Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kopfauflage in Form eines Beistellmöbels zu Liegen für die Untersuchung und Behandlung von Patienten nach dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1.
  • Eine derartige Kopfauflage ist in der US-A-4 392 645 beschrieben. Die vorbekannte Einrichtung erlaubt eine vorübergehende Kopffixierung für chirurgische Eingriffe. Daneben gibt es Liegen für die Untersuchung und Behandlung von Patienten. Diese haben im allgemeinen eine rechteckige gepolsterte Auflage für den Patienten. Manche Liegen verfügen auch über ein gegenüber der länglichen Auflagefläche auf- bzw. abklappbares Kopfteil, d.h. über ein Kopfteil, welches an einer Schmalseite der Liege verschwenkbar und in der Waagerechten aber auch in einer positiven oder negativen Schräglage zur Waagerechten mittels besonderer Einrichtungen, beispielsweise Rasten, Klemmverschlüssen od. dgl. fixierbar ist.
  • Die Vorteile derartiger Kopfauflagen für Untersuchungen und die Therapie sind bekannt. Auf der einen Seite ermöglicht die genaue Fixierung des Schädels eines Patienten überhaupt erst einen chirurgischen Eingriff. Andererseits schafft die entspannte Lagerung des Kopfes des Patienten die Voraussetzung für eine sinnvolle Untersuchung und Behandlung des Patienten im Nacken-und Oberrückenbereich. Eine derartige Untersuchung und Behandlung ist mit den eingangs genannten Liegen, die über keine Kopfauflage verfügen, nicht möglich.
  • Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Kopfauflage in Form eines Beistellmöbels zu Liegen für die Untersuchung und Behandlung von Patienten in Bauchlage zu schaffen, die die konventionellen einfachen Liegen ergänzen und damit geeignet machen für die genannte Behandlung und Untersuchung.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung wird dieses Ziel mit einer Kopfauflage nach dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst, welche sich durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils von Patentanspruch 1 auszeichnen.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Kopfauflage ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Kopfauflage mit schräggestelltem Kopfteil, teilweise das Kopfteil geschnitten;
    • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf das Kopfteip der Kopfauflage gemäß Fig. 1.
  • Wie man aus der Zeichnung erkennt, besteht die Kopfauflage 1 in Form eines Beistellmöbels zu einer in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Liege im wesentlichen aus dem dreibeinigen Stativ 2 und dem am oberen Ende des Stativs am Schwenklager 11 befestigten Kopfteil 14. Das Stativ 2 besteht aus den drei Beinen 4a, 4b und 4c, die in den Knotenpunkt 7 mittels entsprechender Gewindeteile 5a, 5b, 5c eingeschraubt sind. Der Knotenpunkt 7 besteht aus einem zylindrischen Abschnitt mit einer axialsymmetrischen Bohrung, in welche das Basisrohr 3 soweit eingeschoben und darin fixiert ist, daß es im Bodenbereich noch etwa 2 cm über dem Boden zu liegen kommt. Am Ende der drei Beine 4a, 4b, 4c sind Gummipfropfen 6a, 6b, 6c aufgesteckt, die dem Möbel eine größere Rutschfestigkeit verleihen. In dem Basisrohr 3 ist ein zweites oberes Rohr 8 teleskopartig vershiebbar angeordnet. Die Fixierung des oberen Rohres 8 im Basisrohr 3 erfolgt mittels der Befestigungsschraube 10, die in dem auf dem Basisrohr 3 befestigten Kopf 9 geführt ist und sich durch eine entsprechende Bohrung im Basisrohr 3 bis auf die Oberfläche des oberen Rohres 8 erstreckt. Auf diese Weise ist eine einfache Höhenverstellbarkeit nach Lösen der Befestigungsschraube 10 möglich.
  • Am oberen Ende des oberen Rohres 8 ist ein Schwenklager 11 angebracht. Das Schwenklager 11 weist einen länglichen Schlitz 12zurAufnahme des Traggestells 13 für das Kopfteil 14 auf. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht das Traggestell aus den beiden Armen 13a, 13b, die einander im Schlitz 12 überlappen und über den Bolzen 20 der Fixierschraube 21 geführt sind. Die oberen Enden der Arme 13a, 13b enden in Köpfen 22, 23, die gleichfalls mit Schlitzen 24, 25 versehen sind, in denen die oberen Armenden befestigt sind. Diese Ausführungsform hat den Vorteil, daß man nach Abnahme des Kopfteils 14 die Arme 13a, 13b in die Ebene des Kopfteils 14 abklappen kann. Dadurch läßt sich die gesamte Kopfauflage in einfacher Weise in einem flachen Paket, beispielsweise in einer Aktentasche, verpacken und transportieren. Hierzu muß man lediglich noch die drei Beine 4a, 4b, 4c des dreibeinigen Stativs aus den entsprechenden Gewindelöchern für die Gewindestutzen 5a, 5b, 5c im Knotenpunkt 7 herausschrauben und dazupacken. Auch das obere Rohr 8 kann in einfacher Weise aus dem Basisrohr 3 nach Lösen der Befestigungsschraube 10 entfernt werden, wodurch die Gesamtlänge des Mittelträgers verkürzt und das Paket entsprechend verkleinert wird.
  • Es ist jedoch auch möglich, das Kopfteil 14 mittels eines einteiligen in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten runden Bügels im Schwenklager 11 zu führen. Die Formgebung des Bügels bzw. die Winkelstellung der beiden Arme des Traggestells werden so gewählt, daß ein Kontakt mit dem Gesicht des Patienten vermieden ist, welches in der Aussparung 18 des Kopfteils 14 ruht. Diese Aussparung 18 ist so gewählt, daß der Patient Mund- und Nasenpartie in der Untersuchungs- bzw. Behändlungslage frei hat, d.h. daß diese Partie nicht von der Unterlage abgedeckt ist.
  • Als zweckmäßige Form für die Aussparung 18 für das Kopfteil 14 hat sich die in Fig. 2 dargestellte etwa elliptische Aussparung erwiesen, wobei die beiden Enden mit größerer Krümmung begradigt sein können, wie dies in der Zeichnung gezeigt ist. Bei einem praktischen Ausführungsbeispiel hat sich eine Längserstreckung der Aussparung 18 von 19 cm und eine Breite von 12 cm als zweckmäßig herausgestellt, um dem Patienten in Bauchlage ein entspanntes und ermüdungsfreies Atmen zu ermöglichen. Der gesamte Kopfteil 14 hat eine Längserstreckung von 34 cm und eine Quererstreckung von 30 cm. Es versteht sich, daß die Erfindung jedoch nicht auf diese Maße beschränkt ist.
  • Der Kopfteil 14 besteht, wie man aus dem Teilschnitt der Seitenansicht gemäß Fig. 1 im linken Bereich erkennen kann, aus einem Brett 15, einer Schaumstoffauflage 16 und einem geeigneten glatten Überzug 17.
  • Die Form der Aussparung 18 im Kopfteil 14 ist in der Draufsicht gemäß Fig. 2 besonders gut zu erkennen. Die stärker gekrümmten schmalen Endbereiche der Aussparung 18 können wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt etwas begradigt sein; diese Teile können jedoch auch dem üblichen Ellipsenverlauffolgend abgerundet ausgebildet sein.
  • Die beschriebene Kopfauflage bietet noch einmal zusammengefasst die bereits erwähnten Vorteile, daß sie zunächst eine ohne Kopfteil ausgebildete Liege ohne weiteres in eine Untersuchungs-und Behandlungsliege zu verwandeln gestattet. Die leichte Höhenverstellbarkeit bietet gegenüber angebauten Kopfstützen den Vorteil einer besseren Adaption an die physiologischen Gegebenheiten des zu untersuchenden und/oder zu behandelnden Patienten. Die beschriebene Konstruktion bietet schliesslich den Vorteil der leichten Transportfähigkeit, da das Gerät in einfacher Weise zerlegt und zu einem flachen Paket zusammengestellt werden kann.

Claims (5)

1. Kopfauflage in Form eines Beistellmöbels zu Liegen für die Untersuchung und Behandlung von Patienten mit einem dreibeinigen Stativ mit einem senkrechten teleskopartig, höhenverstellbar geformten Mittelträger für das Kopfteil, wobei der Mittelträger von einem Basisrohr (3) und einem darin gleitbar und mittels einer Befestigungsschraube (12) fixierbar geführten oberen Rohr (8) gebildet ist und wobei am oberen Ende des oberen Rohres (8) ein Schwenklager (11) mit einem Schlitz (12) zur Aufnahme eines Traggestells (13) für den Kopfteil (14) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfteil als gepolsterte Kopfauflage für Patienten in Bauchlage ausgebildet ist und daß der Kopfteil (14) gepolstert und mit einer ovalen Aussparung (18) zur Aufnahme des Gesichtsteiles des Kopfes ausgebildet ist.
2. Kopfauflage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Traggestell aus einem zur Aussparung hin konkav gewölbten Bügel gebildet ist, dessen Mitte im Schlitz (12) des Schwenklagers (11) geführt ist.
3. Kopfauflage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Traggestell aus zwei zur Aussparung (18) hin unter einem stumpfen Winkel gegeneinander geneigten Armen (13a, 13b) gebildet ist, deren dem Kopfteil abgewandten Enden im Schlitz (12) des Schwenklagers (11) geführt sind.
4. Kopfauflage nach den Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopfteil (14) aus einer starren Basisplatte, wie einem Brett (15), einer Schaumstoffauflage (16) und einem glatten Überzug (17) besteht.
5. Kopfauflage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite des Kopfteils (14) Köpfe (22, 23) befestigt sind, die Schlitze (24, 25) zur Aufnahme der oberen Enden der Arme (13a, 13b) aufweisen, die mittels Befestigungsschrauben (26, 27) in den Köpfen (22, 23) fixiert sind.
