einer seitengestellfest gelagerten Antriebswelle 3

Schaufel 4 jeweils eine sich zum Taschengrund 9 hin
verjüngende Schaufelradtasche 11 gebildet ist. Der
Taschengrund 9 wird durch die Nabe 2 und einer
Innenseite 8 einer Schaufel 4 gebildet. In Nähe der
Schaufelspitze 12 jeder Schaufel 4 befindet sich ein
Durchbruch 13, z. B. in rechteckiger Form, in welchem
ein erstes Ende 14 eines Leitstreifens 16 schwenkbar
befestigt, z. B. gelagert ist. Der Leitstreifen 16
erstreckt sich auf der Außenseite 7 d. h. der
nabenfernen oder einer der Nabe 2 des Schaufelrades 1
abgewandten Seite einer jeden Schaufel 4 in Richtung
Taschengrund 9 und endet vor dem Taschengrund 9, d. h.
in der Nähe des Taschengrundes 9, ohne diesen mit seinem
zweiten Ende 17 zu berühren. Der Leitstreifen 16 kann
aus Federstahl bestehen, weist in etwa die Breite einer

blattfederartigen Leitstreifens 16 ist der Leitstreifen
16 gelenkig mit dem Betätigungsorgan eines Stellmittels,
z. B. der Kolbenstange 19 eines pneumatischen
Kurzhubzylinders 21, verbunden. Somit ist der
Leitstreifen 16 an seinem zweiten Ende 17 in der Nähe
des Taschengrundes 9 mittels eines Antriebes oder
Stellmittels, z. B. der Kolbenstange 19, in radialer
Richtung c des Schaufelrades 1 heb- und senkbar
angeordnet. Jeder der jeweils mit dem zweiten Ende 18
des Leitstreifens 16 verbundenen Kurzhubzylinder 21
befindet sich in einer in radialer Richtung zur Nabe 2
verlaufenden Bohrung 22, so daß die Hubrichtung C der
Kolbenstange 19 des Kurzhubzylinders 21 ebenfalls in
radialer Richtung der Nabe 2 bzw. des Schaufelrades 1
verläuft. Das Ende der Kolbenstange 19 ist mittels einer
Gelenklasche 23, z. B. in Form eines Kettengliedes, mit
dem Leitstreifen 16 verbunden. Das erste Ende 14 des
Leitstreifens 16 ist abgewinkelt und halbkreisförmig
ausgebildet, so daß das Ende 14 einen im Durchbruch 13
sich in achsparalleler Richtung zur Antriebswelle 3
erstreckenden Bolzen 24 hintergreift und somit ein Lager
gebildet wird (Fig. 1 und 2).A
Alle Kurzhubzylinder 21 weisen jeweils einen Anschluß 26
für Druckluft auf, der mit einer Ringleitung 27
verbunden ist, die wiederum über eine Zuführleitung 28
mit einer Bohrung eines Achszapfens der Antriebswelle 3
in Verbindung steht. Dabei erfolgt die Druckluftzufuhr
in den Kurzhubzylinder 21 vom Anschluß 26 zu einer
Einströmöffnung 30, von welcher sie in den
kolbenstangennahen Teil des Kurzhubzylinders 21
einströmt. Auf dem Achszapfen befindet sich eine in
Fig. 1 und 2 angedeutete bekannte Dreheinführung 29 für
Druckluft. Die Dreheinführung 29 wird über ein bekanntes
Druckregelventil 31 mit Druckluft von einer zentralen
Druckluftversorgung 32 versorgt, wobei das
Druckregelventil 31 mittels elektrischer Leitungen 33,
34 mit einem Voreinstellrechner 36, z. B. einem PC
verbunden ist. Weiterhin ist der Voreinstellrechner 36
sowohl mit einem am Antrieb des Schaufelrades 1
befindlichen Drehzahlmesser 37, z. B. einem
Tachogenerator als auch mit einer z. B. aus der
DE 38 38 314 A1 bekannten
Falzprodukt-Dickenmeßeinrichtung 38 verbunden. Der

nachfolgend beschrieben einstellbar und arretierbar. In
Abhängigkeit von der Dicke der durch die Schaufelräder 1
zu transportierenden Falzprodukte und in Abhängigkeit
von der Drehzahl der Schaufelräder 1 wird der Luftdruck
zur Betätigung der Kurzhubzylinder 21 festgelegt und
z. B. eine Breite b des Taschengrundes 9 in radialer

Claims (11)
- Paddle wheel for laying out folded products in an overlapping stream, the paddles (4) are slightly curved and overlap one another and form in each case a pocket (11) for receiving a folded product, arranged on the outside on each paddle (4) is a leaf spring-like guide strip (16) which is fastened by means of its first end (14) close to the paddle tip (12), the first end (14) of which strip is fastened to the paddle (4) and the second end (17) of which strip ends close to a pocket floor (9) and can be raised and lowered in the radial direction (c) of the paddle wheel (1), characterized in that an actuating means (19, 21, 23) which has a presectable stroke and acts on the guide strip (16) is provided close to the second end (17) of the latter.
- Paddle wheel according to Claim 1, characterized in that the guide strip (16) is in each case fastened on a side (7) of the paddle (4), which side faces away from a hub (2) of the paddle wheel (1).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the guide strip (16) is in each case roughly the same width as a paddle (4).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide strip (16) consists of spring steel.
- Device according to Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a drive of the actuating means (19, 21, 23) is designed as a pneumatic short-stroke cylinder (21).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a presetting computer (36) of a machine control station is connected to a folded-product thickness measuring device (38).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the presetting computer (36) is connected to a revolution counter (37).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the actuating means (21) is connected to the presetting computer (36) or a machine control station via a pressure control valve (31).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the pressure control valve (31) is connected to a central compressed-air supply (32).
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the drive of the actuating means (19, 21, 23) is designed as an adjusting-spindle motor.
- Paddle wheel according to Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the drive of the actuating means (19, 21, 23) consists of a planet wheel firmly connected to a cam, and in that the planet wheel is in each case arranged so as to be capable of meshing with a sun wheel, which is the same size as the hub, on the paddle wheel (1).
