzung der Seitenwandaußenfläche von dort nach oben und leicht nach innen geneigt erstrecken.
- Stapelbarer Flaschenträger aus Kunststoff, dessen Seitenflächen (1) durch bodenseitig umlaufende Seitenwände (2) sowie randseitig und in Umfangsabstand zueinander angeordnete, über die Seitenwand nach oben vorstehende Stützsäulen (3, 7) gebildet sind und dessen Boden (4) Aufnahmen für Flaschen aufweist, die im Trägerinneren durch Stegwände und/oder Stützpinolen begrenzt sind, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (2) durch eine umlaufende Leiste (6) mit niedriger, vorzugsweise bodennaher, d.h. sich nicht wesentlich über den Bereich des Flaschenbodens der für die Aufnahme im Träger befindlichen Flasche hinaus erstreckenden Höhe gebildet sind, und daß nur in den belastungskritischen Bereichen der Träger, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Trägerecken, die Seitenwände (2) zum Zwecke der Trägerversteifung mit größerer Höhe ausgebildet sind, und zwar vorzugsweise mit einer Höhe, die im wesentlichen der halben Höhe der Stützsäulen (3) entspricht.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Eckebereichen der Träger vorgesehenen Stützsäulen (7) zum Zwecke der Trägerstapelung im Leerzustand um etwa eine Seitenwanddicke nach innen versetzt sind.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die im Seitenbereich und gegebenenfalls auch die in den Ecken befindlichen Stützsäulen (7) zum Zwecke der Trägerstapelung im Leerzustand ab umlaufender Leiste (6) nach innen geneigt erstrecken.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (2) einwandig ausgebildet sind.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die randseitigen Stützsäulen (3) mit Stapelschlitzen versehen sind, um im Stapelverbund durchgehende Bodenrippen des im Stapel darüber befindlichen Trägers aufzunehmen
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Trägerunterseite im Bereich unterhalb der Flaschenaufnahme der Bodenbereich zur Aufnahme der Flaschenkappen der Flaschen des im Stapel untenliegenden Trägers ein- oder mehrstufig abgesetzt ist, wobei vorzugsweise der mit den Flaschenkappen ausgerichtete Teil (10) des Trägerbodens nach oben bombiert ist.
- Träger nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Zentrum der Bombierung eine Öffnung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgesetzten Bodenbereiche mit Schrägen verbunden sind, um im Stapel befindliche Träger leicht abziehen zu können.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Trägerinneren befindlichen Pinolen in den Ecken der Aufnahmeabteile (11) eine geringere Höhe als die Stützsäulen (3) aufweisen, insbesondere mit bodennaher Höhe ausgebildet sind.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützsäulen (3) und Pinolen nach innen in Richtung der Flaschenaufnahmeabteile vorstehende Federzungen aufweisen, um die im Träger aufgenommenen Flaschen drehfest zu halten, wobei die Federzungen bevorzugt von oben nach unten in Richtung auf das Aufnahmeabteilinnere vorstehen.
- Träger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten, vorzugsweise auf jeder Seite des Trägers ein im wesentlichen mittig angeordneter Handgriff (5) vorgesehen ist, der vom Bodenbereich des Trägers her durch eine Ausnehmung in der Seitenwand gebildet ist.
