Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'ancrage (1) pour le scellement dans du béton, en particulier dans des plaques en béton, comprenant une ancre de transport (21 et un socle de retenue (3) qui, lors de la coulée du béton, repose sur le fond du coffrage et présente un élément de base (4) et des pieds (6) qui en dépassent ainsi qu'un évidement (9) destiné à recevoir l'ancre de transport (2), l'évidement (9) du dispositif d'ancrage (1) étant situé dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'extension longitudinale tudinale de l'ancre de transport (2) et présentant deux bords de limitation (16, 16) (fig. 1; fig. 3) situés en face l'un de l'autre, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état monté du dispositif d'ancrage (1), les bords de limitation (16, 16) s'engagent dans des rainures (14, 14) de l'ancre (2) placées en face l'une de l'autre; et que la distance entre les fonds (15, 15) des rainures (14, 14) de l'ancre (2) placées en face l'une de l'autre dans un même plan est égale ou légèrement inférieure à la distance entre les bords de limitation (16, 16), de manière que, à l'état monté, l'ancre (2) est bloquée à engagement positif dans les deux directions de son extension longitudinale.
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le socle de retenue (3; 3') présente une ouverture d'emboîtement (10) qui fait suite à l' évidement (9).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bords de limitation (16, 16) de l'évidement (9) et/ou la distance entre les rainures (14, 14) présentent un rétrécissement conique.
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que sur la face (13) de l'ancre de transport (2) sont conformées deux ou plusieurs rainures juxtaposées (voir aussi fig. 2).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (14) de l'ancre de transport (2; 2') présentent un fond de rainure (15) arrondi et une section transversale sensiblement semicirculaire.
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le socle de retenue (3) avec une plaque de base (4) et un évidement (9) se présente sous la forme d'un élément réalisé par estampage et pliage à partir d'un flan de tôle, dont la plaque de base (4) comporte des parois latérales (5) avec des pieds (6) pliées hors du plan de la plaque de base.
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que dans la plaque de base (4) du socle de retenue (2) est ménagé au moins un trou (8) pour un élément de fixation (clou, fil, vis).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les bords de limitation (16, 16) (fig. 3) sont constitués par un étrier de fil (20).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les bords de limitation (16, 16) sont élastiques.
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les bords de limitation (16, 16) de l'étrier de fil sont disposés sur des traverses (21) de supports de fil (19).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les traverses (21) comportent des pieds (6') qui sont pliés en oblique ou à angle droit par rapport aux traverses (21) (fig. 3).
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que des capuchons de protection (7) sont prévus sur les pieds (6; 6') du socle de retenue (3; 3').
- Dispositif d'ancrage selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier de fil (20) est conformé en U; et que comme traverses pour la fixation de l'étrier de fil en U (20) sont prévus des aciers d'armatures tels que des treillis soudés ou analogues, de sorte que l'étrier de fil en U (20) peut être fixé directement sur l'armature.
