Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к новым производным 6-(4-фенилбутокси)гексиламина общей формулы (I)где R- CHO или CHOROR-группа, где Rи Rнезависимо являются C-C-алкил-, аралкилгруппами или они образуют 5- или 6-членные циклические ацетали, и R- атом водорода, бензил- или алкилоксикарбонил-, арилоксикарбонил-, аралкилоксикарбонил- или ацилгруппа, и способу их получения. Изобретение также относится к новому способу получения Сальметерола или его фармацевтически приемлемых солей, отличающемуся тем, что реакцию органометаллического соединения общей формулы (13) проводят в инертном растворителе при низкой температуре с синтетическим полупродуктом общей формулы (I), где R- CHO-группа и R- алкилоксикарбонил-, арилоксикарбонил-, аралкилоксикарбонил- или ацилгруппа.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2000.07.06.
