【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、液体用板金製容器の蓋
部分および／またはこの容器の底部に設けられた開口部
用のねじ山スリーブに関し、とくに詳細には、密閉蓋を
ねじ込む、放出ガンを取り付ける、充填ホースを固定す
る、排出ポンプもしくは流出用部品を接続する、または
液面計、過剰充填防止装置、排気弁等を取り付けるため
のスリーブをねじ込むねじ山スリーブに関する。

【従来の技術】市販されている液体用の様々な構造の板
金製容器においては、液体を充填したり取り出したりす
るために必要な開口部を蓋部分または容器の底部分から
打ち抜き、この開口部の縁部にねじ山スリーブを溶接す
るようにしている。そのスリーブは、ねじ山を押し込ん
だ薄板管と固定フランジとから、またはねじ山を切り込
んだ金属管と固定フランジとからなる。この場合固定フ
ランジは管に溶接されているか、または管と一体に鋳造
されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、板金製
容器の製造においては、液体を通さないように開口部の
縁にねじ山スリーブを溶接する必要があるため、板金製
容器が高価なものとなってしまう。
【０００４】本発明は上記事情に鑑み、容器の開口部に
形成されたねじ山スリーブを構造的に改良することによ
り、板金製容器を安価に製造することができるねじ山ス
リーブを提供することを目的とするものである。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明による板金製液体
容器の開口部用ねじ山スリーブは、液体用板金製容器の
蓋部分および／または該容器の底部に形成された開口部
に設けられた、密閉蓋をねじ込む、放出ガンを取り付け
る、充填ホースを固定する、排出ポンプもしくは流出用
部品を接続する、または液面計、過剰充填防止装置、排
気弁等を取り付けるためのスリーブをねじ込むねじ山ス
リーブであって、前記容器の蓋部分により形成された充
填開口部のスリーブに取り付けられた、密閉蓋をねじ込
むためのプラスチック製または金属製の外側ねじ山を有
するリングを備え、該スリーブの端縁部が該スリーブの
外側に丸められており、該リングが、該外側に向かって
丸められたスリーブの端縁部により前記蓋部分に押し付
けられていることを特徴とするものである。
【０００６】また、前記容器の底部により形成された流
出開口部のスリーブに取り付けられた、排出用部品を接
続するための外側ねじ山を有するリングを備え、該リン
グが、前記外側に向かって丸めたスリーブの端縁部によ
り前記容器底部に押し付けられていることが好ましい。
【０００７】さらに、前記容器中の液体から前記密閉蓋
を保護するための、高級鋼製の円板状の挿入物が挿入さ
れたプラスチック製密閉蓋を有することが好ましい。
【０００８】また、前記挿入物の外側縁部および該挿入
物に設けられたリング状突起の間に、密閉リングを挿入
するためのリング状溝が形成されたことが好ましい。
【０００９】さらに、前記挿入物が高級鋼製の挿入物で
あり、該挿入物がプラスチック製の前記密閉蓋の中に押
し込まれていることが好ましい。
【００１０】また、前記ねじ山リングに回転防止機構を
設けることが好ましく、この回転防止機構は、前記ねじ
山リングに形成された少なくとも１つの切欠部と、前記
開口部または前記底部開口部に形成された、前記ねじ山
リングの切欠部に係合するように、外側を向いた少なく
とも１つの突起とからなることが好ましい。

【作用および発明の効果】本発明によるねじ山スリーブ
は、板金製容器の蓋部分または底部の開口部の周囲に形
成されたスリーブの外側に、外側に丸めたスリーブの端
縁部によりプラスチック製または金属製のねじ山リング
を保持するようにしたため、ねじ山スリーブを開口部の
縁部に溶接しなくとも容器の密閉性を保持することがで
き、液体用の板金製容器を簡単に、かつ安価に製造する
ことができる。

【実施例】以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施例を詳細
に説明する。
【００１３】図１は本発明によるねじ山スリーブの詳細
を説明するための図である。図１に示すように、液体を
輸送および貯蔵するための板金製容器１の蓋部分２に
は、その蓋部分２により形成された蓋部分２の表面４に
対して垂直に延びるスリーブ５により囲まれる充填開口
部３を備えている。
【００１４】スリーブ５の外側には、外側ねじ山７を有
するプラスチック製または金属製のねじ山リング６が取
り付けられており、そのリング６は、外側に向かって丸
められたスリーブ５の上縁部８により蓋部分２の表面４
に押し付けられている。
【００１５】図２に示すように、ねじ山リング６には、
３つの切欠部１０が等間隔に設けられており、スリーブ
５には切欠部１０に対応して外側を向いた３個の突起９
が設けられている。そしてこの突起９が対応するねじ山
リング６の切欠部１０に係合し、これによりねじ山リン
グ６はスリーブ５に対して回転しないように固定されて
いる。
【００１６】蓋部分２の充填開口部３に設けられたスリ
ーブ５の外側にあるねじ山リング６には、プラスチック
製の密閉蓋１１がねじ込まれる。その密閉蓋１１の中に
は高級鋼製の円板状の挿入物１２が押し込まれている。
挿入物１２の外縁部１３とリング状突起１４の間に、密
閉リング１６を挿入物１２の中に受け入れるためのリン
グ状溝１５が形成されている。そして密閉リング１６に
より、密閉蓋１１がスリーブ５の上方において外側に丸
められた上縁部８に対して密閉されている。
【００１７】一方、図３の本発明の第２実施例に示すよ
うに、板金製容器１の底部１８にある流出開口部１７を
取り囲むスリーブ５の外側にも、図１および図２に示す
実施例の容器の蓋部分２に形成された充填開口部３のス
リーブ５と同様に、ねじ山リング６が取り付けられてお
り、そこに、容器１から液体を取り出すためのボールバ
ルブ１９がねじ込まれている。
【００１８】そして高級板金製の容器１により腐食性の
液体を輸送および貯蔵する際に、各開口部３のスリーブ
５および高級鋼製の挿入物１２により、腐食性液体とプ
ラスチック製の密閉蓋１１との、あるいはボールバルブ
等の液体を取り出すための部品との接触が阻止されるた
め、容器１における腐食性液体による容器の密閉不良が
防止される。また、高級鋼製挿入物１２と組み合わされ
たプラスチック製密閉蓋１１は、環境に有害な腐食性の
液体の輸送および貯蔵に使用されている全体が高級鋼で
製造された密閉蓋よりも著しく安価なものとすることが
できる。

Claims (2)

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 液体の出し入れ用開口部（３）を有する
    蓋部（２）と本体とからなる容器（１）であって、該開
    口部（３）において、該蓋部（２）にスリーブ（５）が
    形成され、該スリーブ（５）に密閉蓋（１１）をねじ込
    むための外側ねじ山（７）を有するプラスチック製また
    は金属製リング（６）が取り付けられ、該スリーブ
    （５）の縁部（８）が該スリーブ（５）の外側に向かっ
    て丸められており、該リング（６）が、該容器（１）の
    該蓋部（２）に押しつけられている液体用板金製容器に
    おいて、 前記密閉蓋（１１）がプラスチック製であり、前記容器
    （１）中の腐食性液体から該密閉蓋（１１）を保護する
    ための鋼製の円板状の挿入物（１２）を有し、かつ、該
    挿入物（１２）には、該挿入物（１２）の外側縁部（１
    ３）と該挿入物（１２）の該外側縁部（１３）の内側に
    設けられたリング状突起（１４）との間に、密閉リング
    （１６）を挿入するためのリング状溝（１５）が形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする容器。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記挿入物（１２）が鋼製の挿入物であ
    り、該挿入物（１２）がプラスチック製の前記密閉蓋
    （１１）の中に押し込まれていることを特徴とする請求
    項１記載の容器。
