Claims (13)
- Verfahren, eine Papierbahn wird auf ihrem Weg durch eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach ihrem Verlassen des Rollenwechslers mit einer sich in Richtung quer zur Papierbahnlaufrichtung erstreckenden Reißlinie versehen, entlang der die Papierbahnreißfestigkeit in Papierbahnlaufrichtung herabgesetzt wird, wobei als Reißlinie zur Transportrichtung der Papierbahn wahlweise rechts- oder linkssteigende Perforationen eingebracht werden, die Papierbahn (1) oder Teilpapierbahn (55 bis 58) wird an der Reißlinie getrennt und zu einer anderen Bahnführung gebracht.
- Einrichtung zum Querperforieren einer Papierbahn (1) in einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem Rollenwechsler mit einer Perforierstempel (19) aufweisenden Patrizenwalze (2) zur örtlichen Schwächung der Papierbahn, wobei die Patrizenwalze (2) an ihrem Umfang (16) in Schraubenlinienform und voneinander beabstandet sich über die Bahnbreite erstreckende angeordnete Perforierstempel (19) aufweist und wobei zu einem ersten schraubenlinienförmigen Perforierstempelpfad (21) ein zweiter gegenläufig verlaufender schraubenlinienförmiger Perforierstempelpfad (22) angeordnet ist, wobei die Perforierstempel (19) in axialer Richtung der Patrizenwalze (2) in Gruppen zusammengefaßt und in Gruppen ausfahrbar sind, um eine Reißlinie nach vorgegebenem Muster auszuführen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Perforieren eine Matrizenwalze (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die gesamte Patrizenbreite (h) ein sich viermal um 360° schraubenlinienförmig verlaufender, voneinander beabstandete Perforierstempel (19) enthaltender erster Perforierstempelpfad (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die gesamte Patrizenbreite (h) ein sich um 360° schraubenlinienförmig verlaufender, voneinander beabstandete Perforierstempel (19) enthaltender erster Perforierstempelpfad (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein um 180° zum ersten Perforierstempelpfad (21) versetzter sowie gegenläufig verlaufender zweiter Perforierstempelpfad (22) mit Perforierstempeln (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierstempel (19) jedes Perforierstempelpfades (21; 22) getrennt betätigbar ausgeführt sind.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Perforierstempelpfad (21; 22) über die Patrizenbreite (h) in vier viertelbreite, getrennt schaltbare Perforierstempel-Teilpfade (A; B; C; D) unterteilt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierstempel (19) mittels druckluftaufblasbarer Schläuche (41) betätigbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforierstempel (19) je Perforierstempel-Teilpfad (A; B; C; D) mittels druckluftaufblasbarer Schläuche (41) betätigbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Patrizenwalze (2) aus einem Rohr (14) besteht, welches schraubenlinienförmige, zum Perforierstempelpfad (21; 22) deckungsgleiche Nuten zur Aufnahme von Schläuchen (41) aufweist, daß das Rohr (14) einen koaxial angeordneten zylinderförmigen Mantel (16) trägt, der die Perforierstempelelemente (23) aufnimmt, daß der zylinderförmige Mantel (16) mit dem Rohr (14) über Seitenscheiben (17; 18) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrizenwalze (3) am Umfang Löcher zur Aufnahme der Perforierstempelschneide (20) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Perforationen Löcher oder Einschnitte sind.
