Description

本发明涉及由板材制成的、用于液体的带塞容器。
美国专利US4316318公开的这种类型的带塞容器用于运输和储存腐蚀性液体，是由贵重的优质板材制造的。
本发明的目的是，进一步发展上述类型的带塞容器，使其能够采用价格低廉的塑料作为生产原料。
按照本发明，提供了一种用于储装液体物料、用板材制成的带塞容器，具有一个外壳、一个顶部、一个底部，以及顶部至少一个注液和排放口，必要时底部具有一个排放口，这个或这些开口被一个由顶部或底部成形的接头围住，接头上套装一个用塑料或金属制成的具外螺纹的环，用以拧紧封盖，接头向外翻卷的边缘把此螺纹环压在容器的顶部或底部上，其特征在于一个用塑料制成的封盖(11)，此封盖用于每个注液或排放口(3)的接头(5)，接头具有一个由优质钢制成的片状的内衬(12)，用于防止封盖(11)接触容器(1)中的腐蚀性液体；以及具有一个在顶部内衬(12)的外边缘(13)和内衬的环形台肩(14)之间形成的环形槽(15)，用于安装密封圈(16)。

用于运输与储存液体的、由优质板材制成的带塞容器1的顶部2具有一中央注液及排放口1，该开口由一个塞围住，塞由一个由顶部2成形、与顶部表面4相垂直的接头5所构成。
一个由塑料或金属制成的、具有外螺纹7的环6套装在接头5上，接头5向外翻卷的上边缘8把该螺纹环向下压在顶部表面4上。
三个在接头5上等距离成形的朝外的凸缘9伸入螺纹环6的相应凹槽10内，确保螺纹环6不致扭转。
一个塑料封盖11拧紧在螺纹环6上，螺纹环6置放在顶部2的注液及排放口3的接头5上；塑料封盖11内压入一个优质钢制成的片状内衬12。在内衬12的外边缘13及其环形台肩14之间形成一个环形槽15，用于将密封圈16容置在内衬之内，封盖11借助该密封圈使得接头5向外翻卷的上边缘8密封。
和按图1和图2的带塞容器1的顶部2的注液和排放口3的接头5的情况一样，在按图3的围住容器1底部18的排放口17的接头5上套装有一个螺纹环6。在螺纹环6上，拧上一个球阀19，用以从容器1中抽取液体。

Claims (2)

1．用于储装液体物料、用板材制成的带塞容器，具有一个外壳、一个顶部、一个底部，以及顶部至少一个注液和排放口，必要时底部具有一个排放口，这个或这些开口被一个由顶部或底部成形的接头围住，接头上套装一个用塑料或金属制成的具外螺纹的环，用以拧紧封盖，接头向外翻卷的边缘把此螺纹环压在容器的顶部或底部上，其特征在于一个用塑料制成的封盖(11)，此封盖用于每个注液或排放口(3)的接头(5)，接头具有一个由优质钢制成的片状的内衬(12)，用于防止封盖(11)接触容器(1)中的腐蚀性液体；以及具有一个在顶部内衬(12)的外边缘(13)和内衬的环形台肩(14)之间形成的环形槽(15)，用于安装密封圈(16)。
2．按照权利要求1的容器，其特征在于，由优质钢制成的内衬(12)压入塑料封盖(11)内。
