Claims (29)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verwalten eines Tiers, mit einem Melkstand (1) mit einem Eingang (2) und einem Ausgang (3) und zur Aufnahme eines einzelnen Tiers, einem Ausgangsbereich (11), der für das Tier vom Ausgang (3) des Melkstands (1) her erreichbar ist, sowie einer Lockvorrichtung, mit der das Tier aus dem Melkstand (1) in den Ausgangsbereich (11) gelockt wird, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuerungseinrichtung, mit der die Lockvorrichtung aus einem Ruhezustand, in dem sie das Tier nicht lockt, in einen aktivierten Zustand bringbar ist, in dem sie das Tier veranlasst, den Melkstand zu verlassen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung mehrere Lockeinrichtungen aufweist und mit der Steuerungseinrichtung (9) wahlweise eine der Lockeinrichtungen oder eine Kombination derselben aktivierbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Identifizierungseinrichtung (6, 26, 5) vorgesehen ist, um das den Melkstand (1) betretende Tier zu identifizieren, und dass von der Steuerungseinrichtung (9) wahlweise jede der Lockeinrichtungen einzeln oder eine Kombination derselben entsprechend den Vorlieben des von der Identifizierungseinrichtung (6, 26, 5) identifizierten Tier aktivierbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge-kennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine Einrichtung (14) aufweist, die im Ausgangsbereich (11) angeordnet ist, um dem Tier Wasser zuzuführen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine im Ausgangsbereich (11) angeordnete Fütterungseinrichtung (13) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fütterungseinrichtung (13) eine Ausgabeeinrichtung aufweist, mit der Futter so in einen Trog der Fütterungseinrichtung (13) ausgebbar ist, dass dabei ein vom Tier erkennbarer Ton erzeugt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine Reinigungseinrichtung (15-21) aufweist, die im Ausgangsbereich (11) angeordnet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtung (15) Mittel zum Besprühen des Euters und der Zitzen des Tieres mit warmem Wasser aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungseinrichtung (16) Mittel zum mechanischen Reinigen des Euters und der Zitzen des Tieres aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine im Ausgangsbereich (11) befindliche Einrichtung (17) aufweist, mit der Warmluft auf das Tier und insbesondere dessen Euter und Zitzen blasbar ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine Putzeinrichtung (22) aufweist, die sich im Ausgangsbereich (11) befindet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Putzeinrichtung (15) eine drehende Bürste (23) aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine im Ausgangsbereich (11) befindliche Einrichtung (24) zur Ausgabe von Geruchsstoffen aufweist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lockvorrichtung eine im Ausgangsbereich (11) befindliche Einrichtung (25) zur Erzeugung von für das Tier angenehmen Geräuschen wie bspw. Musik aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Prüfeinrichtung (10) im Melkstall (1), mit der der Zustand des Tieres und insbesondere dessen Melkbedarf sowie die Sauberkeit des Euters und der Zitzen feststellbar sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingang (2) und der Ausgang (3) des Melkstands (1) jeweils mit Gattern versehen sind, mittels deren der Aus- und der Eingang durch die Steuerungseinrichtung (9) öffen- und schließbar sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsgatter (3) des Melkstands (1) ein Eingangsgatter zum Ausgangsbereich (11) darstellt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgangsbereich (11) von einer zusätzlichen Bucht gebildet wird.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzliche Bucht (11) mit einem Ausgangsgatter (12) versehen ist, das sich vom Tier öffnen lässt.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um eine Melkstation handelt, die eine Melkeinrichtung (7) zum selbsttätigen Melken eines im Melkstand (1) befindlichen Tiers aufweist.
  21. Verfahren zum automatischen Verwalten eines Tiers in einem Melkstand mit folgenden Schritten:
    Identifizieren des den Melkstand betretenden Tieres,
    Prüfen des Zustands des identifizierten Tiers,
    Melken des identifizierten Tiers ansprechend auf das Ergebnis der Zustandsprüfung und
    Herauslocken des Tiers aus dem Melkstand durch Aktivieren einer Lockvorrichtung aus einem Ruhezustand, in dem sie das Tier nicht lockt, in einen aktivierten Zustand, in dem sie das Tier zum Verlassen des Melkstalls veranlasst.
  22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lockschritt beinhaltet, dass das Tier physikalisch auf das Vorhandensein einer Lockvorrichtung aufmerksam gemacht wird.
  23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tier durch das Geräusch der Futterausgabe in einen Trog außerhalb des Melkbereichs aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  24. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tier durch das Geräusch ausströmenden Wassers aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  25. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tier durch Erkennen der Möglichkeit des Gereinigtwerdens aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  26. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tier durch Erkennen der Möglichkeit des Geputztwerdens bspw. mittels einer drehenden Bürste aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  27. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Tier durch ein angenehmes Geräusch wie bspw. Musik aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  28. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tier durch Geruchsstoffe aus dem Melkstand gelockt wird.
  29. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 - 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass de Melkstand ein Melkbereich bildet und eine Melkeinrichtung zum selbsttätigen Melken des im Melkstand befindlichen Tieres vorgesehen wird.
