Definitions
- the invention relates to a cleaning device for cleaning the shaving head of a dry shaving apparatus with a receiving part into which the shaving head can be inserted, a cleaning liquid container having cleaning liquid, and a conveying device for the cleaning liquid which can be driven by a motor.
- a cleaning device for the shaving head of a dry shaver which consists of a cleaning housing in which a receiving part for the shaving head of a shaving apparatus is provided in the upper region.
- the individual components of the shaving head are cleaned by an air stream which is fed continuously to the shaving head via a propeller fan and filter elements.
- the shaving head is very dirty and has, for example, sebum or grease residues, the shaving head cannot be cleaned to the desired extent by means of an air stream.
- the entire housing of the cleaning device, which is flushed with air, must be well sealed from the atmosphere so that the swirled hair dust cannot escape to the outside.
- the cleaning device according to another exemplary embodiment (US Pat. No. 3,172,416), according to which the shaving head is cleaned using a cleaning liquid which is passed for this purpose via flow channels provided in the housing.
- the shaving head sits for the entire cleaning period in a receiving part provided in the upper part of the housing, which is constantly filled with cleaning liquid up to the top, and through which it flows.
- a feed pump is provided in the housing. Since the cleaning liquid is not filtered during the cleaning process, hair remnants to the receiving part and thereby to the shaving head area again and again, so that no satisfactory cleaning results are also achieved by this cleaning process, especially since after switching off the conveying device cleaning fluid with hair remnants remains in the receiving part and cannot be completely removed from the shaving head as a result.
- the shaver When the cleaning process is finished, the shaver must be removed from the receiving part so that the shaving head can drip off and only then can it air dry. The hair residues carried along by the cleaning liquid remain adhering to the components of the shaving head, so that ultimately no complete cleaning of the shaving head can be achieved.
- the chamber provided in the lower part of the housing for receiving the cleaning liquid and the dirt particles must remain closed during the circulation process of the cleaning liquid in such a way that the dirt particles which have already settled are not whirled up again. Nevertheless, it cannot be prevented that unfiltered cleaning liquid constantly gets to the shaving head during the circulation of the cleaning liquid.
- the container for holding the cleaning liquid is firmly integrated in the housing of the cleaning device, the replacement of the cleaning liquid is very complex.
- the object of the invention is to improve the cleaning device in such a way that the cleaning liquid container can be easily replaced at any time.
- the object is achieved in that the cleaning liquid container can be separated from the cleaning device and has an integrated filter. Since the filter is firmly integrated in the cleaning liquid container, it can be cleaned with the cleaning liquid after the cleaning liquid has been used up or after the filter has largely become clogged with dirt particles remove easily, since this only has to be released from the feed pump. Now a new cleaning fluid container with a new filter can be inserted into the wall holder to hold the dry shaver and connected again to the feed pump. In this way, the cleaning device is fully functional again and can be used for cleaning the dry shaving apparatus over a longer period without maintenance.
- the cleaning liquid container is formed from two chambers, one chamber being used to hold the cleaning liquid and the other chamber being designed as a filter.
- the chambers are closed to the outside and are detachably connected directly or indirectly to lines of the feed pump and the receiving part.
- the coupling elements for the detachable connection between the feed pump and the chambers can also be provided at the corresponding ends of the line between the feed pump and the cleaning liquid container or can be permanently integrated in the line.
- the cleaning liquid container or the chambers have openings or releasable connecting or coupling elements which can be inserted and / or clamped and sealed in corresponding counterparts, and at least one of the lines has a tip at the end and the cleaning liquid container and / or the openings can be closed by means of a film or a laminate through which the lines can be inserted.
- a sealing element is provided in the openings of the cleaning liquid container, which can be pierced by the end pieces of the lines.
- the coupling lines each can be provided with a taper or a sharp edge in the area of their ends, the end pieces of the coupling lines can be easily inserted into the corresponding counterpart, which can be covered, for example, with a foil, a metal or plastic laminate. In this way, assembly tools can be completely dispensed with.
- the cleaning liquid container is provided on the end face with centering elements, by means of which the filter in the cleaning liquid container is aligned or supported laterally. Since the cleaning liquid container is equipped with centering elements, it can be precisely aligned when installed in the filter, since the centering elements force the filter into the correct position.
- the centering elements are designed as webs provided in the cover of the cleaning liquid container and that the filter is arranged firmly and coaxially in the housing of the cleaning liquid container between the coaxially arranged inlet opening and the bottom of the housing.
- the coaxial arrangement of the filter in the housing of the cleaning liquid container ensures that the entire filter surface is used efficiently.
- the filter consists of a filter tube having a fabric or a flow material, which extends over the entire height of the housing.
- the filter is secured coaxially in the housing at both ends by the centering elements and that the filter is centered and firmly received at its other end in an annular groove provided on the bottom of the housing.
- the annular groove consists of a wall or flanging arranged at right angles at the bottom of the housing and that one end of the line connected to the outlet connection of the feed pump into the inlet opening arranged coaxially in the cover and the adjoining, likewise arranged coaxially Filters and the second line provided in the cleaning liquid container and connected to the receiving part or indirectly to the suction port of the feed pump can be inserted in a sealing manner into the outlet opening of the cover.
- the rectangular ring groove formed by means of wall parts ensures that the filter is easily fixed in the housing of the cleaning liquid container in a simple manner. In addition, this process can easily be carried out mechanically.
- the cleaning liquid container can be integrated and fixed in a wall holder, into which the shaver can be inserted from the side and can be mechanically and / or electrically locked via a switching element.
- the shaving apparatus can be inserted into a receiving part that is open to the atmosphere and that is supplied with cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid container that is closed to the outside by means of the feed pump.
- This results in an open system for the cleaning device so that the shaving apparatus can be inserted into the cleaning device from the side at any time from the outside without the need to remove components or covers on the cleaning device.
- the receptacle itself contains only as much liquid as is needed to clean the shaving head. The remaining cleaning liquid is in the cleaning liquid container, which is closed to the atmosphere, so that the volatile substances added to the cleaning liquid do not evaporate as quickly.
- the shaving apparatus is first supplied with cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid container integrated in the wall holder via the feed pump and then dried using a fan wheel integrated in the cleaning device, the feed pump and the fan wheel being selectively right-hand or right-hand drive via a single motor using a freewheel device can be driven counterclockwise.
- the feed pump, the motor and / or the fan wheel and the cleaning fluid container are completely or at least approximately coaxially aligned and / or installed in the housing of the wall holder or the cleaning device.
- FIG. 1 shows an electric shaving apparatus or shaving apparatus 1 with a housing 2 and a shaving head which can be pivoted in opposite directions about a pivot axis relative to the housing 1 from the central position shown 3 with the lower knife, not shown in the drawing.
- the shaver 1 is accommodated in a housing 4 of a cleaning device 5.
- the cleaning device 5 consists of a collecting container 65 for receiving a grease-dissolving cleaning liquid 40 and a receiving part 7 which is designed as a cleaning trough which is curved somewhat inwards and is thus adapted approximately to the outer contour of the shaving head 3 of the shaving apparatus 1 and only absorbs as much cleaning liquid as required for the current cleaning process.
- the cleaning device 5, in particular the wet part, ie the receiving part 7 is designed as a cleaning system which is open to the atmosphere, while a cleaning liquid container 61, as explained later in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7, is closed.
- the shaving apparatus 1 is inserted with the shaving head 3 upside down into the receiving part 7, which is open at the top and is designed as a wet part.
- the receiving part 7 is continuously flushed with cleaning liquid 40 during the cleaning process. After a certain degree of contamination has been reached, the cleaning liquid can be drained off via a closable drain line 76 and replaced by new ones.
- the receiving part 7 has an overflow device 26 so that the cleaning liquid in the receiving part 7 does not exceed a certain level and only surrounds the shaving head 3 or the lower part of the shaving head with cleaning liquid. Furthermore, there is an outlet opening 27 in the bottom of the receiving part 7, through which the cleaning liquid with the hair remnants can drain completely into the collecting container 65 when the cleaning process is completed.
- the capacity of the collecting container 65 is essential in comparison to the capacity of the cleaning liquid container 61 according to FIG. 7 smaller.
- the outlet opening 27 is dimensioned such that when the receiving part 7 is supplied with cleaning fluid via a pump 23 explained below, the receiving part 7 does not run empty during the cleaning process, but remains constantly filled to the brim and excess cleaning fluid mainly over the edge of the receiving part 7 according to the arrow runs over the overflow device 26 into the underlying collecting container 65. In this way, sufficient cleaning fluid is always available for the cleaning process.
- the shaving head 3 is seated on the receiving part 7 via supporting elements 8, in order in this way to protect against damage when the shaving apparatus is inserted into the receiving part 7 and to dampen the shaving apparatus in the event of vibrations.
- the shaving apparatus 1 is also mechanically and / or electrically locked via a switching element 9 (FIG. 1), which is accommodated in a gallows 10.
- the gallows 10 is fixedly connected to a wall holder 38, by means of which the entire cleaning device 5 with the shaving apparatus 1 can be firmly mounted on a wall or kept standing.
- the switching element 9 which can be designed as a start button, is arranged to be displaceable in the direction of a longitudinal central axis 11 of the shaving apparatus 1 and is connected by means of an electrical switching device 29 to timing elements which serve to control the cleaning process.
- the shaver 1 can also continue after the cleaning process be kept since no cleaning liquid remains in the wet part or in the receiving part 7 after the cleaning process.
- the shaver 1 can also remain in the wall holder 38 for recharging.
- the cleaning device 5 can be used for all types of electric shavers.
- the switching element 9 has at its lower end two spaced-apart contact pins 12 for the power supply of the shaving apparatus 1, which are brought into connection with the corresponding contact elements of the shaving apparatus 1 by pressing down the switching element 9. In this way, the shaver 1 can be put into operation when the switching element 9 has been pressed down and a connecting cable (not shown in the drawing) of the cleaning device 5 is connected to a power supply.
- an electric motor 13 in the housing 4 of the cleaning device 5 with two electrical contact tabs 14 for connection to the electrical power supply.
- a motor output shaft 15 is provided, on which a fan or fan wheel 16 is arranged, which is used in particular to dry the cleaned shaving head 3 of the shaving apparatus 1 when the cleaning process of the shaving head 3, which is explained in more detail below, is completed.
- the fan wheel 16 is seated in a fan wheel housing 17, which is connected via an opening 18 to the space above the receiving part 7, and supplies the shaving head 3 to be dried after the cleaning process via a heater (not shown in the drawing) to continuously heated fan air.
- the gallows 10 forms with its vertically extending leg, the vertically extending leg of the wall holder 38 and the receiving part 7 with respect to the side view of the cleaning device 5 U-shaped housing 4, into which the shaver 1 by tilting laterally without can be used laterally and can be kept there at all times.
- the receiving part 7 projects into the collecting container 65, which is filled to a maximum of 2/3 with cleaning liquid.
- a connector 19 connects.
- the nozzle 19 is fixed to an opening 91, the drip pan 77 and the overflow device 26 and is constantly in the cleaning liquid. According to FIG. 1, the receiving part 7 lies over the collecting container 65, which is filled with some cleaning liquid 40.
- the collecting container 65 can be equipped with a liquid indicator 39 so that the liquid level of the cleaning liquid can be checked at any time.
- the liquid display 39 can be designed as a small sight glass. Instead of the sight glass, an electronic display device with corresponding sensors can also be provided, which displays the fill level or also the degree of contamination of the cleaning liquid 40. If, for example, a degree of contamination is reached that must not be exceeded, this can be indicated by the sensors, and the operator knows that the cleaning liquid 40 must be replaced via the drain line 76.
- the electrical switching electrodes can also be deactivated via the sensors, so that the cleaning process is automatically interrupted and the operator is forced to replace the cleaning liquid.
- the connector 19 is connected to the collecting container 65, to which an intake line 48 with the feed pump 23 is connected, which conveys the cleaning liquid via a line 50 to a filter 24 according to FIG. Further details are explained in connection with FIGS. 7 and 8.
- the shaver 1 to be cleaned is laterally in the Cleaning device 5 guided and then locked over the switching element 9 located in its upper position, which is shifted downwards into a second switching position until the two contact lugs are seated on the contact pins 12 provided in the shaving apparatus 1.
- the shaving apparatus 1 is locked electrically and mechanically, so that the operator can only remove the shaving apparatus 1 again when the cleaning and the subsequent drying process have been completed and the lock has been released.
- the feed pump 23 is driven and the cleaning part 7 and the shaving head 3 are supplied with cleaning liquid for a predetermined time, which dissolves all of the hair dust 75 in the shaving head 3 (compare path 30 to 31 in FIG. 4).
- the cleaning liquid with the hair dust 75 passes through the outlet opening 27 into the receiving part 7 and via the overflow device 26 to the collecting container 65 and from there directly via the suction line 48 to the feed pump 23 and again to the filter 24.
- This has the advantage that the cleaning liquid with the all of the hair dust 75 from the shaver 1 reaches the filter 24 in which the cleaning liquid is completely cleaned.
- FIG 3 the schematic arrangement of the essential parts of the cleaning device 5, such as. B. the container 65 and a motor 28, shown in plan view, which is switched on via the switching element 9.
- the electrical switching device 29 with timing elements (not shown) for controlling the individual phases of the cleaning process is located to the right of the gallows 10 for receiving the shaving apparatus 1.
- the motor 28 is arranged, which can be driven directly via the fan wheel 16, which is operatively connected to a heater for heating the air to dry the shaving apparatus 1.
- the cleaning device 5 is equipped with a transformer 36.
- the schematic sequence of the cleaning process is illustrated in FIG. 4 using a time graphic.
- the individual routes between points 30 to 34 show individual work phases of the cleaning process.
- the switching element 9 according to FIG. 4 is actuated or shifted downwards at 30 (switch button pressed), the lower knives of the shaving apparatus 1, which are not shown in the drawing, are simultaneously driven in an oscillating manner, so that in the shaving head 3 a flow with partial Cavitation occurs, which completely removes the hair dust 75 and also the fat parts on the lower blades of the shaving head.
- the liquid level in the receiving part 7 is increased briefly, and at the same time splashes are generated in the area of the shaving head 3, which ensure thorough cleaning of the shaving head 3 and the lower knife, although the level of the cleaning liquid only flows around part of the shaving head 3.
- the cleaning process takes between 3 and 60 seconds depending on the type of cleaning liquid and the degree of soiling of the shaving head (see route a between points 30 and 31). If the shaver 1 is not cleaned regularly, the cleaning process is extended accordingly (route a, 30 to 31).
- the cleaning device can be equipped with a two-stage switch, not shown in the drawing, the first switching stage being intended for normal cleaning and the second stage for intensive cleaning.
- the feed pump 23 is automatically switched off at 31 (end of the cleaning process) according to FIG. 4. Now the cleaning liquid can run off completely through the outlet opening 27, so that the wet part or the receiving part 7 runs empty in this way. This increases the level in the collecting container 65 somewhat.
- the outlet opening 27 can also be closed by a valve, not shown in the drawing, which is opened automatically when the switching point 31 is reached. After approximately 30 seconds, the receiving part 7 is completely emptied (compare route b, points 31 to 32, emptying the receiving part 7).
- the shaving head 3 After emptying the receiving part 7 at point 32, the shaving head 3 runs a little further, so that the remaining cleaning liquid can be shaken off the shaving head 3.
- the shaver 1 is switched off, as a result of which the lower knife of the shaving head 3 stops moving at the switching point 33 (end of the shaking process).
- the switching on and off takes place via an electromagnetic reed contact switch 95, which is shown schematically in the drawing and which is accommodated in the housing 2 of the shaving apparatus 1 according to FIG. If the reed contact switch 95 is opened automatically after the shaking process, the shaver 1 also stops working and the drying process explained below is initiated at the switching point 33 (distance d).
- the fan wheel 16 is switched on with or without heating and driven by the electric motor 13, so that the shaving head 3 is supplied with dry air for a certain period of time, for example 15 seconds (see section 33 to 34). Then the unlocking of the shaver 1 on the switch button 9 is released.
- FIG 6 the circuit of the cleaning liquid of the cleaning device 5 is shown schematically, to which the receiving part 7 belongs, in which the shaving apparatus 1 is inserted upside down, so that the shaving head 3 is at least partially immersed in the cleaning liquid.
- the cleaning device 5 also includes (FIG. 6) the feed pump 23 and the motor 28, which is connected to an electrical network via electrical lines and can be activated via the switching element 9.
- the feed pump 23 is driven by the motor 28, which can be supported by means of supports in the housing 4 of the cleaning device 5.
- a drive shaft 43 protruding from the motor 28 drives the feed pump 23 provided in a pump housing.
- the collecting container 65 for holding the cleaning liquid 40 is smaller than according to FIG. 1 in the first exemplary embodiment.
- a bottom 47 of the collecting container 65 is arranged at an incline, for example at an angle between 20 ° and 40 °, so that no hair residues accumulate on the bottom 47.
- an intake port 48 of the feed pump 23 is connected, so that the cleaning liquid running off via the overflow device 26 is conveyed directly into the filter 24 via the collecting container 65 and the intake line 48 of the feed pump 23, as well as a line 50, which is shown in FIG 7, 8, 9 is illustrated in more detail.
- the hair dust 75 collected in the collecting container 65 is whirled up in the cleaning liquid in such a way that it does not settle on the bottom 47 of the collecting container 65, but is conveyed to the filter 24 and is retained by the latter.
- the cleaned cleaning liquid is returned to the receiving part 7 via a line 64.
- a cleaning liquid container 61 is designed as a cartridge (FIGS. 7 to 9) and has an outlet opening 63 which is connected to the receiving part 7 via the line 64. In this way, the cleaning cycle is closed.
- the inlet and outlet openings 62, 63 shown in FIG. 7 of the cleaning liquid container 61 can also be provided at the bottom in a bottom 67 of the cleaning liquid container 61, so that the cleaning liquid container 61 can be connected from above to corresponding lines. It is hereby achieved that from the cleaning liquid container 61, cleaning liquid constantly flows into the inlet port of the pump 23, so that the pump sucks in cleaning liquid and no air when it is started up.
- the feed pump 23 designed as a vane pump is switched on according to this example (FIG. 6), which draws in air at the beginning of the cleaning process and presses it via line 50 into the cleaning liquid container 61, so that the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid container 61 via the outlet opening 63 and the line 64 flows to the emptied receiving part 7 and fills it again until the cleaning liquid flows through the overflow device 26 into the collecting container 65. A part of the liquid also flows continuously through the outlet opening 27. However, the feed pump 23 delivers more liquid into the receiving part 7 than can flow out via the outlet opening 27, so that it is ensured that the receiving part 7 always remains filled up to the overflow device 26 during the cleaning process.
- the cleaning liquid container 61 or the cartridge shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 consists of a cylindrical housing 101 with the bottom 67 and a cover 72, in which the inlet opening 62 and the outlet opening 63 and the filter 24 are provided.
- the lid 72 is sealed to the upper edge of the cleaning liquid container 61 so that it cannot be pulled off the housing 101.
- the line 50 coming from the pump 23 is connected to the inlet opening 62 and the line 64 leading to the receiving part 7 is connected to the outlet opening 63.
- quick coupling elements (not shown in the drawing) can be provided, which enable the cleaning liquid container 61 to be easily replaced by a new one can be replaced when the cleaning liquid is to be replaced or when the filter 24 provided in the cleaning liquid container 61 has clogged.
- the degree of contamination or the hair dust 75 in the filter 24 can be determined via a display device, not shown in the drawing.
- the display device can include a pressure sensor and a control lamp that indicate the degree of contamination or pressure status. If the filter 24 can no longer be used, the cleaning liquid container 61 is separated from the lines 50, 64 and replaced.
- the filter 24 is designed as a cylindrical paper filter and is arranged coaxially in the housing 101.
- a lower end 70 of the filter 24 is pressed into an annular groove 68 provided on the bottom 67 of the housing 101 coaxially to the housing 101.
- the annular groove 68 consists of two spaced-apart, parallel to one another, annular walls or flares 69, 71, which are arranged upright on the bottom 67, so that the lower end 70 of the filter 24 is firmly clamped in the annular groove 68.
- the filter 24 forms a first chamber which receives the hair dust and the remaining part of the housing forms a second chamber for filtered cleaning liquid.
- the upper cover 72 of the housing 101 of the cleaning liquid container 61 has four centering elements 73 arranged at a distance from one another, which are arranged in a cross shape and serve to align the filter in the cleaning liquid container 61.
- the cover 72 (FIGS. 7, 9) has a film 74 which is removed from the lines 50, 64 when the cleaning liquid container 61 is inserted into the housing 4 is pierced to establish the coupling connection to the inlet and outlet openings 62, 63.
- the two lines 50, 64 can each be provided at their end with a corresponding sharp edge or tip 103, so that they can pierce a film closing the openings 62, 63 more easily. It is also possible to close the openings 62, 63 by means of a pull tab, under which pierceable sealing elements can be provided, into which the lines 50, 64 are inserted.
- a device 78 for driving the fan wheel 16 and the feed pump 23 is illustrated in FIGS. 5, 10 and 11.
- the feed pump 23 and the fan wheel 16 should not be driven at the same time, therefore they can be driven selectively via the single motor 28.
- the drive device 78, to which the motor 28 also belongs, has a direction of rotation reversal device which is equipped with one (FIG. 12) or, according to FIGS. 5, 11, two freewheel devices 104, the one rotating the fan wheel 16 and the clockwise others in opposite direction drives the feed pump 23.
- the direction of rotation reversal device with the upper and the lower freewheel device 104 sits on a motor output shaft 79 of the motor 28, on which the fan wheel 16 is also arranged.
- the freewheel device 104 can be equipped with a clamping lock, which for this purpose has a one-way clutch with self-locking force fit. Furthermore, clamping rollers or plates can be provided as coupling elements.
- the freewheel devices 104 consist of an internal gear ring 105, 106 having an upper and a lower tooth flank 86. These two internal gear rings 105, 106 are freely rotating on the motor output shaft 79.
- a driving flange 81 is driven via the motor output shaft 79, the two Has diametrically opposite pawl axes 82 for receiving an upper and a lower crescent-shaped pawl 83, 90.
- Each pawl 83, 90 has two lever arms 108, 109 (FIG. 11), the somewhat longer lever arm 108 being guided via a pin 96 in an elongated hole opening 88 and the other lever arm 109 resting against a spring 84.
- An elongated hole opening 88 is illustrated in FIGS. 5, 11.
- the pawl 83 (FIG. 11) can be pivoted in the direction of the inner circumference of the fan wheel 16 between a position on the pawl axis 82 by means of the solid lines and a position shown in dashed lines by means of the spring 84 bent twice in a V-shape.
- the spring 84 consists of a U-shaped part 110, by means of which it rests on a hub 97 of the driving flange 81.
- the U-shaped part 110 is formed from two legs 111, each of which forms a double V with a further, adjoining leg 112.
- the two pawls 83 lie with an outer end 85 each against the tooth flanks 86 of the ring gear 105 connected to the fan wheel 16 and in this way produce a drive connection between the motor 28 and the fan wheel 16 in a clockwise direction.
- the legs 112 of the spring 84 press the lever arm 108 with its end 85 against the tooth flank 86 via an abutment.
- the pawls 83 are pressed outward via the tooth flanks 86 and, at a minimum speed due to their eccentric arrangement on the pawl axis 82, are pivoted outward on the pawl axis 82 counter to the action of the spring 84, until they come to rest against a stop 89 of the slot opening 88.
- This is achieved in that the proportion by weight of the lever arm 108 is greater than the lever arm 109 of the pawl 83 that is different with respect to the pawl axis 82.
- the fan wheel 16 is uncoupled from the motor output shaft 79.
- the two lower pawls 90 only leave their detent position again, thereby releasing the drive connection between the motor 18 and the feed pump 23 when the direction of rotation of the motor 28 is changed. Since the outer ends of the pawls 83, 90 do not slip over the tooth flanks 86, no drive noises and no wear occur when the pawls 83, 90 are freewheeling.
- a second drive motor for the separate drive of feed pump 23 and fan wheel 16 can be dispensed with, so that costs can be saved.
- the motor 28 and the fan wheel 16, as well as the pump 23 (not shown in FIGS. 5, 10 and 11) and possibly the cleaning liquid container 61 can be arranged coaxially with one another, so that the gear parts between the motor 28, pump 23 and fan wheel 16 are reduced to a minimum can be designed and thereby the housing 4 of the cleaning device 5 smaller can be (see Fig. 12).
- FIG. 1 Another embodiment of a drive device for the pump 23 and the drying device with the fan wheel 16 is shown in FIG.
- a freewheel 78 similar to the freewheel device according to FIG. 11, consists here of only two pawls 83 or other coupling elements.
- the coupling elements establish a drive connection between the motor 13 and pump 23 or prevent the pump 23 from rotating when the direction of rotation of the motor 13 is reversed.
- a differently designed freewheel device can also be used.
- the fan wheel 16 cannot suck any air out of the receiving part 7, since a lamella closure 149 in the opening 18 remains closed by the negative pressure generated by the fan wheel 16.
- the electric motor 13 drives the fan wheel 16 constantly in both directions due to the very simple design of the freewheel device, so that when the motor 13 is driven clockwise the air flow of the fan wheel 16 opens the slat closure 149 provided in the opening 18 and the shaving head 3 air for the drying process feeds.
