Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения по меньшей мере одного продукта микробиологического обмена веществ, содержащего по меньшей мере три атома углерода или по меньшей мере два атома углерода и по меньшей мере один атом азота, микробиологической ферментацией с применением сахара, который включает: a) получение сахарсодержащей жидкой среды, содержание моносахарида в которой составляет более 20 вес.%, из источника крахмала, причем сахарсодержащая жидкая среда содержит также не содержащие крахмал твердые компоненты источника крахмала; b) ферментацию сахарсодержащей жидкой среды для получения продукта(ов) обмена веществ и c) обеднение или выделение по меньшей мере одного продукта обмена веществ из ферментационного бульона, причем штамм микроорганизма, продуцирующий желаемый(ые) продукт(ы) обмена веществ, культивируют сахарсодержащей жидкой средой, которую получают: а1) измельчением источника крахмала и а2) растворением измельченного материала в водной жидкости в присутствии по меньшей мере одного фермента, растворяющего крахмал, и дальнейшим засахариванием с применением по меньшей мере одного засахаривающего фермента, причем по меньшей мере одну часть измельченного материала растворяют непрерывным или периодическим добавлением в водную жидкость.
