Abstract

Крышка 2 емкости 1 из листовой стали для транспортировки и хранения жидкостей имеет центральное отверстие 3 для заливки жидкости, обрамленное отформованной в крышке 2, перпендикулярной ее поверхности 4 горловиной 5. На горловину 5 надето кольцо 6 из пластмассы или металла с наружной резьбой 7, прижатое вниз к поверхности 4 крышки 2 посредством закатанного наружу верхнего края 8 горловины 5. Резьбовое кольцо 6 зафиксировано от проворачивания на горловине 5 соединениями с геометрическим замыканием. На резьбовое кольцо 6 навинчена запорная крышка 11 из пластмассы, в которую запрессован шайбообразный вкладыш 12 из специальной стали. Между наружным краем 13 вкладыша 12 и кольцевым уступом 14 последнего выполнена кольцевая канавка 15 для размещения уплотнительного кольца 16 во вкладыше, которое герметизирует запорную крышку 11 от закатанного наружу верхнего края 8 горловины 5.

Claims (1)

  1. Крышка 2 емкости 1 из листовой стали для транспортировки и хранения жидкостей имеет центральное отверстие 3 для заливки жидкости, обрамленное отформованной в крышке 2, перпендикулярной ее поверхности 4 горловиной 5. На горловину 5 надето кольцо 6 из пластмассы или металла с наружной резьбой 7, прижатое вниз к поверхности 4 крышки 2 посредством закатанного наружу верхнего края 8 горловины 5. Резьбовое кольцо 6 зафиксировано от проворачивания на горловине 5 соединениями с геометрическим замыканием. На резьбовое кольцо 6 навинчена запорная крышка 11 из пластмассы, в которую запрессован шайбообразный вкладыш 12 из специальной стали. Между наружным краем 13 вкладыша 12 и кольцевым уступом 14 последнего выполнена кольцевая канавка 15 для размещения уплотнительного кольца 16 во вкладыше, которое герметизирует запорную крышку 11 от закатанного наружу верхнего края 8 горловины 5.
