Claims (11)
- Schaufelrad zum Auslegen von Falzprodukten in einem Schuppenstrom, die Schaufeln (4) sind leicht gekrümmt und überlappen einander und bilden jeweils eine Tasche (11) zur Aufnahme eines Falzproduktes, außen auf jeder Schaufel (4) ist ein blattfederartiger Leitstreifen (16) angeordnet, der mit seinem ersten Ende (14) in der Nähe der Schaufelspitze (12) befestigt ist, dessen erstes Ende (14) an der Schaufel (4) befestigt ist und dessen zweites Ende (17) in der Nähe eines Taschengrundes (9) endet und in radialer Richtung (c) des Schaufelrades (1) heb- und senkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Nähe des zweiten Endes (17) des Leitstreifens (16) ein auf dieses einwirkendes hubvoreinstellbares Stellmittel (19, 21, 23) vorgesehen ist.
- Schaufelrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitstreifen (16) jeweils auf einer von einer Nabe (2) des Schaufelrades (1) abgewandten Seite (7) der Schaufel (4) befestigt ist.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitstreifen (16) jeweils etwa die Breite einer Schaufel (4) aufweist.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitstreifen (16) aus Federstahl besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Antrieb des Stellmittels (19, 21, 23) als pneumatischer Kurzhubzylinder (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Voreinstellrechner (36) eines Maschinenleitstandes mit einer Falzprodukt-Dickenmeßeinrichtung (38) in Verbindung steht.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Voreinstellrechner (36) mit einem Drehzahlmesser (37) in Verbindung steht.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellmittel (21) über ein Druckregelventil (31) mit dem Voreinstellrechner (36) eines Maschinenleitstandes in Verbindung steht.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckregelventil (31) mit einer zentralen Druckluftversorgung (32) verbunden ist.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Stellmittels (19, 21, 23) als Stellspindelmotor ausgebildet ist.
- Schaufelrad nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Stellmittels (19, 21, 23) aus einem fest mit einem Nocken verbundenen Planetenrad besteht, daß das Planetenrad jeweils mit einem nabengroßen Sonnenrad am Schaufelrad (1) kämmbar angeordnet ist
