Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning the The shaving head of a dry shaver with a receiving part into which the Shaving head can be used, a cleaning liquid container containing cleaning liquid, and a conveyor device that can be driven by a motor for the cleaning liquid.
  • a cleaning device after the preamble of claim 1 which another embodiment (U.S. Patent 3,172,416) is known.
  • the shaving head is then cleaned using a cleaning liquid, which is provided for this purpose in the housing Flow channels is directed.
  • the shaving head sits for the entire cleaning time in a receiving part provided in the upper part of the housing, the is constantly filled to the top with cleaning fluid and flows through it becomes.
  • a feed pump is provided in the housing. Because the cleaning liquid is not filtered during the cleaning process hair remnants to the receiving part and thereby to the shaving head area, so that no satisfactory results from this cleaning process Cleaning results are achieved, especially after the conveyor is turned off Cleaning fluid with hair residues remains in the receiving part and thereby cannot be completely removed from the shaving head.
  • the shaver must be removed from the receiving part so that the shaving head drip off and only then in the air can dry.
  • the cleaning fluid that is carried along remains Hair residues adhere to the components of the shaving head, so that ultimately no complete Cleaning the shaving head can be achieved.
  • the in the lower part of the Housing provided chamber for receiving the cleaning liquid and the Dirt particles must be so during the circulation process of the cleaning liquid remain closed so that the already settled dirt particles are not be whirled up again. Nevertheless, it cannot be prevented that the Circulation of the cleaning liquid constantly unfiltered cleaning liquid got to the shaving head.
  • the object of the invention is the cleaning device to improve such that the cleaning liquid container in a simple manner can be replaced at any time.
  • the cleaning liquid container is separable from the cleaning device and an integrated Has filter. Since the filter is integrated in the cleaning liquid container, this can be done after consumption of the cleaning liquid or after the filter has largely clogged with dirt particles, with the cleaning fluid without further ado, since this is only from the Feed pump must be solved. Now a new cleaning liquid container can be with a new filter in the wall holder to hold the dry shaver insert and reconnect to the feed pump. The cleaning device is fully functional again in this way and can for a longer period of time without maintenance interventions to clean the dry shaver be used.
  • the cleaning liquid container consists of two chambers is formed, the one chamber for receiving the cleaning liquid serves and the other chamber is designed as a filter.
  • the cleaning liquid container or the chambers Have openings or releasable connecting or coupling elements that in Corresponding counterparts can be inserted and / or clamped and sealed are, and at least one of the lines has a tip end and the Cleaning liquid container and / or the openings by means of a film or a laminate can be closed, through which the cables can be inserted.
  • a sealing element is provided, which of the End pieces of the lines can be pierced. Because the coupling lines each provide a point or a sharp edge in the area of their ends can be, the end pieces of the coupling lines can be easily in insert the corresponding counterpart, for example with a film, can be covered with a metal or plastic laminate. In this way there is no need for assembly tools. By plugging in the corresponding lines in the inlet and outlet openings of the cleaning liquid container a perfect seal between the Lines and the openings achieved so that no additional sealant required are.
  • the cleaning liquid container is provided on the front with centering elements, via which the Filters in the cleaning liquid container aligned or supported laterally becomes. Because the cleaning liquid container is equipped with centering elements is, this can be precisely aligned when installing in the filter, since the centering elements forcibly place the filter in the correct position.
  • the centering elements as webs provided in the lid of the cleaning liquid container are formed and that the filter is fixed and coaxial in the housing of the cleaning liquid container between the coaxially arranged inlet opening and the Bottom of the housing is arranged. Due to the coaxial arrangement of the filter in the Housing of the cleaning liquid container will make good use of entire filter area guaranteed.
  • the filter is made of a fabric or a flow material having filter tube, which extends over the entire height of the housing extends.
  • the filter at both ends through the centering elements is secured coaxially in the housing and that the filter is at its other Centered and fixed in an annular groove provided on the bottom of the housing is recorded. It is also advantageous that the annular groove from a right angle arranged at the bottom of the housing wall or flanging and that one end of the connected to the outlet port of the feed pump Line in the coaxially arranged in the inlet opening and thereon subsequent, also coaxially arranged filter and the second in the cleaning liquid container provided, with the receiving part or indirectly with the suction connection of the feed pump connected line in the outlet of Lids can be used sealingly.
  • Ring groove is a simple fixation of the filter guaranteed in the housing of the cleaning liquid container. Also lets this process can be carried out automatically.
  • the cleaning liquid container in a wall holder can be integrated and fixed, into which the shaver can be inserted from the side and mechanically and / or electrically lockable via a switching element is.
  • the shaver is open to the atmosphere Receiving part can be used by means of the feed pump with cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid container closed to the outside is supplied. This gives an open system for the cleaning device, so that the shaver is always at the side from the outside into the cleaning device can be used without components or covers must be removed from the cleaning device.
  • the recording part itself contains only as much liquid as that for cleaning the Shaving head is required. The remaining cleaning liquid is in the cleaning liquid container closed to the atmosphere, so that the volatile substances mixed into the cleaning liquid do not so quickly evaporate.
  • the shaver is integrated in the wall holder Cleaning liquid container via the feed pump first with cleaning liquid supplied and then by means of a in the cleaning device Integrated fan wheel is dried, the feed pump and the fan wheel optionally via a single motor by means of a freewheel device can be driven clockwise or counterclockwise.
