Abstract

Nuevos derivados de la 6-(4-fenilbutoxi)hexilamina y procedimiento para la obtención de salmeterol. La presente invención se refiere a nuevos derivados de la 6-(4-fenilbutoxi)hexilamina de fórmula general (I): en la que: R1 , es CHO, o CHOR3 OR4 , donde R3 y R4 son independientemente alquilo C1 - C6 , aralquilo o forman acetales cíclicos de 5 ó 6 miembros; R2 es H, bencilo o un grupo alquiloxicarbonilo, ariloxicarbonilo, aralquiloxicarbonilo o acilo; y a un procedimiento para su obtención. La invención también se refiere a un nuevo procedimiento de obtención de Salmeterol o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables que se caracteriza por el hecho de que se lleva a cabo la reacción de un compuesto organometálico con un compuesto de fórmula general (I) en el que R1 es CHO y R2 es un alquiloxicarbonilo, ariloxicarbonilo, aralquiloxicarbonilo, o un grupo acilo.
