Claims (25)
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen (20) mit einem Manipulator zum Entnehmen von wenigstens einer vollen Vorgarnspule (14) aus einer Vorgarnspulen bereithaltenden Transporteinrichtung (18) zum Zustellen zu Mitteln (43, 47) zum Aufnehmen und Bereithalten des Anfangs des Vorgarns der vollen Vorgarnspule, zum Entnehmen wenigstens einer leergelaufenen Vorgarnspule (19) aus einem Gatter (12, 13) einer Spinnmaschine und zum Übergeben an die Transporteinrichtung (18) und zum Einsetzen der wenigstens einen vollen Vorgarnspule (14) in das Gatter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Manipulator (21) die wenigstens eine volle Vorgarnspule (14) an eine diese vorübergehend zwischenspeichernde Vorbereitungseinrichtung (31) übergibt, die die Mittel (43, 47) enthält, die mittels eines Antriebes (42) von einer Position zum Aufnehmen des Anfangs des Vorgarns im Bereich des Außenumfangs der vollen Vorgarnspule (14) in eine dazu einen Abstand aufweisende, den Anfang des Vorgarns bereithaltende Position bewegbar sind, und daß der Manipulator (21) nach Übergabe der wenigstens einen leergelaufenen Vorgarnspule (19) an die Transporteinrichtung (18) die wenigstens eine vorbereitende Vorgarnspule (14) aus der Vorbereitungsstation (31) übernimmt und in das Gatter (12, 13) einsetzt. - Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Manipulator mit einem beim Übernehmen der wengistens einen vollen Vorgarnspule (14) von der Vorbereitungsstation (31) den Anfang des Vorgarns (57) ergreifenden Greifer (30) ausgerüstet ist. - Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorbereitungsstation (31) schwenkbeweglich angeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorbereitungsstation (31) zur Aufnahme wenigstens einer vollen Vorgarnspule (14) eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (32) besitzt, an der wenigstens ein Aufnahmeelement (33) zur hängenden Aufnahme wenigstens einer vollen Vorgarnspule (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (33) an einer Welle (39) angeordnet ist, die drehbeweglich an der Aufnahemeinrichtung (32) gelagert ist und der ein Antrieb zugeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Aufnehmen des Anfanges des Vorgarns (57) der vollen Vorgarnspule (14) als Saugrohr (43) ausgebildet sind, das eine Saugöffnung (44) zum Ansaugen des Anfangs des Vorgarns (57) enthält.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (43) im Bereich des Aufnahmeelementes (33) angeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (43) mit einer gegenüber der am Aufnahmeelement (33) gehaltenen Vorgarnspule (14) mittels eines Antriebs wegschwenkbaren Saugöffnung (44) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (43) näherungsweise Z-förmig mit einem geradlinig verlängerten Z-Schenkel (43') ausgebildet ist, an dessen Endbereich die Saugöffnung (44) angeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (43) an einem kurzen Z-Schenkel (43") drehbeweglich und exzentrisch zur Welle (39) des Aufnahmeelementes (33) an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (32) angeordnet ist und mit einem Antrieb verbunden ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Bereithalten des Anfanges des Vorgarnes als ein stangenförmiger Gegenhalter (47) ausgebildet sind, der eine Umlenkführung (51) für das Vorgarn (57) enthält.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenhalter (47) gegenüber der an dem Aufnahmeelement (33) gehaltenen Vorgarnspule (14) drehbeweglich angeordnet und einem Antrieb zugeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugrohr (43) und der Gegenhalter (47) gegenläufig schwenkbar an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (32) angeordnet sind.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Saugrohr (43) und dem Gegenhalter (47) eine eine gegenläufige Drehbewegung eintragende Getriebeanordnung (46) zugeordnet ist, die mit einem Antrieb verbunden ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeanordnung (46) aus einem auf der Welle (39) des Aufnahmeelementes (33) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) drehbeweglich angeordneten ersten Zahnrad (48), an dem der Gegenhalter (47) befestigt ist und aus einem mit dem ersten Zahnrad (48) kämmenden zweiten Zahnrad (49) besteht, das an dem Saugrohr (43) befestigt ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Zahnrad (49) an dem kurzen Z-Schenkel (43") des Saugrohres (43) befestigt ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Manipulator (21) wenigstens ein Aufnahmeelement (23) für eine volle oder leergelaufene Vorgarnspule (14, 19) besitzt.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Manipulator (21) höhenverstellbar und schwenkbeweglich angeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (32) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) an Schwenkarmen (34, 35) gehalten ist, die schwenkbeweglich an einem in Vertikalrichtunbg verstellbar angeordneten Tragelement (36) gelagert sind.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem dem Aufnahmeelement (33) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) gegenüberliegenden Ende der Welle (39) ein weiteres Aufnahmeelement (55) für eine Vorgarnspule vorgesehen ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (32) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) mehrere in einer sich in Maschinenlängsrichtung erstreckenden Reihe angeordnete Aufnahmeelemente (33) enthält.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeelemente (33) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) an Wellen (39) angeordnet sind, die von einem gemeinsamen Antrieb antreibbar sind.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Antrieb der Wellen (39) eine erste Antriebseinheit (42) enthält, die über wenigstens einen Keilriemen (41) die Wellen (39) der Aufnahmeelemente (33) antreibt.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Aufnahmeelemente (33) der Vorbereitungsstation (31) jeweils ein Saugrohr (43) und ein Gegenhalter (47) angeordnet sind, denen jeweils eine die gegenläufige Drehbewegung eintragende Getriebeanordnung (46) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorgarnspulenwechselwagen nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeanordnungen (46) mehrerer Saugrohre (43) und Gegenhalter (47) über eine horizontal angeordnete Zahnstange (54) miteinander verbunden sind, die von einer gemeinsamen zweiten Antriebseinheit (45) antreibbar ist.
