Claims (28)

1. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet comportant:
- une voie dotée d'au moins une surface de roulement lisse (41, 42; 53, 54) et d'un organe denté (43; 55) disposé le long de la surface de roulement et comportant deux dentures (44, 45; 56, 57) espacées l'une de l'autre dans le sens transversal de la voie et perpendiculaires et symétriques par rapport a la surface de roulement (41, 42; 53, 54);
- un véhicule de traction (4) mobile sur la surface de roulement (41, 42; 53, 54) et comportant au moins deux essieux porteurs (15), qui portent chacun deux roues porteuses (16), un moteur d'entraînement (26), qui est relié à un pignon moteur (28) et qui engrène l'une (41, 42; 53, 54) des dentures, l'axe (27) du pignon moteur (28) étant disposé perpendiculairement aux essieux porteurs (15), des moyens de guidage a glissement ou à roulement opposés par paire (17, 18; 21, 22; 83) à proximité du pignon moteur (28), ce pignon moteur (28) étant décalé latéralement par rapport au milieu de la distance séparant les moyens de guidage à glissement ou à roulement opposés par paire, et un dispositif d'attelage (23, 24) pour atteler d'autres véhicules (1, 2, 3, 5), caractérisé en ce que les roues porteuses (16) sont dépourvues de boudins, que les dentures (44, 45; 56, 57) sont ouvertes vers le haut, que les moyens de guidage a glissement ou à roulement (17, 18; 21, 22; 22, 83) sont chacun appliqués contre une des deux surfaces latérales de l'organe denté (43; 55), et que le dispositif d'attelage comprend un étrier d'attelage (23, 24), fixé au véhicule de traction (4) et aux autres véhicules (1, 2, 3, 5) qui sont chacun également pourvus de moyens de guidage à glissement ou a roulement correspondants (17, 18; 21, 22; 22, 83), à hauteur de l'organe denté (43; 55) a proximité des moyens agissant sur la voie du véhicule de traction (4) et des autres véhicules (1, 2, 3, 5).

Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la voie a, en coupe, la forme d'un caisson présentant une ouverture (153) dans un de ses côtés, deux rebords (154) délimitant l'ouverture (153), une paroi transversale (155) opposée à l'ouverture (153) et deux ailes (156) reliant la paroi transversale (155) aux rebords (154), les surfaces internes des rebords (154) et/ou la surface interne de la paroi transversale (155) formant des surfaces de roulement et la paroi transversale (155) étant pourvue, sur le milieu de sa face interne, d'une crémaillère (158).
7. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe denté (43; 55) est fabriqué en une matière plastique d'une seule pièce avec la voie.
8. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la voie peut être constituée de tronçons de voie rectilignes et courbes individuels, des éclisses latérales (47) pouvant être montées sur les tronçons de voie en vue d'assembler des tronçons de voie juxtaposés.
9. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le domaine angulaire de chaque tronçon de voie courbe est de 45° et que chaque tronçon de voie courbe est formé d'une section en arc de cercle assez longue (59, 60) et d'une section droite plus courte (61, 62).
10. Chemin de fer a crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que deux tronçons de voie courbes couvrant un angle de 45° sont assemblés en une seule pièce pour former un tronçon de voie courbe de 90°, les zones d'extrémité du tronçon de voie assemblé comprenant les sections droites (61, 62).
11. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque tronçon de voie est pourvu, sur ses faces d'extrémité, d'éléments de codage (51, 52) qui ont la forme de saillies (51) et de creux (52), qui sont prévus pour venir réciproquement en prise avec des éléments de codage correspondants d'un tronçon de voie voisin adapté.
12. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications. 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque tronçon de voie est pourvu d'au moins deux rangées (165, 166) de contacts ponctuels (164) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la voie en vue d'une alimentation de courant extérieure pour le véhicule de traction.
13. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur d'entraînement (26), qui est par exemple un moteur électrique pourvu d'un réducteur, est monté dans une position verticale sur le chariot (4).
14. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que sur le chariot (4) pourvu du moteur d'entraînement (26) est monté au moins un étrier d'attelage (23, 24) comportant deux bras coudés (65) et pouvant pivoter en hauteur, les endroits de pivotement bilatéraux (25, 66) des bras (65) de l'étrier d'attelage (23, 24) sur le chariot (4) étant prévus au moins approximativement à la hauteur du pignon moteur (28) du moteur d'entraînement (26) et, dans le sens longitudinal du chariot (4), à proximité d'un plan perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale du chariot (4) et passant par le centre de gravité de ce chariot (4).
15. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le véhicule de traction ou un autre véhicule pouvant être attelé au véhicule de traction est pourvu d'au moins un chariot porteur (5) non moteur sur lequel au moins un étrier d'attelage (23, 24) présentant deux bras coudés (65) est monté de manière a pivoter en hauteur, les endroits de pivotement bilatéraux (25, 66) des bras (65) de l'étrier d'attelage (23, 24) étant prévus au moins approximativement à la hauteur des moyens de guidage à glissement ou à roulement (21, 22) du chariot (5) et, dans le sens longitudinal du chariot (5), à proximité d'un plan perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale du chariot (5) et passant par le centre de gravité de ce chariot (5).
16. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le chariot porteur (88) non moteur est monté à rotation dans une plate-forme (85) du véhicule au moyen d'un pivot (106).
17. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce que chaque chariot (4, 5, 87, 88) est un chariot à deux essieux.
18. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'un train comprend un chariot moteur (4) portant le moteur d'entraînement (26) et une plate-forme (9) attelée au chariot (4) à sa première extrémité, son autre extrémité étant pourvue d'un boggie (6) non attelable.
19. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que le train comporte plusieurs véhicules (1, 2, 3) présentant chacun une plate-forme (9, 10, 11), une deuxième plate-forme (10) étant attelée au chariot moteur (4), chaque autre plate-forme (11) étant attelée, par l'intermédiaire d'un chariot porteur (5) non moteur, à la plate-forme (10) précédente et la dernière plate-forme (11) étant pourvue, à son extrémité non attelée, d'un boggie (7) non attelable.
20. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier d'attelage (23, 24) du chariot (4, 5) comporte, dans sa partie transversale (67) reliant les deux bras montés pivotants (65), une fente (68), et qu'une plate-forme (10) d'un vehicule à relier à l'étrier d'attelage (23, 24) est pourvue, au moins à sa première extrémité, d'une languette d'attelage (70, 71) pouvant être introduite dans la fente (68) et être verrouillée dans cette fente (68).
21. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que les languettes d'attelage (70, 71) sont pourvues d'au moins une saillie (72) et la fente (68), d'un creux (69) correspondant.
22. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisé en ce que la languette d'attelage (70) à une section rectangulaire adaptée à la fente (68).
23. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 20 ou 21, caractérisé en ce que la languette d'attelage (71) a une section transversale arrondie ou chanfreinée, par exemple sous la forme d'un losange aplati.
24. Chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier d'attelage (103) du chariot (87, 88) porte un support (127) d'un aimant tournant (128) articulé a sa partie transversale (103) reliant les deux bras pivotants (117, 118).

Véhicule de traction pour chemin de fer à crémaillère jouet suivant la revendication 1, comportant au moins deux essieux porteurs (15), qui portent chacun deux roues porteuses (16), un moteur d'entraï- nement (26), qui est relié à un pignon moteur (28), l'axe (27) du pignon moteur (28) étant disposé perpendiculairement aux essieux porteurs (15), des moyens de guidage à glissement ou à roulement opposés par paire (17, 18; 21, 22; 22, 83) disposés à proximité du pignon moteur (28), ce pignon moteur (28) étant décalé latéralement par rapport au milieu de la distance separant les moyens de guidage à glissement ou à roulement opposés par paire, et un dispositif d'attelage (23, 24) pour atteler d'autres véhicules (1, 2, 3, 5), caractérisé en ce que les roues porteuses (16) sont depourvues de boudins, que les moyens de guidage à glissement ou a roulement (17,18; 21 , 22; 22, 83) sont conformés de manière à s'appliquer chacun contre une des deux surfaces latérales d'un organe denté (43; 55), et que le dispositif d'attelage comprend un étrier d'attelage (23, 24) fixé au véhicule de traction (4) à hauteur du pignon moteur (28) à proximité des moyens de guidage à glissement ou ä roulement (17, 18; 21, 22; 22, 83).
