Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a cantilever plate connection element made of foamed plastic for corrosion-protected reinforcing bars with an insulation body which has through openings for the reinforcing bars.
  • Insulated cantilever plate connecting elements were first known from DE-OS 30'05'571. It is an insulation body with several reinforcing irons passing through it, which are incorporated therein in a fixed arrangement. This element is not particularly stable in itself and is extremely bulky.
  • EP-PS 0'119'165 therefore proposes an element in a compact design, in which the reinforcing irons penetrating the insulation body are formed into loops which are welded together to form a robust structure by means of cross bars. Compared to the above element, this construction leaves store better with less space.
  • a cantilever plate connecting element is known from EP-A-0'117'897, which has a multi-part thermal insulation body. It consists of a base part, in which a pressure element is injected or foamed, with vertical cavities in the pins of a form-fitting, lid-like upper part are pushed in. Shear bars can be pressed into the lower part, destroying the side walls. The reinforcing irons are placed on the lower part and held by the lid-like upper part, which has corresponding grooves.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a cantilever plate connecting element which is easy to install and additionally offers a simple possibility of simply varying the statically important distance between the reinforcing bars lying one above the other.
  • the cantilever plate connection element comprises a cuboid, foamed insulation body 1. This is approximately 50-100 cm long and approximately 15-40 cm high. Its thickness corresponds to the thickness of the insulation panels commonly used, that is, about 4-10 cm.
  • the lateral end faces 10 of the insulation body 1 are equipped on one side with a tongue 11 and on the other side with a form-fitting groove 12 receiving the tongue. From the upper longitudinal edge 14 there are several slots 13 at regular intervals, which penetrate the insulation body by about 3/4 in height. Intermediate pieces 2 can be inserted into the slots 13 of the insulating body 1.
  • each intermediate piece is provided with a semicircular groove 21 which, in the inserted state of the intermediate piece in the insulating body, runs perpendicular to the insulating body surface 15.
  • the slots 13 are also semicircular at the bottom, so that they define 2 through openings 22 together with the semicircular grooves 21 of the intermediate pieces.
  • On the Intermediate pieces 2 can be inserted into the same grooves 13 end pieces 3.
  • Its lower end face 30 is in turn provided with a semicircular groove 31. If the intermediate pieces 2 and the end pieces 3 are pushed onto one another in the slots 13, the upper semicircular groove 21 and the lower semicircular groove 31 of the end piece in turn form a passage opening 32.
  • the length L of the intermediate pieces 2 can vary, as a result of which the distance between two lies one above the other Through openings 22,32 different sizes. As will be described later, reinforcement bars 22 and 32 come into the through openings. Depending on the thickness of the floor slab and the beam to be connected, the required distance between the upper and lower reinforcement can be varied. So that the intermediate and end pieces in the slots 13 cannot move perpendicular to the insulation body surface 15, the intermediate and end pieces 2, 3 are provided with comb-shaped elevations 23 which fit into complementary grooves 17 in the insulation body 1 (FIG. 2). As an alternative, the comb-shaped elevations on the intermediate and end piece can also be arranged at the edges, as can be seen in FIG. 2 below.
  • FIG. 1 and 2 show the simplest embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, which consists only of the insulating body 1, the intermediate pieces 2 and the end pieces 3, the desired reinforcing bars only being inserted into the slots 13 during assembly and thus supplementing the cantilever plate connecting element.
  • Figure 3 now shows a vertical section through the insulation body through the intermediate piece and through the end piece in the installed state of a cantilever plate connection element.
  • the web of the insulating body 1 remaining below the slot 13 is reinforced with a T-shaped plastic rail 4.
  • the central, vertically projecting leg 40 extends exactly to the lower edge of the through opening 22.
  • the lower flange 41 forms the bearing surface of the insulation body 1.
  • brackets 5 are also foamed. Edge bracket 6 can be pressed into this.
  • the legs, the substantially U-shaped edge bracket 6, are anchored in the concrete slabs on both sides of the cantilever panel connection element.
  • the edge brackets 6 have the double function of, on the one hand, introducing the forces of the reinforcement bars 7 into the concrete slabs and, on the other hand, closing the concrete slabs in the area of the insertion of the reinforcement bars 7 against crumbling due to expansion movements and / or vibrations protect.
  • a shear force bracket 8 is foamed into the intermediate piece 2 shown here.
  • the approximately Z-shaped transverse force bracket 8 runs horizontally with its two ends protruding from the intermediate piece, while the portion running in the intermediate piece passes through it approximately diagonally.
  • the end piece 3 like the web, is in turn provided with holders 5 which are foamed in the intermediate piece 3 and are also suitable for receiving edge brackets 6.
  • the legs of the edge bracket attached to the end piece 3 run approximately opposite to the edge bracket already described on the web, facing the opposite direction downwards.
  • FIG. 4 in a view of the surface of the insulation body 1.
  • the installation of the cantilever plate connecting element according to the invention can be easily recognized using the schematic drawing according to FIG. 5.
  • the insulation body 1 is attached to the formwork at the desired location.
  • the lower flange 41 of the plastic rail 4 can be widened, so that it can be nailed directly onto the formwork boards. Then you clamp the lower edge bracket in the brackets.
  • any corrosion-protected reinforcing bars can now be inserted into the open slots 13 just insert at the top.
  • the reinforcing iron 7 can be bent on one or both sides in a hook shape. Now you push the intermediate pieces 2 with the desired length L into the slots 13.
  • the intermediate pieces 2 can in turn be provided with a transverse force bracket 8.
  • the required reinforcing bars 7 are again inserted into the less deep slots 13 and finally the end pieces 3 are inserted into the slots 13 from above.
  • the upper reinforcing bar 7 is now also held.
  • the edge brackets 6 on the end piece 3 can be fitted into the slots 13 before or after the intermediate piece has been inserted.
  • Such a cantilever panel element has all the desired advantages in terms of storage and space requirements.
  • the height of the insulation body can be made to its maximum size and the part protruding in the finished installation position can be cut off later.
  • Both the edge and shear bars are relatively small elements that can be inexpensively manufactured from chrome-nickel steel.
  • the reinforcing irons 7 are preferably coated with epoxy resin.
