Abstract

Der Deckel (2) eines Blechbehälters (1) zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten weist eine zentrale Befüllöffnung (3) auf, die durch einen aus dem Deckel ausgeformten, zur Deckeloberfläche (4) senkrechten Stutzen (5) eingefaßt ist. Auf den Stutzen (5) ist ein Ring (6) aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde (7) aufgesetzt, der von dem nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand (8) des Stutzens (5) nach unten gegen die Deckeloberfläche (4) gedrückt wird. Der Gewindering (6) ist durch nicht dargestellte formschlüssige Verbindungen auf dem Stutzen (5) gegen Verdrehen gesichert. Auf den Gewindering (6) ist ein Verschlußdeckel (11) aus Kunststoff aufgeschraubt, in den einescheibenförmige Einlage (12) aus Edelstahl eingepreßt ist. Zwischen dem äußeren Rand (13) der Deckeleinlage (12) und einem Ringansatz (14) derselben ist eine Ringnut (15) zur Aufnahme eines Dichtringes (16) in die Einlage eingeformt, mit dem der Verschlußdeckel (11) gegen den nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand (8) des Stutzens (5) abgedichtet ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Gewindestutzen an Öffnungen im Deckel und/oder Boden von Blechbehältern für Flüssigkeiten zum Aufschrauben eines Verschlußdeckels oder eines Stutzens für die Aufnahme einer Zapfpistole oder die Befestigung eines Befüllschlauches, den Anschluß einer Entnahmepumpe oder einer Auslaufarmatur oder die Montage eines Füllstandsanzeigers, einer Überfüllsicherung, eines Entlüftungsventils oder dgl.
  • Bei auf dem Markt befindlichen Blechbehältern unterschiedlicher Ausführung für Flüssigkeiten werden die erforderlichen Öffnungen aus dem Deckel bzw. Boden ausgestanzt, und auf den Öffnungsrand wird ein Gewindestutzen aufgeschweißt, der z.B. aus einem Blechrohrstück mit eingepreßtem Gewinde und einem Befestigungsflansch oder einem Metallrohrstück mit einem geschnittenen Gewinde und einem Befestigungsflansch besteht, der an das Rohrstück angeschweißt oder mit diesem einteilig gegossen ist.
  • Die Herstellung dieser bekannten Blechbehälter ist durch das erforderliche flüssigkeitsdichte Aufschweißen der Gewindestutzen auf die Öffnungsränder verhältnismäßig teuer.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Herstellung von Blechbehältern durch eine konstruktive Verbesserung der Gewindestutzen an den Behälteröffnungen zu verbilligen.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Gewindestutzen für Blechbehälter mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche sind auf zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung gerichtet.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Verwendung eines Gewinderinges aus Kunststoff oder Metall, der auf einen aus dem Deckel oder Boden eines Blechbehälters um eine Öffnung ausgeformten Stutzen aufgesetzt und durch den nach außen umgerollten Stutzenrand auf dem Stutzen gehalten wird, ermöglicht eine vereinfachte und verbilligte Herstellung von Blechbehältern für Flüssigkeiten.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigt

  • Der Deckel 2 eines Blechbehälters 1 zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten weist eine zentrale Befüllöffnung 3 auf, die durch einen aus dem Deckel ausgeformten, zur Deckeloberfläche 4 senkrechten Stutzen 5 eingefaßt ist.
  • Auf den Stutzen 5 ist ein Ring 6 aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde 7 aufgesetzt, der von dem nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand 8 des Stutzens 5 nach unten gegen die Deckeloberfläche 4 gedrückt wird.
  • Der Gewindering 6 ist durch drei an den Stutzen 5 mit gleichem Abstand angeformte, nach außen gerichtete Nasen 9, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen 10 des Gewinderinges 6 eingreifen, gegen Verdrehen gesichert.
  • Auf den Gewindering 6, der auf dem Stutzen 5 der Befüllöffnung 3 im Deckel 2 sitzt, ist ein Verschlußdeckel 11 aus Kunststoff aufgeschraubt, in den eine scheibenförmige Einlage 12 aus Edelstahl eingepreßt ist. Zwischen dem äußeren Rand 13 der Deckeleinlage 12 und einem Ringansatz 14 derselben ist eine Ringnut 15 zur Aufnahme eines Dichtringes 16 in die Einlage eingeformt, mit dem der Verschlußdeckel 11 gegen den nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand 8 des Stutzens 5 abgedichtet ist.
  • Auf den die Auslauföffnung 17 im Boden 18 des Blechbehälters 1 einfassenden Stutzen 5 ist in gleicher Weise wie bei dem Stutzen 5 der Befüllöffnung 3 des Behälterdeckels 2 ein Gewindering 6 aufgesetzt, an dem ein Kugelhahn 19 zur Entnahme der Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter 1 angeschraubt ist.
  • Beim Transport und der Lagerung von aggressiven Flüssigkeiten in Behältern aus hochwertigem Blech verhindern der Stutzen an jeder Öffnung sowie die Deckeleinlage aus Edelstahl einen Kontakt der aggressiven Flüssigkeit mit dem Verschlußdeckel aus Kunststoff bzw. mit der Entnahmearmatur, so daß Undichtigkeiten des Behälters durch die Einwirkung der aggressiven Flüssigkeit im Behälter vermieden werden. Der mit der Edelstahleinlage kombinierte Verschlußdeckel aus Kunststoff ist wesentlich preiswerter als ein vollkommen aus Edelstahl hergestellter Verschlußdeckel, der bisher bei Blechbehältern zum Transport und zur Lagerung von aggressiven, umweltgefährdenden Flüssigkeiten verwendet wird.

Claims (7)

  1. Gewindestutzen an Öffnungen im Deckel und/oder Boden von Blechbehältern für Flüssigkeiten zum Aufschrauben eines Verschlußdeckels oder eines Stutzens für die Aufnahme einer Zapfpistole oder die Befestigung eines Befüllschlauches, den Anschluß einer Entnahmepumpe oder einer Auslaufarmatur oder die Montage eines Füllstandsanzeigers, einer Überfüllsicherung, eines Entlüftungsventils oder dgl., gekennzeichnet durch einen auf den aus dem Behälterdeckel (2) ausgeformten Stutzen (5) der Befüllöffnung (3) aufgesetzten Ring (6) aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit Außengewinde (7) zum Aufschrauben eines Verschlußdeckels (11) aus Kunststoff oder dgl., der (6) von dem nach außen umgerollten oberen Rand (8) des Stutzens (5) nach unten gegen den Blechdeckel (2) gepreßt wird.
  2. Stutzen nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen auf dem aus dem Behälterboden (18) ausgeformten Stutzen (5) der Auslauföffnung (17) aufgesetzten Ring(6) mit Außengewinde (7) zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur, der von dem nach außen umgerollten äußeren Rand (8) des Stutzens (5) gegen den Behälterboden (18) gepreßt wird.
  3. Stutzen nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Verschlußdeckel (2) aus Kunststoff mit einer scheibenförmigen Einlage (12) aus Edelstahl zum Schutz des Deckels (2) gegen das Flüssiggut im Behälter (1).
  4. Stutzen nach Anspruch 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen dem äußeren Rand (13) der Deckeleinlage (12) und einem Ringansatz (14) derselben gebildeten Ringnut (15) zur Aufnahme eines Dichtringes (16).
  5. Stutzen nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage (12) aus Edelstahl in den Kunststoff-Verschlußdeckel (2) eingepreßt ist.
  6. Stutzen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verdrehsicherung des Gewinderinges (6).
  7. Stutzen nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine oder mehrere an den Stutzen (5) der Deckel (3) - bzw. Bodenöffnung (17) angeformte, nach außen gerichtete Nasen (9), die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen (10) des Gewinderinges (6) eingreifen.
