Claims (5)
- Räderfalzapparat für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine für Sammel- und Doppelproduktion mit einer Falztrommel (16) und einem Schneidzylinder (2) sowie Falzwalzen (36, 37), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein, gesteuerte Punktursätze (10, 11, 12, 13, 14) sowie Schneideinrichtungen (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) aufweisender fünffeldriger Sammel- und Schneidzylinder (2) mit einem massiven, gesteuerte Punktursätze (17, 18, 19, 20), Gegenschneidleisten (22, 23, 24, 25) und rotierende Falzmesser (27, 28, 29, 30) aufweisenden vierfeldrigen Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) zusammenwirkt, daß eine Einrichtung zur Veränderung des Bogen-Abstandes von Falzmessern (27, 28, 29, 30) zu den ihnen jeweils zugeordneten Punktursatzen (17, 18, 19, 20) auf dem Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) vorgesehen ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach dem Patentanspruch 1 bei dem der fünffeldrige Sammel- und Schneidzylinder (2) durch einem siebenfeldrigen Sammel- und Schneidzylinder und der vierfeldrige Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) durch einen sechsfeldrigen Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder ersetzt sind.
- Räderfalzapparat nach Patentansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor einem Einlaufzwickel eines Papierbahnstranges (42) zwischen dem Sammel- und Schneidzylinder (2) und dem Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) eine seitengestellfest gelagerte Walze (98) angeordnet ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach den Patentansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang des Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinders (16) in Produktionsrichtung gesehen, hinter der zweiten Falzwalze (37) eine in ihrem Abstand zum Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) einstellbare und in gegenläufiger Drehrichtung und mit erhöhter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetriebene Bürstenwalze (78) angeordnet ist.
- Räderfalzapparat nach den Patentansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Falz-, Punktur- und Gegenschneidleisten-Zylinder (16) einen Falzmesserträger (21) und einen Gegenschneidleisten- und Punkturträger (26) aufweist, daß Falzmesserträger (21) und Gegenschneidleisten-/Punkturträger (26) zueinander in Umfangsrichtung einstellbar angeordnet sind.
