Description
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mit Schwergas gefüllten Isolierglasscheiben (10), mit zu beiden Seiten der zu füllenden Isolierglasscheibe (10) angeordneten, im wesentlichen lotrecht ausgerichteten Platten (1, 2), von welchen mindestens eine (2) quer zu ihrer Ebene relativ zur anderen Platte (1) verschiebbar ist, mit einer Fördereinrichtung (9) für Isolierglasscheiben (10) im Bereich des unteren Randes der Platten (1, 2), und mit Dichteinrichtungen (30, 80), die im wesentlichen lotrecht ausgerichtet sind, wobei die eine, bezogen auf die Förderrichtung (Pfeil 25) der Fördereinrichtung (9) auslaufseitig vorgesehene Dichteinrichtung (30) durch Verschwenken und die andere Dichteinrichtung (80), die an ihrem oberen Ende an einem Schlitten (90) montiert ist, der parallel zum oberen, horizontalen Rand der einen Platte (2) verschiebbar ist, durch Verschieben parallel zur Ebene der Platten (1, 2) in ihre der Isolierglasscheibe (10) angenäherten Wirkstellungen verstellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Dichteinrichtung (80) auch mit ihrem unteren Ende an einem Schlitten (91) montiert ist, der parallel zum unteren, horizontalen Rand der einen Platte (2) verschiebbar ist, und daß die verschiebbare Dichteinrichtung (80) an ihrem unteren Ende mit dem entlang des unteren, horizontalen Randes der Platte (2) verschiebbaren Schlitten (91) um eine parallel zur Förderrichtung (Pfeil 25) ausgerichtete Achse (99) verschwenkbar und an ihrem oberen Ende auf die gegenüberliegende Platte (1) hin vor und wieder zurück bewegbar ist, so daß sie von der einen Platte (2) zur Erleichterung des Verschiebens abhebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitten (90, 91) an Endlosförderbändern (94) befestigt und auf Führungsschienen (92, 93) verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Dichteinrichtung (80) im wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet ist, zwischen zwei Trageplatten (81, 82) einen elastisch zusammendrückbaren Körper (84) aufweist und mit einer ihrer Schmalseiten den ihr benachbarten Rändern der Glasscheiben (11, 13) der Isolierglasscheibe (10) zugekehrt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Isolierglasscheibe (10) zugekehrten Schmalseite (90) der verschiebbaren Dichteinrichtung (80) Dichtleisten (85, 87), insbesondere solche aus gummielastischem Werkstoff, vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine (85) der Dichtleisten (85, 87) im Querschnitt L-förmig ausgebildet ist und sich mit einem ihrer Schenkel bis auf die der Isolierglasscheibe (10) zugekehrte Schmalseite (90) des Körpers (84) aus elastisch nachgiebigem Werkstoff erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtleisten (85, 87) über die der Isolierglasscheibe (10) zugekehrte Schmalseite (90) der verschiebbaren Dichteinrichtung (80) vorstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine (81) der beiden Trageplatten (81, 82) einen Rand (83) aufweist, der über den Körper (84) aus elastisch nachgiebigem Werkstoff vorsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (84) aus elastisch nachgiebigem Werkstoff ein Körper aus Schaumkunststoff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbare Dichteinrichtung (80) an den Schlitten (90, 91) über diejenige Trageplatte (83), die der Platte (2) benachbart ist, entlang welcher die Dichteinrichtung (80) verschiebbar ist, befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (99) am unteren Ende der verschiebbaren Dichteinrichtung (80) so gegenüber der benachbarten Platte (2) ausgerichtet ist, daß die der Platte (2) zugewandte Dichtleiste (85) der der anderen Platte (1) zugekehrten Fläche (102) der Platte (2) unmittelbar benachbart ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auslaufseitige Dichteinrichtung (30) an die lotrechten, auslaufseitigen Kanten (105, 106) der beiden Platten (1, 2) anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auslaufseitige Dichteinrichtung (30) an einem Arm (107) befestigt ist, der über Parallelogrammlenker (108, 109) im Maschinengestell verstellbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren und am oberen Ende der auslaufseitigen Dichteinrichtung (30) je ein Arm (107) vorgesehen ist, der über Parallelogrammlenker (108, 109) im Maschinengestell gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parallelogrammlenker (108, 109) mit einer Welle (112) gekuppelt sind, der ein Antrieb (110, 111) zum Verdrehen der Welle zugeordnet ist.
