Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения по меньшей мере одного продукта микробиологического обмена веществ, содержащего по меньшей мере 3 атома углерода или по меньшей мере 2 атома углерода и по меньшей мере один атом азота, микробиологической ферментацией с применением сахара, который включает:a) получение сахарсодержащей жидкой среды, содержание моносахарида в которой составляет более 20 вес.%, из источника крахмала, причем сахарсодержащая жидкая среда содержит также не содержащие крахмал твердые компоненты источника крахмала;b) ферментацию сахарсодержащей жидкой среды для получения продукта(ов) обмена веществ иc) обеднение или выделение по меньшей мере одного продукта обмена веществ из ферментационного бульона,причем штамм микроорганизма, продуцирующий желаемый(ые) продукт(ы) обмена веществ, культивируют сахарсодержащей жидкой средой, которую получают:а1) измельчением источника крахмала иа2) растворением измельченного материала в водной жидкости в присутствии по меньшей мере одного фермента, растворяющего крахмал, и дальнейшим засахариванием с применением по меньшей мере одного засахаривающего фермента, причем по меньшей мере одну часть измельченного материала растворяют непрерывным или периодическим добавлением в водную жидкость.
