Description

Die Erfindung betrifft Spundbehälter aus Blech für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Mantel, einem Deckel und einem Boden sowie mindestens einer Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung im Deckel und ggf. einer Entleeeröffnung im Boden, wobei die Öffnung bzw. Öffnungen von einem Spund eingefaßt ist bzw. sind, der durch einen aus dem Deckel bzw. Boden ausgeformten Stutzen gebildet wird, auf den ein Ring aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde zum Aufschrauben einer Verschlußkappe aufgesetzt ist, der von dem nach außen umgerollten Rand des Stutzens gegen den Deckel bzw. Boden des Blechbehälters gepreßt wird.
Aus der DE-A-28 53 958 bekannte Spundbehältern dieser Gattung, die für den Transport und die Lagerung von aggressiven Flüssigkeiten zum Einsatz kommen, werden aus hochwertigem, teurem Blechmaterial hergestellt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den gattungsgemäßen Spundbehälter im Hinblick auf die Verwendungsmöglichkeit von preiswertem Kunststoff als Herstellungsmaterial weiterzuentwickeln.
Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Spundbehälter mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
Der Unteranspruch beinhaltet eine zweckmäßige Weiterbildung der Erfindung.
Die Edelstahleinlage der Verschlußkappe für den Einfüll- und Entleerspund bzw. die Spunde des Spundbehälters in Verbindung mit einer besonderen Abdichtung der Verschlußkappe gegen den Spund verhindern einen Kontakt des aggressiven, flüssigen Füllgutes mit der Verschlußkappe, so daß diese aus preiswertem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt werden kann. Die mit einer Edelstahleinlage kombinierte Verschlußkappe ist wesentlich kostengünstiger als eine vollkommen aus Edelstahl gefertigte Verschlußkappe, die bisher bei Spundbehältern aus hochwertigem Blech zum Transport und zur Lagerung von aggressiven, umweltgefährdenden Flüssigkeiten verwendet wird.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigt

Der Deckel 2 eines Spundbehälters 1 aus hochwertigem Blech zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten weist eine zentrale Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung 3 auf, die von einem Spund eingefaßt ist, der durch einen aus dem Deckel 2 ausgeformten, zur Deckeloberfläche 4 senkrechten Stutzen 5 gebildet wird.
Auf den Stutzen 5 ist ein Ring 6 aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde 7 aufgesetzt, der von dem nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand 8 des Stutzens 5 nach unten gegen die Deckeloberfläche 4 gedrückt wird.
Der Gewindering 6 ist durch drei an den Stutzen 5 mit gleichem Abstand angeformte, nach außen gerichtete Nasen 9, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 10 des Gewinderinges 6 eingreifen, gegen Verdrehen gesichert.
Auf den Gewindering 6, der auf dem Stutzen 5 der Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung 3 im Deckel 2 sitzt, ist eine Verschlußkappe 11 aus Kunststoff aufgeschraubt, in die eine scheibenförmige Einlage 12 aus Edelstahl eingepreßt ist. Zwischen dem äußeren Rand 13 der Einlage 12 und einem Ringansatz 14 derselben ist eine Ringnut 15 zur Aufnahme eines Dichtringes 16 in die Einlage eingeformt, mit dem die Verschlußkappe 11 gegen den nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand 8 des Stutzens 5 abgedichtet ist.
Auf den die Entleeröffnung 17 im Boden 18 des Behälters 1 einfassenden Stutzen 5 nach Fig. 3 ist in gleicher Weise wie bei dem Stutzen 5 der Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung 3 des Behälterdeckels 2 des Spundbehälters 1 nach den Fign. 1 und 2 ein Gewindering 6 aufgesetzt, an dem ein Kugelhahn 19 zur Entnahme der Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter 1 angeschraubt ist.

Claims (2)

  1. Spundbehälter aus Blech für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Mantel, einem Deckel und einem Boden sowie mindestens einer Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung im Deckel und ggf. einer Entleeröffnung im Boden, wobei die Öffnung bzw. Öffnungen von einem aus dem Deckel bzw. Boden ausgeformten Stutzen eingefaßt ist bzw. sind, auf den ein Ring aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde zum Aufschrauben einer Verschlußkappe aufgesetzt ist, der von dem nach außen umgerollten Rand des Stutzens gegen den Deckel bzw. Boden des Blechbehälters gepreßt wird, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verschlußkappe (11) aus Kunststoff für den Stutzen (5) der bzw. jeder Einfüll- und Entleeröffnung (3) mit einer scheibenförmigen Einlage (12) aus Edelstahl zum Schutz der Verschlußkappe (11) gegen aggressives Flüssiggut im Behälter (1) sowie mit einer zwischen dem äußeren Rand (13) der Deckeleinlage (12) und einem Ringansatz (14) derselben gebildeten Ringnut (15) mit darin aufgenommenem Dichtringe (16).
  2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage (12) aus Edelstahl in die Kunststoff-Verschlußkappe (11) eingepreßt ist.
